Objective To explore the risk factors of hidden blood loss after UKA.Methods A retrospec-tive study was conducted on 273 patients who underwent UKA from January 2015 to December 2016,including 79 males and 194 females, age between 46 to 87 years old, mean age(67.21± 8.23)years old. The clinical data were collected and the blood volume was calculated according to the Nadler formula. The Gross equation was used to calculate the blood loss and the amount of occult blood loss at 3 days after operation. The risk factors were analyzed statistically. Results The volume of hidden blood loss after operation was(75.36 ± 10.21)mL,and the volume of total blood lost after operation was(187.35± 60.31)mL.Sex,BMI and type of prosthesis were risk factors for hidden blood loss after UKA. Conclusions The volume of hidden blood loss after UKA was related to sex, BMI,and type of prosthesis. For the obese and male patients,we should actively take bleeding management and choose the type of prosthesis reasonably.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical manifestations and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by dronedarone, and to provide reference for clinically safe drug use. METHODS Retrieved from PubMed database, Wanfang database,CNKI and VIP (up to August 31st, 2022),ADR cases of dronedarone were analyzed retrospectively in respect of patient’s age, gender, nationality, usage and dosage of dronedarone, and occurrence time, clinical manifestations, treatment measures and outcome of ADR,etc. RESULTS A total of 26 case reports were included, with a total of 27 patients. The age of the patients was 41-86 years old, with an average age of 68.8 years. The proportion of patients aged 60-79 was the largest (20 cases,74.1%). There was no significant difference in the number of males (14 cases) and females (13 cases). The patients came from 6 countries, of which the United States was the largest (16 cases,59.3%). The dosage of 14 patients was 400 mg bid;one patient was 200 mg bid;the dosage for 12 patients was not specified. The most ADR cases (16 cases,59.3%) occurred within 1 month,of which 11 cases(40.7%) occurred within 1 week, and there were no ADR reports with medication more than 12 months. Organs/systems involved in ADRs were mainly liver and biliary diseases (7 case times,23.3%),skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases (6 case times, 20.0%),respiratory tract, thoracic and mediastinal diseases (5 case times,16.7%). In addition,ADR also occurred in heart diseases, kidney and urinary system diseases, vascular diseases, medical examinations and eye diseases. Among 27 patients, there were 3 cases of death, the ADR were bronchiolitis obliterans with organizing pneumonia, toxic epidermal necrolysis and hepatic failure, respectively. One patient underwent liver transplantation. CONCLUSIONS Dronedarone can cause multiple organ system ADR. Before use,it is necessary to improve the examination including ECG,liver function, lung function, etc. and strengthen drug use monitoring within one month after the start of use, especially the ADR of hepatobiliary, skin and respiratory system. The occurrence of severe ADR has no obvious relationship with the duration of medication; even if it is taken safely for a long time,it still needs continuous pharmaceutical monitoring and follow-up to ensure the clinical medication safety of patients.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the association between out-of-home eating (OH eating) and overweight/obesity among adults in China.
METHODSA total of 33 828 subjects aged 18-60 years old from the 2002 China National Nutrition and Health Survey were selected to calculate their daily consumption of food and nutrition, when people eating at home or out-of-home. The 24-hour dietary recall method for 3 consecutive days was used to collect food intake information ( not including the condiment intake). The logistic regression method was used to analyze the relationship between OH eating and overweight/obesity.
RESULTSThe prevalence of OH eating among Chinese adults aged 18-60 years old was 28.3% (9 562/33 828) in 2002. Overall, the prevalence of OH eating was significantly greater among men compared to women (P < 0.05) , and the rate for men was 32.4% (5 117/15 805), and the rate for women was 24.7% (4 445/18 023). Besides, men who ate out of home showed a higher prevalence of overweight and obesity than those who ate at home (P < 0.05) , and the prevalence of overweight and obesity among them were 38.9% (1 991/5 117) and 31.7% (3 389/10 684), respectively. While women who ate at home showed a higher prevalence of overweight and obesity than those who ate out of home, and the prevalence of overweight and obesity among them were 38.1% (5 174/13 571) and 35.6% (1 581/4 445), respectively. Compared with at-home eating group, 130.4 kJ energy, 12.2 g fat, 6.2 g protein and 67.1 mg sodium were excessively consumed per day for men, and 102.5 kJ energy, 8.6 g fat, 3.4 g protein and 60.6 mg sodium were excessively consumed per day for women. To sum up, OH eating was positively associated with overweight and obesity among men (OR = 1.18, 95% CI:1.09-1.27) , but not among women (OR = 0.94, 95% CI:0.87-1.01).
CONCLUSIONOH eating was positively associated with overweight and obesity among men in China.

Daochisan is a pediatric famous classical formula in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) specializing in clearing the heart, disinhibiting water and enriching Yin, which has been inherited and developed by medical experts of successive generations. The formula can be traced back to Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue written by QIAN Yi from Song dynasty, and most of the later-developed Daochisan(Daochitang) is based on this formula with additions and subtractions. So as to promote the literature excavation of this formula, this paper conducts a thorough textual research and analysis of the composition, processing, preparation methods, clinical applications of Daochisan based on a systematic collation of relevant ancient and modern literature in the method of bibliometrics. A total of 127 pieces of data involving 86 antient TCM books were collected. Statistical analysis showed that the drug origin of Daochisan is basically clear, we suggest that Rehmanniae Radix is the root tuber of Rehmannia glutinosa of Scrophulariaceae, Akebiae Caulis is the dry stem of Akebia quinata of Lardizabalaceae, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is the dry root and stem of Glycyrrhiza uralensis of legume, bamboo leaf is the dry leaves of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis of gramineous plants. Four herbs are recommended to use its raw products. The key information of the dosage and decocting method is supposed to be "4.13 g each of raw Rehmanniae Radix, raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Akebiae Caulis, adding 300 mL of water, and then adding 4.13 g of bamboo leaf, decocting together to 150 mL, taking warmly after meal". Daochisan has the effect of clearing the heart and enriching Yin, disinhibiting water and relieving stranguria, and is widely used in treating symptoms such as heart vexed hotness, hydrodipsia and reddish complexion. Modern studies have showed that Daochisan are frequently used in treating oral ulcer, herpetic stomatitis, urinary tract infection, herpes zoster and other diseases. The above research results can provide scientific reference for the future development and research of Daochisan.
