Interactions between noroviruses (NoVs) and the receptors of histo-blood group antigens (HB-GAs) affect the infectivity and host susceptibility of NoVs. We elucidated the binding profile of a GII. 12 NoV to HBGAs. First, we synthesized the P domain sequence of the GII. 12 NoV strain Pune (GenBank accession number EU921353). Protein of the P domain was expressed in a prokaryotic system. Formation of the P particle was monitored by gel-filtration chromatography. Antiserum was prepared by immunization of mice with GII. 12 P particles. The binding profile of the GII. 12 NoV Pune strain was determined by binding of the P particle with a panel of saliva samples with various known HBGAs phenotypes. The GII. 12 NoV was bound strongly to saliva samples of subjects with B and AB types and weakly to A, O secretor, and non-secretor saliva samples, suggesting higher affinity with B antigen by GII. 12 NoV. These results were consistent with those determined by a previous crystallography study of GII. 12 NoV. These data suggested that individuals with B and AB blood types may be more susceptible to infection by GII. 12 NoV compared with those with other blood types. Our findings may provide a basis for the prevention and control of an epidemic of GII. 12 NoV.

Objective To obtain information on viral molecular structure and genome via full-length genomic analysis on the norovirus strain GZ20133135 isolated from Guangzhou. Methods Primers were designed according to the Sydney2012 full sequence. The full genome of the strain GZ20133135 was amplified by RT-PCR.The whole genome sequence was analyzed after cloned and sequenced. Results The genome of G Ⅱ-4 norovirus strain GZ20133135 consisted of 7566 bp,and it was revealed that there were three ORFs composites ORF1 (5100 bp),ORF2 (1623 bp),ORF3 (807 bp) respectively; ORF1 and ORF2 had 19 nt overlap. It was found by evolutionary comparative analysis that GZ20133135 genomic nucleotide sequences, compared with reference strains of G Ⅱ-4 Sydney2012 strains, the highest homology with a total length of homology was 99.07%.Phylogenetic analyses showed GZ20133135 belonged to G Ⅱ-4Sydney 2012 variant.Data of 541 amino acid analyses showed that Sydney 2012 variant strains of popular sites were aa294V or A or P→T,aa296S or T→S,aa297H or Q→R,aa298D or N or T→N,aa368T or N or S or A→E,aa372 N or S→D,aa393 N or D or S,aa394 T or G or S→T,aa395T or A→T,aa407 N or D→S,aa412T or D→N,aa413G or I→T.Conclusion Norovirus GZ20133135 belonged to the G Ⅱ-4 Sydney2012 variant. In This study,GZ20133135 full sequence information can be used not only as a full-length NoV variant sequence standard for future comparison studies, but also as useful material for the public health by enabling the diagnosis, vaccine development, and prediction of new emerging variants.

Objective To analyze the influence of liraglutide intervention combined percutanous coronary intervention(PCI) therapy on acute myocardial infarction( AMI) with type 2 diabetes( T2DM) patients'myocardial injury, ventricular remodeling( VR), and cardiac function. Methods Eighty patients with AMI and T2DM were included in the study, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, each with 40 patients. The patients in the control group received metformin and conventional insulin combined PCI treatment, and the patients in the observation group received metformin and liraglutide combined PCI treatment. The changes in the values of ventricular remodeling indexes, cardiac function and serum related indexes were compared after 3 months treatment between the two groups. Results ( 1) The body weight and fasting blood glucose levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P<0.05), and fasting insulin levels were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). (2)The levels of N-terminal-pro-B- type natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP ), creatine kinase isoenzymes-MB ( CK-MB), and troponin I ( TnI) in the observation group 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). (3)The levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 months after treatment( P<0. 05). ( 4) The values of left ventricular end systolic diameter ( LVESD ), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), interventricular septum thickness ( IVST), left ventricular posterior wall thickness ( LVPWT), left ventricular mass index ( LVMI), left ventricular end systolic volume ( LVESV), and left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; the values of left ventricular fraction shortening(LVFS), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), and mitral valve early diastolic blood flow rate (VE)/atrial systolic flow velocity ( VA), all were higher than those of the control group ( P<0. 05). Conclusion Lraglutide intervention combined with PCI therapy on AMI with T2DM patients may reduce myocardial injury, induce ventricular remodeling, enhance cardiac function, and improve prognosis.

Objective:To investigate the soft skills of nursing teachers in the department of gastroenterology and their impact on teaching behaviors. Methods:A total of 438 nursing teachers from the Department of Gastroenterology of 12 grade A tertiary hospitals in our province were selected as the subjects by cluster sampling. The general information questionnaire, nursing soft skill assessment scale, and clinical nursing mentors' behavior scale were used for a questionnaire survey. The scores for soft skills and teaching behaviors of nursing teachers were evaluated. A Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to discuss the correlation between soft skills and teaching behaviors. The independent sample t test and variance analysis were performed for univariate analysis of teaching behaviors. A multivariate analysis of teaching behaviors was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results:The total score of the nursing soft skill assessment scale was (164.75±18.49), and the average score of items was (3.43±0.49). The total score of the clinical nursing mentors' behavior scale was (94.26±8.48), and the average score of items was (4.10±0.46). The total score of nursing soft skills was positively correlated with the total score of teaching behaviors ( r=0.31, P<0.05). The total score of the behavior scale of nursing teachers varied significantly across different education backgrounds, professional titles, nursing ages, and teaching years ( P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis found that professional title, teaching years, and nursing soft skills were important factors affecting the teaching behavior level of nursing teachers, which could explain 39.50% of the teaching behavior level. Conclusion:Soft skills of nursing teachers in the Department of Gastroenterology are at a middle level. Professional title, teaching years, and soft skills are important factors affecting teaching behaviors. Improving soft skills of nursing teachers may help improve teaching behaviors.
