This paper introduces the characters and methods of the digitization of medium hospital. The key interface technology between HIS and PACS, HL7 and DIOCOM are also mentioned. A solution to the digitization of the medium hospital is put forward in this paper.

Objective To observe the effects of Shenqi Bufeitang on expessions of metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the airway remodeling of COPD rat model with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods Quantitative stimulation with tobacco,SO2 and papin was made to establish COPD rat model with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Sixty male rats were randomly divided into normal group (N),model group (M),low dose treatment group (LT),medium dose treatment group (MT),high dose treatment group (HT) and glucocorticoid treatment group (GCT). The thicknesses of the airway wall and smooth muscle layer of the small airway were measured by means of image analyzer. The protein expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were examined by immunohistochemical analysis. Results The protein expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in brouch us and lung and the thinknesses of the airway wall and smooth muscle layer in M group were significanthly higher than those in N group (P

Objective:To observe the curative effects and the influences of Yueanxin injection (YAXI, 悦安欣注射液) on acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and on blood rheology separately. Methods:Sixtytwo cases with ACI were randomly divided into treated group ( n=31) which was treated with YAXI and control group (n=31) which treated with tetrameth ylp yrazine injection (川芎嗪注射液) as control. Once a day for 30 days as a therape utic course to both groups.The curative effects and the changes in blood rheology parameter s were observed.Results:The marked effective rate (74.2%) and total effective rate (96.8%) in treated g roup were significantly superior to those (38.7% and 67.7% respectively) in cont rol group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The improvements of blood rheology param eters in tr eated group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.0 5 or P<0.01).Conclusions:The curative effects of YAXI on ACI are sufficient.

Objective To research the precise location algorithm of onset and end of one wave for QRS in ECG. Methods During monitoring the ambulatory electrocardiograph (AECG),it was necessary to design new automatic analysis algorithms. The windows formed by filtering and integrating process could be considered as the fiducially mark. From the window,the apex of Q wave and S wave could be recognized. Results Introducing an auxiliary line from the apex,we could judge the boundary of the Q and S wave with the distance from ECG curve to the line. Conclusion Many cases studies inelicate that the algorithm is of low level locating error,about one sample point,and the accuracy of judgement of S wave boundary is raised obviously compared with the same kind of software in the world.

Objective: To investigate the in vivo pharmacokinetic progress of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) from Guhong Injection in cerebal ischemia reperfusion (I/R) injury of rats and the correlation with its anti-oxidation effect. Methods: The equilibrium dialysis method was carried out to determine the plasma protein binding rates of HYSA and HSYA in Guhong Injection. Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model rats were iv injected HYSA (4 mg/kg) or Guhong Injection (10 mL/kg). The HPLC method was adopted to determine the plasma concentration of HYSA at different time points to draw the drug-time curve. Meanwhile, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities were determined to draw the time-effect curve. Furthermore, the relationship between pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics was analyzed. Results: At the concentration of 2.5, 10, and 25 mg/L, the p plasma rotein binding rates of HYSA were 77.96%, 73.54%, and 76.13%, whereas the plasma protein binding rates of HYSA from Guhong Injection were 68.21%, 58.22%, and 63.17%, respectively. A good linear relationship of HYSA was obtained in the range of 0.01-50 mg/L, the mean recoveries were (99.94 ± 2.82)%, (104.16 ± 1.41)%, and (99.74 ± 1.06)% for low, middle, and high concentration of the samples, respectively. Compared with HYSA group, Guhong Injection significantly increased the AUC of HYSA and decreased the MRT and Vz of HYSA. Furthermore, Guhong Injection increased the content of GSH-Px and decreased the content of LDH. The plasma concentration of HYSA is positively related to the GSH-Px activity and negatively related to the LDH activity. Conclusion: The results indicate that HYSA has the moderate plasma protein binding rate. Compared with HYSA group, the plasma protein binding rate in Guhong Injection group is reduced. Guhong Injection could increase the bioavailability of HYSA to enhance therapeutic efficacy and increase the distribution of HYSA in ischemia rats. Guhong Injection has better anti-oxidant effect, as well as more significant protective effect against cerebral I/R injury than HYSA.

PBL is a modern model of classroom teaching. We have introduced it into the teaching of Microbiology. As a result, the students’ learning abilities have been raised to a higher level, and their learning autonomy and achievement have been improved. The combination of PBL method with traditional teaching methods achieved a good effect.
