Objective To investigate the impact of Ruai-Kangfu decoction on the quality of life of the patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods A total of 107 patients with breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group (54 patients) and observation group (53 patients). The control group was treated with the radiotherapy and chemotherapy and symptomatic support treatment. The observation group was treated with the Ruai-Kangfu decoction on the basis of the control group. The 2 groups were treated for 12 months, followed up for 6 months. The European Organization for research and treatment of cancer life quality scale (quality of life questionnaire-core 30, QLQ-C30) and the living quality of breast cancer (quality of life questionnaire-breast table cancer module 23, QLQ-BR23) were used for assessing the quality oflife of the patients. Results After treatment, the scores of QLQ-C30 scale the body function (76.4 ± 16.6vs. 70.4 ± 16.4,t=-2.087), role functions (59.2 ± 12.8vs. 54.6 ± 12.8,t=-2.085), emotional function(77.2 ± 17.0 vs. 54.7 ± 12.8,t=-2.075), cognitive function (38.5 ± 14.7 vs. 34.3 ± 11.6t=2.104), social function(59.3 ± 12.4 vs. 54.6 ± 12.8,t=-2.105) and the overall health status (76.7 ± 19.7 vs. 65.5 ± 18.6,t=-2.152) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Object To compare the HPLC fingerprints of Flos Chrysanthemi from different habitats Methods With Inertsil C 18 column, gradient elute was performed by mobil phase containing acetonitrile water (2% tetrahydrofuran, 0 1% trifluoracetic acid) The flow rate was 1 mL/min and column temperature 30 ℃ Different breeds of Flos Chrysanthemi from various producing areas and other species from the same genus were comparatively analyzed Results It is discovered that the HPLC fingerprints from different breeds of Flos Chrysanthemi have a strong comparability They have 16 mutual peaks and among them four are from the ten strongest peaks, two from the ten strongest peaks or stronger peaks The fingerprint data reflect the affiliation on producing area and genetic relationship of differnt breeds of Flos Chrysanthemi, and also characteristic features of each breed Conclusion This method can be used to establish the HPLC fingerprints of different breeds produced in different areas

Objective To explore the application value of DOSE index score in the peitients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 122 cases of plateau COPD patients were followed up for 12 months, and we recorded and analyzed the patient's health and life.We also recorde FEV 1 and DOSE scores of the patients with COPD,and record the COPD risk events, including the number of respiratory failure and death, and the times of hospitalization, total such confinement, outpatient expenses, hospitalization expenses,mMRC,and scored in the number of exacerbations, etc. Results The DOSE index score was negatively correlated with FEV1% pred (r=0.73,P < 0.05) for 122 COPD patients, and were positively correlated with mMRC (r=085,P < 0.01),the annual number of exacerbations (r=0.71,P < 0.01),respiratory failure (r=0.65,P < 0.01),heart failure (r=0.50,P < 0.01),number of outpatient service (r=0.12,P<0.01),hospitalization time (r=0.70,P<0.01),the totalsuchconfinement (r=0.66,P<0.01),outpatient expenses (r=0.13,P> 0.13),hospitalization expenses (r=0.65,P<0.01).ROC curve was used to analyzed the cut-off point and curve area of COPD DOSE index. Conclusion The DOSE index is a simple COPD assessment tools, and is closely related to the prognosis of patients and health.

Objective:To study the effect of Longman Ampelopsis grossedentata on the level of serum lipid. Methods:The exper-imental rats were given high-fat diet during the experiment. The rats were randomly divided into the model group, high dose group (37. 80 g·kg-1), medium dose group (12. 60 g·kg-1), low dose group (6. 30 g·kg-1) and lipid-lowering drug group (180 mg· kg-1 ) . All the groups were administrated continuously for 30 days, and the effect on body weight, serum TC, TG and HDL-C were measured. Results:Compared with that of the model group, the increase of body weight in the other groups was not significant ( P>0. 05), and all the rats had no obvious poisoning symptom. TC and TG were higher after the high-fat diet administration than those be-fore the experiment in the model group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). After the 30-day treatment, the levels of TC and TG in the high-dose group were significantly decreased compared with those of the model group (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:Longman Ampelopsis grossedentata shows assistant therapeutic effect on serum lipid.

[Abstract ] Objective Positive margins of conization specimen for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade (CIN)3 is a high risk factor of continuous cervical lesions or progress to early invasive carcinoma .The aim of this study was to evaluate the risk factors of positive margins of conization specimen and post-cone residual disease in hysterectomy specimens following conization for CIN 3. Methods Clinical data from 218 patients with CIN 3 underwent hysterectomy after conization from 2001 to 2013 were analyzed retro-spectivly.Multi-factors logistic regression was performed to determine the independent risk factors for positive margins of conization specimen and post-cone residual disease. Results Fifty five cases(25.2%) had positive margin of conization specimen , and the independent risk factors were unsatisfactory colposcopy (OR:5.18,95%CI:2.49-11.10), width of conization specimen smaller than 2 cm (OR:7.68,95%CI:2.31-28.10) and pathology of CIN3 with carcinoma in situ (OR:4.38,95%CI:1.67 -12.10).Forty seven patients (21.6%) had post-cone residual disease , and the independ-ent risk factors were length of conization specimen smaller than 1.5 cm (OR:2.45,95%CI:1.12-5.69), pathology of CIN3 with carci-noma in situ (OR:4.96,95%CI:2.17-11.70) and status of coniza-tion margins (OR:4.34,95%CI:1.95-9.78). Conclusion The satisfaction of colposcopic examination, conization specimen di-ameters including width and length , CIN3 with carcinoma in situ and status of conization margins could contribute to positive margins of conization or residual disease in subsequent hysterectomy specimens .More attention should be paid to such a group of CIN 3 patients clinically.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective The image segmentation of low-density gene chips based on genetic algorithm, which can implement the function of region identification, is achieved. Methods After image denoising by wavelet analysis, image segmentation is accomplished by genetic algorithm. Results The method can detect the region of sampling point more precisely. It can also effectively separate the valuable weak signal points and background or noise. Conclusion The method can accomplish the function of image segmentation of low-density gene chips, which can provide relative accurate data information for future image analysis
