Groups of mice were administered intragastrically either with primaquine alone or in combination with pyronaridine. The number of mice died in groups treated by pyronaridine 293-507 mg/kg combined with primaquine 50 mg/kg were not more than those in group by primaquine alone, but significantly less than those in groups by combination of chloroquine 102-253 mg/kg and primaquine. The tests of primary tissue schizontocidal activity in rhesus monkeys inoculated, with Pladmodium cynomolgi sporozoitcs showed that all monkeys were cured either by treatment of ig primaquine alone, 3 mg/kg/d ? 3, or by a single im dose of pyronaridine 10 mg/kg combined with primaquine starting on the day of infection. No influence of pyronaridine on primaquine was observed in P. yoelii sporozoites-infected mice.

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on monitoring data of a-cute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac shock patients. Methods A total of 100 pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac shock were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The observation group was conducted with predictive nursing while the control applied routine nursing. The blood pressure, heart rate, urine volume, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV),left ventricular systolic volume (LVESV)were monitored in the two groups. And LVEF line chart was drew in order to evaluate the change of the monitoring data of life. Meanwhile, the incidence of adverse events was analyzed in order to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment and nursing.Result The life monitoring data of two groups after treatment were signif-icantly improved, and the observation group indicators after treatment were significantly better than that in the control group.LVEF line chart can reflect that the data of 2 hours in observation group after CCU nursing was predominant. The adverse events rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can significantly improve treatment effect of a-cute myocardial infarctions complicated with cardiogenic shock and it is of great significant in im-proving life monitoring data of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac shock.

Objective To summarize the effect of former nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction of extensive anterior wall combined with arrhythmia. Methods 38 acute myocardial infarction patients complicated with arrhythmia were given positive and effective rescue and prior nursing measures. Results After strict prior nursing rescue,36 patients were received effective treatment with efficient rate of 94.7%.In the research, all the patients were cured ex-cept for 2 patients dying from severe heart failure. The scores of motor function, ability of daily life and social interaction ability score were significantly higher than that of nursing before (P <0.05).Conclusion Prior nursing is standardized and efficient for acute myocardial infarction com-plicated with arrhythmia, and it provides positive support in the treatment of patients with myocar-dial infarction and arrhythmia.
