Objective To study the positive incidence and clinical significance of auto-antibody of liver antigens in the serum of patients with autoimmune hepatitis diseases and viral hepatitis.Methods The serum samples with hepatic diseases were col-lected in Jiangyin People’s Hospital from 2010 to 2014 year.Patients were divided into three groups according to diseases:autoimmune hepatic disease group including autoimmune hepatitis (AIH)12 cases and primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC)36 case;viral hepatic group including HAV 23 cases,HBV 30 cases,HCV 14 cases and HEV 8 cases;normal control group 30 cases.Auto-antibody of live antigens AMA-M2,LKM-1,LC-1,SLA/LP,GP210 and SP100 were tested respectively by west-ern blotting assay.Results The positive rates of anti-AMA-M2,anti-LKM-1,anti-LC-1,anti-SLA/LP,anti-GP210,anti-SP100 were 16.7%,16.7%,8.3%,25%,0% and 16% respectively in AIH group,83.3%,0%,0%,0%,44.4% and 27.8% respectively in PBC group.Patients with viral hepatitis,one case were anti-AMA-M2 positive,one case were anti-GP210 positive and three case with positive anti-SP100.anti-AMA-M2,anti-GP210 and anti-SP100 were detected more fre-quently in autoimmune liver diseases group than viral hepatitis group (χ2 = 33.9,10.6 and 8.8,P < 0.05),anti-SLA/LP were detected more frequently in AIH group than PBC group (χ2 = 6.4,P <0.05),while anti-AMA-M2,anti-GP210 and were detected more frequently in PBC group than AIH group (χ2 =15.1 and 6.1,P <0.05).The positive rate of viral hepat-ic group was a very low frequency,there are little statistically significant difference (χ2 =1.1,P >0.05)compared with nor-mal control group.Conclusion The antibody of liver antigens are useful clinically for diagnosing and classifying autoimmune liver disease.

Objective To explore the mediation role of university graduates' core self-evaluation played between perfectionism and job-selecting anxiety.Methods 200 university graduates were investigated by Chinese frost multidimensional perfectionism questionnaires,core self-evaluation scale and self-rating anxiety scale with convenience sampling method.Results ①Job-selecting anxiety had no distinct differences in gender,residence and the aspects of only-child(P＞0.05),but in different subjects,it was different(science and technology(1.79±0.49),culture and history(3.21±0.50),t=-4.38,P＜0.01).② University graduates' positive perfectionism was positively correlated with core self-evaluation (r=0.31,P＜ 0.01),while negatively correlated with job-selecting anxiety (r=-0.35,P＜0.01).University graduates' negative perfectionism was negatively correlated with core self-evaluation(r =-0.35,P＜ 0.01),while positively correlated with job-selecting anxiety (r =0.42,P＜ 0.01).Simultaneously core self-evaluation was negatively correlated with job-selecting anxiety (r=-0.46,P＜ 0.01).③ Core self-evaluation played a part of the intermediary role between negative perfectionism and job-selecting anxiety.The mediating effect was 30.0％ of the total effect.Core self-evaluation played a part of the intermediary role between positive perfectionism and job-selecting anxiety.The mediating effect was 34.5％ of the total effect.Conclusion Perfectionism as a personality trait can calculate the level of job-selecting anxiety.Core self-evaluation plays a part of the intermediary role between perfectionism and job-selecting anxiety.It is helpful to the working tactics of university graduates.

This study investigated the expression of hemeoxygenase-1 (HO-1) in rats with acute lung rejection and its implication. A valid rat orthotopic left lung transplantation model (SD rat-->Wistar rat) was established by using an improved three-cuff anastomosis technique. The rats were divided into control group, CoPP (HO-1 inducer)-treated group and ZnPP (HO-1 inhibitor)- treated group. The severity of acute rejection was graded on the basis of the morphologic changes of the lung samples stained with HE. The expression of HO-1 protein in lung tissue was detected by using immunohistochemistry and Western blot, and HO-1 mRNA activity was assayed by RT-PCR. The results showed that the expression of HO-1 protein was significantly increased with the acute rejection grading in rats (P<0.01). As compared with control and ZnPP-treated groups, the severity of acute rejection was not alleviated and the grade not reduced significantly in CoPP-treated group (P>0.05). It was concluded that HO-1 protein might be involved in the pathological process of post-graft acute rejection. The expression of HO-1 protein was increased gradually with aggravation of acute rejection, and HO-1 protein might be used as an index to monitor acute rejection after lung transplantation.

