Yeungnam University Journal of Medicine 1991;8(1):136-141
Fifteen patients was analyzed on effect of the management of postherpetic neuralgia by local anesthesia on the special region at pain clinic in Youngnam University Hospital. The results were on follows: 1) The frequency of occurrence of sex and the lesion side were similar in all patients. 2) The age of incidence was between 50 and 70 years old. 3) The most frequent site of lestons was the neck. 4) There was no relationship between age and treatment time. 5) Whole patients was done average 7-10 time local injection.

Korean Journal of Preventive Medicine 1977;10(1):59-61
We are calling the erupting ground water as drug water or mineral water in Korea and thinking those water and food making water. Authors tried to investigate the evidence of contamination by user on the 10 erupting ground water and gained following results: 1. All of the mineral waters on 10 area in Seoul were unfittable to drinking water standard. 2. In the view of the bacteriology 80% were contaminated by coliform group. 3. The highest value of the free carbon dioxide contents were 652.96 ppm at Sam Sun Mineral Water.

Seung Chull PARK ; Bon Ryong KOO ; Byong Seol SEO
The Korean Journal of Parasitology 1967;5(3):135-138
Direct contact method of autoradiography was applied in order to know in Eurytrema pancreaticum which was incubated at various intervals such as 60, 120, 240, and 360 minutes in the vitro media added with radioactive succinic acid, C(14)-succinate. The distribution of the radioactive succinate was clarified by this technique and possible explanation was presented. The autoradiographic procedures were essentially the same as those reported previously by Yoon et al. (1964). The most distinct autoradiograms were obtained after 240 minutes incubation. The radioactivity of this labelled succinic acid chiefly concentrated in reproductive organs, such as testes, ovary, egg containing uterine tubules and vitelline follicles.

10.Association of Herpes Zoster and Lymphosarcoma: Report of one Case.
Seung Ki PARK ; Chung Koo CHO ; Tae Ha WOO
Korean Journal of Dermatology 1970;8(1):89-91
Herpes zoster is generally believed to be caused by the activation of varicella-zoster virus present in the body since an original infection with varicella. According to the thesis, the virus remairis in a latent state in the cells of the sensory ganglia until immunity has waned sufficiently to pezmit multiplication of the virus and clinical infection. There are a number of reports that in patient with malignant disease, especially Jymphoma, a frequenry af association of zoster is greater and severity of its symptom is increased to be marked contrast to the benign uneventful course of zoster seen in healthy person. The author observed one case of zoster seen in patient with malignant disorder, and frequency of association of zoster in malignant disease and its etiological factors are reviewed in the literature.
