1.A Clinical Observation for the Patients of Neurogenic Bladder Performed T.U.R. or T.U.R. with External Sphincterotomy(7 cases).
Korean Journal of Urology 1977;18(2):173-177
A clinical evaluation was performed on 7 patients of neurogenic bladder who underwent T.U.R. or T.U.R. with external sphincterotomy. All patients were indwelling Foley catheter from 7 months (minimal) to 2 and 1/2 years(maximal), were unable to self-voiding and their residual urine was over 100cc. The following conclusions were obtained: 1) 3 patients underwent T.U.R. but T,U.R. and external sphincterotomy was performed in 4 patients. 2) Of 7 patients, satisfactory result was obtained in 5 patients, but 2 patients obtained unsatisfactory result.

2.A Clinical Observation of The Renal Angiography (36 Cases).
Korean Journal of Urology 1977;18(3):211-216
Renal angiogram offers valuable information in evaluating the patients with renal tumor, renal tuberculosis, polycystic kidney, hematuria, and renovascular hypertension. The author observed themorphological findings of renal disease, such as renal tumor, renal tbc, and polycystic kidney by selective renal angiography. A clinical evaluation were performed 36 patients of selective renal angiography which were done from 1972 to 1975. The result were as follows: Of 36 patients, comparison in clinical diagnosis with selective renal angiographic diagnosis. 1) Cases of correct clinical diagnosis with I.V.P. were 21 cases. 2) Cases of incorrect clinical diagnosis with I.V.P. were 3 cases. 3) At all, 12 cases were confirmed by renal angiography.

Korean Journal of Urology 1980;21(5):456-463
A clinical observation was made on 50 cases of undescended testes of the in-patient in the Department of Urology, Capital Armed Forces General Hospital during the period from January, 1977 to December, 1976. The results were as follows: 1) Age distribution varies from 3 to 32 years and 21 cases (42%) were between 21 and 25 years old 2) Bilateral undescended testes were found in 7 cases, right in 28 cases and left in 15 cases 3) Of the 67 undescended testes, most popular location was inguinal type in 39 testes (68.4%) 4) Hormonal therapy was done on 8 cases (15 testes) but only 2 cases of bilateral type responded with partial descent. 5) Orchiopexy was performed on 35 testes (61. 4%), orchiectomy on 21 testes (36.8%) and 1 case (1.8%) was confirmed as monorchism on exploration. 6) Of the several methods of orchiopexy, dartos pouch method revealed high success rate (88. 5%). 7) In the histopathologic findings of testicular biopsies, there were presented numerous spermatogonia, not shown degenerative changes of seminiferous tubules, basement membrane and stroma, up to the age of 5, there were spermatogonia occasionally, atrophic findings of seminiferous tubules, thickening of basement membrane and widening of stroma.

4.A Clinical Observation on Injuries of External Genitalia.
Korean Journal of Urology 1980;21(1):35-39
A clinical observation was made on 27 cases of injuries of external genitalia of the in-patient in the department of uro1ogy, Capital Armed Forces General Hospital during the period from January. 1977 to December, 1978. The results were as follows: 1) The rate of genitourinary injuries accounted for 19.5 per cent to the total admission patients during Z years. Twenty-nine per cent of all injuries were in patients with injuries of externa1 genitalia and they accounted for 5. 7 per cent to the total admission. 2) Most favorable age was in from 20 to 30 years for 96 per cent. 3) Kick or blow was the most frequent cause of the injuries (66.7%) and the next iatrogenic. In all scrotal explorations, drainage and compression dressing were utilized. These were resulted in a decrease of edema and hematoma formation. 7) Complications, such as chronic nonspecific epididymitis, hydrocele or hematocele etc., resulted from conservative treatment that had been done in 5 (75%) of 7 cases.
