Smilax macrophylla is a type of Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of gouty arthritis. Study on its quality evaluation method was very necessary. Resveratrol (trans-3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene), its generally acknowl-edged major compound with definite therapeutic effect, was detected in the root of S. macrophylla. HPLC was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (25:75). The detection wavelength was 320 nm. The results showed that the method can be used in content determination of resveratrol in S. macrophylla. It was concluded that the study was able to establish content determination method of resveratrol in S. macrophylla in order to lay the foundation of the establishment of quality standard of this Chinese herbal medicine.

Objective:Analyze the influence of blood transfusion therapy under the guidance of thromboelastography on the blood potassium and coagulation indicators and prognosis of patients with post-traumatic hemorrhage. Methods:The clinical data of 73 patients with post-traumatic hemorrhage in Liyang People′s Hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, TEG blood transfusion guidance group (group A) and conventional coagulation indicator guidance group (group B) were divided according to whether TEG test was performed. Repeated measurement analysis of variance and post LSD- t test were used to observe serum potassium, coagulation indexes and prognosis of 2 groups at each time point. Results:The amount of various drugs used in group A was significantly lower than that in group B ( P<0.05). Comparison of serum potassium levels between the two groups before transfusion: (3.94 ± 0.85) mmol/L vs. (3.98 ± 0.71) mmol/L; and on the first day after transfusion: (4.33 ± 0.48) mmol/L vs. (4.57 ± 0.73) mmol/L, there were statistically significant ( P<0.05); on day one. day two and day three after blood transfusion, the indexes of PT and APTT in group A were significantly lower than those in group B: PT: (14.30 ± 1.43) s vs. (16.25 ± 1.74) s, (14.41 ± 1.55) s vs. (16.27 ± 1.48) s, (14.73 ± 1.50) s vs. (16.30 ± 1.45) s; APTT: (32.3 ± 3.6) s vs. (36.7 ± 3.5) s, (32.6 ± 3.4) s vs. (36.8 ± 3.6) s, (32.2 ± 3.2) s vs. (36.3 ± 3.3) s; the above indexes of the two groups before treatment were significantly higher than those at each time point after treatment ( P<0.05). The total effective rate of hemostasis in group A was higher than that in group B: 97.37%(37/38) vs. 80.00%(28/35), P<0.05. Conclusions:Patients with post-traumatic hemorrhage can be recovered by blood transfusion under the guidance of thromboelastography, and the disorder of blood coagulation indicators can be restored, and at the same time, it has a better hemostatic effect.

OBJECTIVETo isolate the wild-type virulent phage of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and simulate the treatments in vitro to investigate the methods for oral Hp-assisted penetration of the phage through the gastric barrier and offspring phage release for infection and treatment of gastrointestinal Hp.
METHODSThe Hp strain was cultured with the candle cylinder method and the virulent phage was isolated by single plate or double plate experiment. A simulated gastric juice was applied and the bactericidal effect of the phage was tested with double flats experiment.
RESULTSAfter a 1.5-h treatment in simulated gastric juice, the orally derived Hp-borne phage was still capable of forming plaques while the control phage was not.
CONCLUSIONThe oral Hp can help the phage resist the gastric juice and then infect the gastrointestinal Hp.

Objective To investigate the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on the topologic attributes of brain functional network in the patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Meth-ods Thirty-three included patients with MCI were randomly divided into the real stimulation group(18 ca-ses)and pseudo-stimulation group(15 cases). All patients received the tDCS treatment for consecutive 10 d.The left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)was stimulated by the anode, while the right orbital socket DLPFC was stimulated by the cathode. The neuropsychological scale assessment and resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)image collection were performed before and after treatment. The GRETNA software was used to preprocess the rs-fMRI images and analyze the graph theory. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to calculate the correlation between behavioral indicators and network attribute indicators of significant difference between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differ-ences in the node attributes(intermediate number centrality, degree centrality and local efficiency of nodes)before and after treatment, and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the scores of MMSE,MoCA,AVLT-N7 and BNT after treatment in the real stimulation group were significantly increased[(25.89±2.16)points,(21.16±2.77)points,(4.95±1.81)points,(19.47±3.13)points].Conclusion tDCS could effectively regulate the local topological attributes of nodes in the cognitive-related brain region of MCI and improve the cognitive function.
