Acupuncture clinical trials are designed to provide reliable evidence of clinical efficacy, and SCI papers is one of the high-quality clinical efficacy of acupuncture research. To analyze these papers published in high impact factor journals on acupuncture clinical trials, we can study clinical trials from design to implementation, the efficacy of prevention and cure, combined with international standard practices to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture. That is the core of acupuncture clinical trials, as well as a prerequisite for outstanding academic output. A scientific and complete acupuncture clinical trial should be topically novel, designed innovative, logically clear, linguistically refining, and the most important point lies in a great discovery and solving the pragmatic problem. All of these are critical points of papers to be published in high impact factor journal, and directly affect international evaluation and promotion of acupuncture.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2016;34(6):552-557
Background Researches determined that the pathogenesis of retinal vein occlusion (RVO) is associated with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in Caucasian population. However, the relationship between RVO and POAG in Asian population is unclear. Objective This study was to survey the percentage of POAG in RVO patients in China. Methods A prospective cross-sectional observational study based on hospital was performed.Three hundred and seventy five patients with newly diagnosed RVO by fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) were consecutively enrolled in Peking University Third Hospital from October 2011 to May 2013,and gonioscopy was carried out in all the patients.Glaucoma was diagnosed according to the criteria of the International Society of Geographical and Epidemiological Ophthalmology (ISGEO).RVO was classified into central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO),hemicentral retinal vein occlusion (HRVO) and branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) based on fundus photograph and FFA,or classified into arteriovenous crossing RVO (AV-RVO),optic cup RVO (OC-RVO),optic nerve RVO without optical nerve head swelling (NONHS-RVO) and RVO with optical nerve head swelling (ONHS-RVO) based on the sites of venous occlusion. The percentages of POAG in different types of RVO were calculated. This study was approved by Ethic Committee of Peking University Third Hospital, and written informed consent was obtained from each patient before entering study cohort. Results Three hundred and seventeen RVO patients finished screening of glaucoma, with the response rate 84.5%.The percentage of POAG is 8.2% in RVO patients, including 7.1% in the CRVO patients,23.5% in HRVO patients and 6.2% in BRVO patients. The percentage of POAG was significantly higher in OC-RVO patients (27.9%) and NONHS-RVO patients (13.2%) than that in AV-RVO patients (4.7%) and ONHS-RVO patients (1.3%) (all at P<0.05).Conclusions The overall percentage of POAG in RVO patients in China is 3-4 times higher than general population.Higher percentage of POAG is found in OC-RVO patients and NONHS-RVO patients, suggesting that pathogenesis of RVO is probably associated with the glaucomatous anatomic changes of optical nerve head.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2010;31(5):335-337
Objective To investigate the changes of 4 histamine receptors (H1R, H2R, H2R and H4 R)in interstitial cystitis on animal experimental models. Methods Thirty female SD rats (250-300 g) were randomly divided into 2 groups as follows: 20 in experimental group and 10 in control group. The experimental group was filled with protamine sulfate+ potassium chloride to create interstitial cystitis model, the control group was sacrificed directly. At the end of the experiment, the bladders of all these SD rats were studied by the immunohistochemistry staining and the value of their mean absorbance (-A) was calculated by IPP4.5 image analysis software. The SPSS 11.5 was used to analyze the differences between the groups. Results Four kinds of histamine receptors mainly expressed in the bladder epithelium. In the experimental group, the (-A) of H1 R was 0. 054±0.031, the of H2R was 0.032±0.021, the (-A) of H3R was 0.047±0.033 and the (-A) of H4R was 0. 149±0. 191,respectively. In the control group, the A of H1R was 0. 017±0. 011, the (-A) of H2R was 0. 018±0. 015, the (-A) of H3R was 0. 014±0. 011, the (-A) of H4R was 0. 060±0.039, respectively. In contrast, the A of H1 R, H2 R and H3R in experimental group was increased significantly(P<0.05); there was no significant change in (-A) of H4R expression(P>0.05). Conclusions H1, H2 and H3 receptors in rat model interstitial cystitis bladder epithelium have increased and it indicates H1 R, H2R and H3R may be related to interstitial cystitis. H3 R may be a new treatment target of interstitial cystitis.

Objective To discuss the influence of psychological education on the resourcefulness of perioperative breast cancer patients. Methods Two hundred breast cancer patients from a first-class hospital in Fujian province were randomly assigned to the control group, in which routine care was done, and an intervention group, in which psychological education curriculum was employed at three stages on the basis of routine care. The resourcefulness scale was used in both two groups before and after the intervention to evaluate the score of individual and social resourcefulness and the total score of resourcefulness in these two groups. Results As to the control group, the score on individual resourcefulness and the total score on resourcefulness before and after the intervention had no significant differences (P>0.05), but the difference in the social resourcefulness scores before and after the intervention was statistically significant (P<0.05). The differences in the scores on the individual resourcefulness, social resourcefulness and the total score on resourcefulness in the intervention group before and after the intervention were all statistically different (P<0.001). What′s more, the scores of individual resourcefulness, social resourcefulness and the total score of resourcefulness between these two groups after the intervention were statistically different (P<0.001) as well. The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control one. Conclusion The psychological education can significantly improve the resourcefulness level of perioperative breast cancer patients, which can help individuals to manage stress effectively.
