Journal of Practical Medicine 2004;490(10):61-63
56 patients with thyroid cancer inderwent total-thyroiddectomy. Then common age usually in average 38,9, male less than female number. 78,6% of patients had bad prognosis. To evaluate thyroid function and the metastasis general radiography and radiography of thyroid were necessary as well as the Tg quantification. 98,1% of operated cases were satisfied. In 7,1% there were complications of temporary deficiency of the thyroid 5,4% of reversal nerve temporary damage. No death total thyroidectomy is an active contribution to treat radicaly, which favorized the management with I- 131 associated therapy.

2.Acute volume equal blood dilution in open cardiac operation
Journal of Practical Medicine 1998;356(10):19-21
Acute volume equal blood dilution only before operation that is economical method and prevention from some diseases such as: hepatitis B, C, and HIV viral infection. Investigated 40 patients with age from 17 - 50, weight above 35 kg, Hematocrit 35%, Hb 12g/l and there aren't contraindication of blood dilution in anesthesia and controlled respiration. The patients are used membrane kind of oxygennator and bubble oxygennator. Results shown that acute volume equal blood dilution in cardiac operation that is good, cheap, safe effective method, and decreases blood infusion rate (70%).

3.Result of using isotonic solution as enticement in external circulation
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):32-33
The study involved 20 patients aged 15-50 years of old with the body weight are more than 30kg, Hb 12g/L and hematocrite 35%. Isotonic solutions (Ringerlactar, mantital 20%, Nabicarbonats, HÌparim 20mg) were used as enticement. Use isotonic solutions as enticement is an effective method to decrease the use of high-weigh molecular solutions or blood products, reduce cost of operation and prevent blood-born diseases