Objective To explore the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT) ,and to assess the diagnosis value of the Chinese version of IVA-CPT in two samples of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in clinic and school.Methods 112 participants were divided into 4 groups:clinic group, clinic control group, school group and control group from school.The participants were measured by IVA-CPT and the results were compared.Results ①The integrated quotients of IVA-CPT had concordance with the dimensions of the DSM-ⅣV and ASRS.Each integrated quotients of IVA-CPT and each dimension of the DSM-ⅣV and ASRS were negatively correlated(school: r=-0.277, P＜0.05;clinic: r=-0.423, P＜0.05).The score of HI dimension was negatively correlated with integrated attention quotient and integrated inhibition quotient of IVA-CPT (r=-0.480, P＜0.01;r=-0.452, P＜0.01).② The results of the IVA-CPT and the comprehensive assessment had consistency for diagnosis of children with ADHD from the total subjects,the clinic ,and the school.And there were no difference between the sensitivity, the specificity, the coincidence rate, the missed diagnosis rate and the misdiagnosis rate of IVA-CPT when used to diagnose children with ADHD in clinic and school(x2=3.396, P＞0.05).③The IVA-CPT evaluation system had good stability according to the retest of a random sample of 25 subjects(P＜0.01).The pretest and posttest results of each full quotients of IVA-CPT were significantly correlated (P＜0.01).Conclusion The IVA-CPT not only can be used as auxiliary diagnostic tools to diagnose children with ADHD in clinic,it can be used as auxiliary diagnostic tools to diagnose children with ADHD in the community.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of attentional bias in anxiety sensitivity individuals.Methods By using Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI),23 participants were included in the high score group and 20 participants were included in the low score group.Then,2 (between-subject factor:the high and low score group) ×2 (within-subject factor:the positive and negative picture) mixed design experiments were adopted.Emotional faces picture pairs were chosen as stimuli.Picture pairs were presented 100 ms in experiment 1 and 1 250 ms in experiment 2.Dot-probe task was adopted to inspect the attentional bias and the response time and correct rate were recorded.Results Experiment 1 implied the main effect of type of pictures was found in mixed design experiments(F(1,41)=4.40,P＜0.05).The reaction time of two groups in positive pictures was greater than zero((12.22±30.24) ms vs (10.07±21.55) ms).It showed input effect to positive pictures.An input effect due to the reaction time of the high score group was greater than zero to negative pictures((4.81± 17.88)ms),while the low score group tended to avoid the negative pictures ((-6.81 ±21.33) ms).Experiment 2 implied positive score was not significant between two groups (F(1,41) =0.29,P＞0.05).And positive score showed the attentional bias to some certain extent.Significant outcome was found by negative score between two groups (F(1,41) =6.41,P＜0.05).It implied that the high score group tended to avoid the negative pictures and the low score group had the tendency of input effect.Conclusion At the initial stage of attention,anxiety sensitivity individuals had the attentional bias to negative emotional faces and avoidance in the late stage of attention.It suggests that the attentional bias of anxiety sensitivity individuals may have an important effect on the development of the mental disorders.

Objective To explore the character of ruminant thinking individuals in cold executive functions(cool EF) and hot executive functions(hot EF).Methods According to the score of rumination response scale( RRS) ,17 low-level ruminant thinking individuals and 21 high-level ruminant thinking indi-viduals were screened out and finished the classic Stroop test.Results In the cool EF,it was consistent be-tween low-level and high-level ruminant thinking individuals for color naming task response time ((10.61± 23.20)ms vs (10.79±29.32)ms),and there was no significant difference in the classic Stroop test( t=0.21, P>0.05) .In the hot EF,the respone time of the low-level group was longer than that of high-level group on the positive and negative((-5.01±22.20)ms vs (-10.88±20.33)ms;(8.78±29.96)ms vs (-8.68±19.94) ms) ,and the main effect of the emotional Stroop interference scores between positive and negative words was highly significant(F=10.88, P<0.05) .The interactive effect of emotional Stroop interference scores of words × subjects was significant(F=5.70, P<0.05) .The simple effect tests showed that the emotional Stroop interfer-ence scores between high-level and low-level ruminant thinking subjects were significant in the negative group(F=4.69, P<0.05) .And it was also significant between positive and negative words in the low-level group(F=14.63, P<0.05).Conclusion Two types of subjects in the cold EF have no significant difference. High-level ruminant thinking individuals in the cold EF are normal,but impaired in the hot EF that meaning high-level ruminant thinking individuals had bias to negative emotion.These results provide new clues for the intervention of negative emotions caused by ruminants.

