1.Studies on Auditory P300 in Patients with Idiopathic Parkinson's Disease
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore intelligence impairment in the patients with idiopathic parkinson's disease(PD) and to investigate whether auditory P300(P3) can be influenced by levodopa therapy. Methods The standard auditory P300 were measured before starting treatment and 6 months after starting treatment in 30 patients with idiopathic parkinson's disease, and 30 healthy subjects with matching age, sex and education levels served as control. Results After levodopa treatment in patients with PD, P300 latency(PL) and amplitude(Amp) did not significantly changes, but reaction time (RT) was significantly shortened(P
2.Effects of n-Butanol Extract of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge on Rat Model with Adjuvant Arthritis and its Mechanism
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(04):-
Objective:To study the effects of n-Butanol Extract (BEX)of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge on rat model with adjuvant arthritis(AA) in rats and its mechanism .Methods: Rat model of adjuvant arthritis(AA) was induced by FCA. Hind paw swelling was observed to evaluate the effect of BEX and phagocytic function of monocyte-macrophage system, antibody level and delayed hypersensitivity were examined to explore its mechanism. Results: BEX can inhibit the primary and secondary hind paw edema and improve the general symptoms (P
3.Determining the administered activity of ~(131)Ⅰ in treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2010;26(1):175-177
Treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) with ~(131)Ⅰ can greatly improve prognosis of patients. However, the administered activity of ~(131)Ⅰ is still a subject for discussion. Different methods for determining the administered activity of ~(131)Ⅰ were reviewed in this article.
4.CYCLIC VARIATIONS OF SURFACE STRUCTURE IN THE HUMAN OVIDUCTAL EPITHELIUM DURING THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Oviducts were removed from 12 reproductive women at specific times duringthe menstrual cycle. The surface structure of oviductal epithelium have mainlyexamined by scanning electron microscopy. At proliferative stage, the growing ciliaand microvilli were indeed detected. The typical pattern at midcycle was that thecilia and microvilli had well developed and reached their full length. At secretorystage, however, ciliation was much less extensive than that at midcycle. The surfacephenomenon of some cilia had lost from ciliated cells but some still retained.Nonciliated cells had more evident changes than ciliated cells. At early secretory stage, the cobblestone-like nonciliated cells bulged into the lumen. Then, the centerof these cells exhibited concave with some cytoplasmic buds which were probably asrepresentation of their apocrine secretory activity. At late secretory stage, manynonciliated cells showed cobblestone-like bulged into the lumen again. The epithe-lium also showed a tiny minority small cells with abundant and well developedmicrovilli like those at proliferative stage. The cyclic changes in the oviductalepithelium were very pronounced in the fimbriae and infundibulum, less distinct inthe ampulla and very slight in the isthmus.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(03):-
Objective To study the perinatal outcomes in pregnant women with pathogens of toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus and herpes simplex type Ⅱ in maternal blood. Methods 1 141 preg- nant women were screened for toxoplasma, eytomegalovirus and herpes simplex type Ⅱ by PCR in maternal blood during 1994.2~1997.3.Some placental tissues and/or umbilical vein blood were also detected. Results Toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus,or herpes simplex type Ⅱ were positive in 97 cases(8.50%).All cases, except that 25 cases did not deliver in our hospital, were followed up to 42 days postpartum.Fifty-two cases got good perinatal outcomes, while 20 cases had poor perinatal outcomes.17 placentas were detected in patients with good perinatal outcomes, while 15 placentas were detected in patients with poor perinatal outcomes. The positive rates of toxoplasma,cytomega- lorirus and herpes simpley type Ⅱ in the two groups were 17.65%(3/17)and 60.00%(9/15)re- spectively(P

Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 117 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients in two groups were given routine drug treatment and care.On this basis, the patients in the observation group were interfered according to the treatment compliance, such as medication time, monitoring blood pressure, health education and so on.The evaluation was done 6 months after discharge. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group. The treatment compliance effect of the observation group showed much better than that of the control group with significant difference(P<0.01).In the blood pressure of admission, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The blood pressure of the observation group was significantly decreased than that of the control group after 6 months follow- up with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance and antihypertensive effect in elderly hypertensive patients.

Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD were given specific nursing intervention when their conditions were stable after the routine care. Results After 12 months of nursing intervention, their symptoms were relieved or disappeared, such as cough, sputum and shortness of breath.Physical strength improved significantly, partial pressure of oxygen elevated, carbon dioxide partial pressure reduced with significant difference(P<0.01).Lung functions FEV1(%)and FEV1/FVC(%)were improved, and 6MWD(m)was significantly increased after intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion The nursing intervention can significantly improve lung function and quality of life in elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

10.The study on doctor's innovative ability and its influencing factors in tertiary hospitals
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(6):361-364,378
This paper studies the effect of personnality, motivation, environment, and professional skills on doctor's innovative ability, aimed to provide reference for personnel recruitment and assessment in tertiary hospitals and for improvement of doctors innovative ability. This research was based on a questionnaire that was conducted in 599 doctors from three tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou. The results indicate that four factors affect doctors' innovative ability with different degrees. Relevant measures are suggested
