1.Exploration into the management control of maternity and childcare centers
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(03):-
The nature and functions of maternity and childcare centers determine their innate features. Only by carefully studying these features can we grasp the operating patterns of the centers and improve the level of their management control. It is therefore imperative to pay attention to the public welfare feature of the products of maternity and childcare centers and the market feature of their operations when updating management control ideas; to pay attention to the multi function and scarce resources features of maternity and childcare centers when readjusting management control strategies; to pay attention to the comprehensive discipline and innovative technology features of maternity and childcare centers when stressing management control priorities; to pay attention to the unique customer feature of maternity and childcare centers and the network feature of their institutional framework when changing management control models.
2.Computational Analysis of miRNA and Target mRNA Interactions: Combined Effects of The Quantity and Quality of Their Binding Sites
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2009;36(5):608-615
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) act by binding to complementary sites on target messenger RNA (mRNA) to induce mRNA degradation and/or translational repression. To investigate the influence of miRNAs at transcript levels, two human miRNAs (miR-1 and miR-124) were transfected into HeLa cells and microarrays used to examine changes in the mRNA profile showed that many genes were downregulated and that the fold decreases in levels of these target mRNAs differed remarkably. Features depicting interactions between miRNAs and their respective target mRNAs, such as the number of putative binding sites, the strength of complementary matches and the degree of stabilization of the binding duplex, were extracted and analyzed. It was found that, for a given target mRNA, both the quality and quantity of miRNA binding sites significantly affected its degree of destabilization. To delineate these types of interactions, a simple statistical model was proposed, which considers the combined effects of both the quality and quantity of miRNA binding sites on the degradation levels of target mRNAs. The analysis provides insights into how any animal miRNA might interact with its target mRNA. It will help us in designing more accurate methods for predicting miRNA targets and should improve understanding of the origins of miRNAs.

6.Clinical efficacy of Sufentanil combined with propofol in intravenous anesthesia during laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(2):252-254
Objective To discuss the efficacy of sufentanil combined with propofol in iv anesthesia during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Totally 182 patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy. They were divided into two groups according to odd or even number of hospitalization. The control group (81 cases) were given remifentani combined with propofol for iv anesthesia. The observation group (101 cases) were given sufentanil combined with propofol for iv anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of sufentanil combined with propofol for iv anesthesia during laparoscopic cholecystectomy was evaluated by breathing recovery time, opening time, extubation time,VAS scores after 1,6,12 h,and complications during anesthesia. Results Breathing recovery time, opening time, and extubation time of observation group were longer than those of control group (P < 0.05).The VAS scores after 1,6,and 12 h of observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).During anesthesia, the proportion of restlessness in observation group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Sufentani combined with propofol has a good anesthetic effect on patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy with mild postoperative pain and less restlessness. It is worthy of clinical use.