AIMTo establish the differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) methodology for controlling the crystal-type B form of nateglinide.

METHODSAccurately weighed pure dried (P2O5 as desiccant for 4 h at 80 degrees C in vacuum) fine powder of crystal-type B and H of nateglinide were measured dQ/dT by DSC at heating rate of 10 degrees C. min-1 and temperature between 100 degrees C and 200 degrees C to calculate the enthalpy delta HB and delta HH. Accurately weight a series of uniform mixtures of crystal-type B and H of dried fine powder of nateglinide in different proportions. The enthalpy of the mixtures is measured by DSC as above to calculate the enthalpy (sigma delta H). Using B% as X, sigma delta H as Y, the regression equation was obtained. According to this equation, the unknown composition of mixed crystal was evaluated by the sigma delta H values. The method was used to control the limitation of crystal-type B of nateglinide by the sigma delta H value of mixture of known composition as reference.

RESULTSThe results measured from different laboratories showed that the repeatability was 0.61% and the recoveries were 86.2%-127% when the amounts of crystal-type B were between 0-15%.

CONCLUSIONThis method can be used to evaluate the crystal-type B composition of nateglinide.

AIMIn order to find a way to prognosticate the region-selectivity in the O-methylation reaction of erythromycin and its derivatives, conformation search model of Hyperchem Pro 6.0 used in personal computer was used to establish it.

METHODSThe results of O-methylation reaction of compound 1, 2 and 3 showed the difference between 6-OH and 11-OH. Using the conformational search model of hyperchem, 1,000 conformations of compound 4, 5 and 6 were found with the parameter of dihedral angle. The 14-membered lactone ring was defined as a "plane". The position of carbonyl of 1- or 9- and hydroxyl of 6- or 11- is different, either "up-plane" or "down-plane". A statistic analysis of low-energy conformation clusters was used to sort these clusters by the parameter of the dihedral angle. The data is in accord with the results of the experiments.

RESULTSConformation numbers, energy minimum, energy average and position of the active groups of compounds 4, 5 and 6, the simplified structures of compound 1, 2 and 3, were given in Table 1. by sorting the dihedral angle.

CONCLUSIONThe interaction of the hydroxyl and carbonyl were analysed and found that O-methylation reactions of erythromycin and its derivatives were impacted by the space factor. The clusters of energy minimum, maximum number and "outside" were discussed. The selectivity of the O-methylation reaction of erythromycin and its derivatives can be prognosticated by analysing the parameter of the dihedral angle.

Objective To explore the clinical effect and side-effect of oxaliplatin(L-OHP)-containing regimen and cisplatin (DDP)-containing regimen in TACE of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods 108 patients with advanced HCC were randomly divided into experimental group(n=55) and control group (n =53). The experimental group were treated with TACE using L-OHP. After dilute with glucose solution, L-OHP(130 mg/m2) and FT207 (500-750 mg/m2) were injected into blood vessel respectively. ADM (40 mg/m2) and LP (10～30 ml) were emulsified and then used for vessel embolism according to the size of focus. The control group received TACE with DDP, DDP (40 mg/m2) and F]'207(500～750 mg,/m2) were diluted with glucose solution, and also according to the size of tumor' s focus, ADM(40 mg/m2) and LP(10～30 ml) were emulsified for vessel embolism, and then diuretic. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 67.3 % (37/55), and that of control group was 47.2 % (25/53), and the difference was with statistical significance (P <0.05). The descent rate of AFP of experimental group was 73.1%(31/43), and that of control group was 44.7 % (17/38), and the difference was with statistical significance (P <0.05). The main side effects were gastrointestinal reactions, the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in experimental group were lower than control group, and the difference was with statistical significance. The incidence rate of leucopenia, damage of hepatic function and peripheral neuritis were not significant. Damage of heart and kidney were not found in the two sets. Conclusion L-OHP -containing regimen in TACE of advanced HCC is an efficient method, with good security and good tolerance to patients.
