Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(07):-
ObjectiveTo explore whether the posture changing can ameliorate the dysuria for patients with femoral artery puncture and catheterization, and observe the influence of posture changing on blooding in the point of puncture. Methods Changing patients′ posture under the order of nurses, and then observed the amelioration condition of dysuria. Results After using intervention method, the rate of urinary stasis decreased from 31.67% to 4.17%, the rate of using urethral catheterization also decreased from 8.33% to 1.67%. Conclusion Posture changing was an effective method to ameliorate the dysuria for patients with femoral artery puncture and catheterization.
2.Application of Orem self-care theory to the patients after renal transplantation
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(11):963-964
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Orem self-care theory on the patients after renal transplantation.Methods102 patients after renal transplantation into were randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases),which received Orem self-care,and comparison group(50 cases),which received general care.Self-care ability, rate of infection and mental status of the 2 groups patients were observed and recorded.ResultsFor patients of the observation group,self-care ability of was obviously better(P<0.01),the rate of infection was lower(P<0.05),and mental status was improved(P<0.01) compared with patients of the observation group.ConclusionThe application of Orem self-care on patients after renal transplantation can promote self-care ability and decrease post-operation complications.
3.Academician Li Lianda talking about doctors doing scientific research.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(17):3352-3354
At present, Chinese medical field faces with an important problem of how to correctly handle the relationship between medical and scientific research. Academician Li Lianda advocates doctors doing scientific research under the premise of putting the medical work first. He points out that there are many problems in the process of doctors doing scientific research at present such as paying more attention to scientific research than medical care, excessively promoting building scientific research hospital, only paying attention to training scientific talents, research direction be flashy without substance, the medical evaluation system should be improved and so on. Medical, scientific research and teaching are inseparable because improving medical standards depends on scientific research and personnel training. But not all doctors need to take into account of medical treatment, scientific research and teaching in the same degree while not all hospitals need to turn into three-in-one hospital, scientific research hospital or teaching hospital. It must be treated differently according to the actual situation.

The mature seeds and excised embryos of Dalbergia odorifera were used as materials to study the effect of moisture content on their survival, as well as the effect of rapid freezing and vitrification freezing method on seeds and in vitro embryos cryopreservation. The results showed that the germination rate and vigor decreased from 82.67%, 85% to 18.35%, 25% respectively, when the seed moisture content decreased from 15.04% to 8.14%; and the germination rate decreased from 82.67% to 37.50%, 25.37% respectively by vitrification freezing method and rapid freezing method, when the seed moisture content decreased from 15.04% to 9.37%. Among all the moisture content gradient, 12.35% moisture reached the maximal germination rate, which were 63.58% and 50.45% respectively by vitrification freezing and rapid freezing; and when the embryo moisture content was 26.32%, the germination rate decreased from 95.67% to 58.31% and 33.82% respectively by vitrification freezing and rapid freezing. And when the moisture content was in the range of 14.17% -21.34%, the germination rate was a bit of decrease. The experiment results showed that the optimum conditions of seed cryopreservation were: moisture content 12.35%, vitrification freezing; and the optimum conditions of in vitro embryo cryopreservation were: moisture 15.04%, vitrification freezing. In conclusion, the effects of moisture content on germination rate after cryopreservation in D. odorifera seeds and embryo were significant, and vitrification freezing method is much better than rapid freezing method.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)on the proliferation of human hepatocellualr carcinoma cells, and the mechanism of HGF-induced proliferation inhibition. Methods Human hepatocellualr carcinoma cell line HepG2 were treated with different concentrations of HGF for different time periods, and the proliferation of these cells was examined by colorimetric BrdU cell proliferation enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2(Skp2)was examined using Western blot and RT-PCR.Plasmids pcDNASkp2 was introduced into HepG2 cells, then the clones showing up-regulation of Skp2 were selected, and the effect of HGF on the proliferation in these clones was investigated. Results HGF inhibited the proliferation of hepatoma cells in a dose and time dependent manner. The expression of Skp2 was significantly suppressed by HGF.Furthermore,HGF did not suppress the proliferation of HepG2 cells transfected with Skp2.Conclusions This study suggests that HGF could inhibit HepG2 cell proliferation, and the down-regulation of Skp2 could be closely related to this suppressed proliferation.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2001;13(2):142-144
Objective To evaluate the identification successful rate of sentinel lymph node (SLN) with breast cancer and the accuracy to predict axillary lymph node status in different vital blue dyes. Methods 94 patients with breast cancer were recruited for the study between Oct. 1999 and Apr. 2001, of whom 32 and 62, respectively, were injected 0.028mmol*L-1 Methylene blue and 0.018mmol*L-1 Patent blue violet in breast parenchyma surrounding the primary tumor to identify SLN.All 94 patients underwent the axillary lymph node dissection. Results For Methylene blue group and Patent blue violet group, SLN identification successful rates were 65.6% (21/32) and 88.7% (55/62) (P=0.012) and accuracy rate to predict axillary lymph node status were 90.5% (19/21) and 98.2% (54/55) (P=0.183), respectively. Conclusion In identifying SLN,Patent blue violet is more ideal vital blue dye than Methylene blue, whereas the accuracy rate to predict axillary lymph node status had no significant difference.

Microbiology 2008;0(08):-
In the reform of medical microbiology education on medical students of 8-year-education pro-gram, we compared the traditional teaching methods with Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. Through our practice, we have found that the combination of traditional lecture-based learning and PBL seems to better match the students’ way of learning. The lack of basic knowledge of the students hindered their learn-ing effect during the bilateral discussion in the PBL education. We also found that the application of PBL in medical microbiology education is an iterative process and should be promoted step by step. The theoretical level and the innovative ideas of the teachers play a crucial role in the dynamic process of education reform.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1033-1034
Objective To explore the effective method on the knee osteoarthritis (KOA) of stroke patients. Methods Twenty-four stroke patients with KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 12 cases in each group. All patients received facilitation technique exercise, the patients in the treatment group were added with an extra complex therapy of electronic acupuncture, physical and exercise thepapies. All patients of two groups were assessed with visual analogous score (VAS) and Fugl-Meyer Motion Scale (FMMS) before treatment and one course after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of VAS and FMMS of the patients in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group ( P<0.01).Conclusion Multidisciplinary rehabilitation including electronic acupuncture, physical, and exercise is efficiancy to KOA of stroke patients.
