Objective To study the effect of Interleukin-22 (IL-22) on murine asthmatic airway inflammation and airway remodeling, observe the effect of budesonide on IL-22 of asthmatic mouse model, explore the mechanism of budesonide in the treatment of asthma. Methods Ovalbumin(OVA) was used as an allergen to sensitize and challenge the mice.24 female specific-free (SPF) BALB/c mice aged four weeks were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group, asthma group and budesonide treatment group (BUD group). For Histopathological Examination, HE staining was used to measure the inflammation scores, AB-PAS staining was used to measure the hyperplasia of goblet cells and mucin.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to analyze IL-22 levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF).Quantitative Real-time PCR was performed to analyze the effects of budesonide on IL-22 mRNA levels in lung tissue. Results The inflammation scores of asthma group were elevated compared with the control group. An overall change towards less severe asthmatic airway inflammation by the end of the trial was observed in the BUD group.IL-22 levels in BALF were significant decreased after the treatment of budesonide, the mRNA levels of IL-22 were obviously decreased in BUD group, too.A significant positive correlation was observed between the mRNA levels of IL-22 and airway inflammation. Conclusions The increasing IL-22 secretion can lead to the occurrence of airway inflammation of asthma.Budesonide can inhibit the expression of IL-22, thereby Budesonide could inhibit the development of airway inflammation of asthma.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2019;45(1):179-183
Objective: To investigate the metal artifact reduction effect of orthopedic metal artifact reduction (O-MAR) techonology and its improvement effect on the image quality in CT examination in the patients with arthroplasty, and to elaborate the significance of the technology in clinical diagnosis and treatment of arthroplasty. Methods: The CT data of 20 patients with hip or knee prostheses was collected. There were two tube voltages in each group of CT data : 120 and 140 Kev. There were also two groups of CT data in each tube voltage group: Non- O-MAR group and O-MAR group; there were four subgroups of CT data of each case: 120 Kev/ O-MAR. 120 Kev/ + 0-MAR, 140 Kev/ O-MAR, 140 Kev/ + 0-MAR. After data collection. Mimics software was applied to conduct three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction for purpose of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of CT data. Qualitative analysis mainly included the grade of severity of metal artifact and quality of data. Quantitative analysis included the volume of metal artifact, the average CT value and standard deviation (SD) in region of interest (KOI). ROI 1 and ROI 2 were chosen at the location of beam hardening artifact (radial high-density metal artifact) and photon starvation artifact (band low-density metal artifact), respectively. Results: According to the result of 3D measurement, the volumes of artifact had no significant difference between 120 Kev/ O-MAR group and 140 Kev/O-MAR group (P=0.062) but there were siginificant differences in the volumes of artifact between other groups (P<0. 05); OMAR technology decreased the volume of beam-hardening artifact obviously ( P< 0.05). According to the results of two-dimensional (2D) measurement, there was no significant difference in the average CT values in ROI 2 between 120 Kev/ O-MAR group and 140 Kev/ OMAR group (P= 0.069), but there were significant differences in the average CT values between other groups ( P

Objective To evaluate the two-stage repair in hypospadias cripples. Methods 35 patients with hypospadias cripples underwent two-stage repair. At the first stage,a full-thickness graft of skin or buccal mucosa was used for urethral plate reconstruction after the release of chordee. The second stage was performed 6 months after completion of the first stage.Tubularization of the replaced urethral plate was the preferred technique. Results There was no urethra stricture or “preplaced urethral plate ” atrophy.Fistula developed in 2 of 35 cases. Conclusion The twostaged technique was a useful strategy to deal with the myriad abnormalities encountered in crippled hypospadias. This technique could not only create a neourethra successfully, but also give the penis a near-normal shape and appearance.

Objective:To discuss the accuracy of stereolithography (SLA)-3D printing model in orthopedics and maxillofacial surgery, and to clarify the reliability of its clinical application. Methods:A total of 33 cases of SLA-3D printing models were randomly included (10 long bones,13 irregular bones and 10 prostheses),and the CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction were performed.According to the clinical application characteristics of the models, the max height (MH),max length (ML),max width (MW),width of the trochlear (WT),length of the trochlear (LT),length of the glenoid cavity (LGC),width of the glenoid cavity (WGC),distance of pubic tubercle-anterior superior iliac spine (DPI),diameter of the acetabulum (DA),diameter of the marrow cavity (DMC),anterior height of right ramus (AHRR) and posterior height of right ramus (PHRR) were selected to measure the original data and model data, respectively. The absolute / relative errors were calculated.Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to evaluate the consistency of the data. The three-dimensional error analysis of the prosthesis model was carried out. Results:There were no significant differences in the anatomical parameters except MW of irregular bone (P>0.05) in 33 cases of SLA-3D printing model. The values of ICC were all greater than 0.950;the maximum values of absolute / relative errors were-0.58 mm and-1.37%,respectively;the maximum 3D error of prosthesis model was 0.237 mm,and the average value was 0.132 mm.Conclusion:The CT data of SLA-3D model is highly consistent with the original data, and it is accurate and reliable in the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases in orthopedics and maxillofacial surgery.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the influencing factors of the occurrence of propagated sensation effects at Zusanli (ST 36) based on artificial intelligence technology.
METHODS:
A total of 272 undergraduates and postgraduates of Guangzhou University of TCM were recruited. The basic information, including TCM constitution, body weight index (BMI), pulse, tongue and coating, face complexion, as well as the occurrence of propagated sensation effects at Zusanli (ST 36) with different acupuncture needles and techniques, were recorded. The repeated incremental pruning to produce error reduction (RIPPER) algorithm was applied to predict the results and summarize the rules of relevant factors.
RESULTS:
① The propagated sensation effects were often observed in the subject with -deficiency constitution (55 cases in total, of them 1 case was misclassified). ② The propagated sensation effects were observed in the subject with balanced - constitution (39 cases in total, of them 0 case was misclassified). ③ The propagated sensation effects were observed in the subject with phlegm-damp constitution combined with thin tongue and white coating (31 cases in total, of them 8 cases were misclassified). ④ The propagated sensation effects were observed in the subject with phlegm-damp constitution combined with light tongue coating (7 cases in total, of them 2 cases were misclassified). ⑤ The propagated sensation effects were observed in all the subject with special constitution (6 cases in total, of them 0 cases were misclassified). ⑥ The propagated sensation effects were not observed in the subject with other constitution or the combination of constitution and symptoms (134 cases in total, of them 4 cases were misclassified). The accuracy rate of classification was 94.49%. The difference of acupuncture needles and techniques was not significant in propagated sensation effects (>0.05).
CONCLUSION
