Following results were obtained from the light microscopic and stereomicroscopic observations of the breasts of rats treated with 9, 10-Dimethyl-1,2-Benzanthracene(DMBA). 1) Adenocarcinomas developed in 17 rats (24%) among 70 DMBA-treated rats. 2) Terminal and buds (TEB) were observed longer in DMBA-treated rats than in control group, but they finally disppeared 4 monthes after treatment. 3) Many hyperplastic alveolar nodules (HAN) developed in DMBA-treated rats. 4) There were no transitional lesions between TEB and adenocarcinoma or HAN and adenocarcinoma. 5) The number of lobules was decreased in DMBA-treated rats. On the other hand, terminal ducts were increased in number. These findings suggest that DMBA stimulate the regression of lobules and induce to form terminal ducts from which adenocarcinomas and HAN develop independently.

A case of multiple hamartomas of the unilateral chest wall in a four month old infant is presented. There have been a few reports on the CT findings of the chest wall hamartoma in infancy. We describe bone changes of the ribs and mineralization of this rare tumor on the CT scan, and the locations of two separate masses.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1992;28(3):453-456
The mesoblastic nephroma is a rare benign renal tumor that frequently appears as a neonatal abdominal mass. This benign tumor is composed primarily of connective tissue that growth between intact nephrons and often replaces most of the renal parenchyme. Contrast media within the calyceal systems are seen within the tumor representing function by nephrons trapped within the mass. Prognosis after complete excision is excellent.

Korean Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy 1983;3(1):46-51
Among 7,500 patients whom we have performed gastrofiberoscopy from July 1979 to June 1,982, 226 cases of stomach cancer were diagnosed. The frequency was 3. 0%. The ratio of male to female was 2: 1, the peak incidence, 69 cases(30.5%) was in 5th decade. 1) The frequency of stomach cancer among the age were 0. 5% in 1st decade, 0.4% in 2nd decade, 1.2% in 3rd decade, 2.5% in 4th decade, 5.9% in 5th decade, 12.6% in 6th decade 16.8% in 7th decade.
