2.Cognitive Bahavioral therapy of binge Eating.
Korean Journal of Psychopharmacology 1997;8(1):23-41
Many therapeutic approaches for treafment of binge eating problem including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior therapy, focal psychotherapy. psychoanalysis, nutritional counseling, family intervention, psychoeducation, and medication have value. Nevertheless, current research suggest that the most important approant approach to date is a specific form of cognilive-behavioral therapy designed ariginally for patients with bulimia nervosa and recently adapfed for those with binge eating disorder and anorexia nervosa. But it is also important to stress that cognitive-behavioral therapy is not panacea, some patients fail to benefit and others made only limited gains. So there is a need for clinician not only to carefully assess the patient status before freatment start but also to become familiar with and be able to introduce other therapeutic approach.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1994;30(1):15-17
Teratoma is very rarely developed in the third ventricle. We report a case of third ventricular mature teraroma in 12 year old boy with headache and precocious puberty. In TlWl and Gd-DTPA enhanced TlWl, the mass in the third ventricle showed mixed signal intensities with signal void and partial contrast enhancement. The tumor was confirmed as a mature teratoma including teeth and fatty tissue.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1992;28(4):523-526
Measurement of the normal pituitary gland height was performed on magnetic resonance (MR) images of 144 subjects with no known or suspected pituitary or hypothalamic diseases. Midsagittal T1 weighted images (T1WI) were used for measurement, and mean vertical height according to age and sex group was obtained. In all age groups, the pituitary height was greater in females than in meles, The group of 0-9 years in both genders showed the minimum mean pituitary height, The maximum mean height was observed in the 10-19 years age group in both genders. The height gradually decreased with increasing age after age 20 years. There was no subject with a height more than 9.0 mm in females or 8.0 mm in males. In conclusion the measurement of the normal pituitary pland height using mid sagittal MR imaging can be used for the evaluation of the pituitary gland lesions.

Korean Journal of Dermatology 1986;24(5):668-670
Livedo reticularis with summer ulceration was first reported by Feldaker et al in 1955, that is characterized by livedo reticularis and ulcerations of the legs or feet beginning primarily the summer or warmer months of the year, and healing the winter months. A 32-year old rnan has suffered from periodic painful ulcerations, which were occurred during the summer, on the both ankles and brown to bluish colored reticulated discoloration on the lower legs for about 10 years. Histopathological findings showed endothelial proliferation and partial occlusion of the dermal capillaries, fibrinoid material on the superficial blood vessels, and partial epidermal necrolysis. This patient. was treated with antiplatelet aggregating medications and antihypertensive drug.

Korean Journal of Dermatology 1986;24(4):469-479
We studied skin thickness of the twelve body sites in 25 post-mortem subjects. The most thinnest and thickest sites of the skin layers are as follows(unit: um) l. In the horny layer, eyelid(13.16+/-5.44) and sole(420.83+182. 25), respectively 2. In the granular, eyelid, posterior ear, abdomen, back, thigh, forearrn(1 layer)and sole(3.4+/-0.59 layers), respectively 3. In the prickle cell layer(to rete ridge), forearm(50. 21+/-15. 36) and sole (174.72+/-84.41), respectively 4. In the prickle cell layer(to papillary dermis), abdomen (33. 05+/-10. 28) and sole (106.13+/-73.62), respectively 5. In the epidermis, eyelid (61.60+/-16.53) and sole (972.00+/-228. 16), rpspectively 6. In the dermis, eyelid(878.08+283. 56) and back(3596.05+/-1306.80), respectively.
