Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bandage contact lens on patients after the pterygium excision surgery.Methods 200 patients with pterygium excision were used retrospectively analysis and were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table method.Patients in observation group wore bandage contact lens while those in control group did not (traditional method).The degree of pain in both groups was evaluated at 8 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after surgery.In addition,patients were surveyed for the satisfaction of our treatment when discharge.Results The ocular foreign body sensation,eye burning,tears and eye open difficult were obviously decreased in observation group (t=5.643,10.315,P ＜ 0.01).The overall comfort level of the patients in observation group was obviously improved.pain feeling of the eye after surgery in 8h,24h and 48h markedly decreased in observation group (t=6.196-12.495,P ＜ 0.01).The degree of satisfaction scores of preoperative guidancein,postoperative pain control,emotion,mental nursing,self-care ability,comfort in observation group were (1.59-0.62) points,(1.83±0.70) points,(1.42±0.68) points,(1.42±0.68) points,(1.48±0.67) points,(1.29±0.77) points,(1.43-0.64)points which were obviously increased than (0.76±0.55) points,(0.83±0.64points,(0.82±0.56) points,(0.80±0.47) points,(0.79±0.61) points,(0.66±0.54) points (t=4.311-9.354,all P＜ 0.01).Conclusions Compared with traditional treatment,bandage contact lens can significantly reduce the discomforts after the pterygium excision surgery,and increase the postoperative comforts of patients.It proves that bandage contact lens have extensive clinical value.

Objective To investigate the effects of Buyang-Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine on early diabetic renal injury.Methods 200 cases of early diabetic renal injury were randomly recruited into study group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin injection and oral benazepril hydrochloride,and the blood pressure,blood lipid changes were closely monitored; while the study group was additionally treated with Buyang-Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Results The total therapeutic effects in the study group was significantly higher than the control group (x2=15.62,P＜0.01).The values of FBG,2 h PG,DBP,SBP,HbAlc in both groups were significantly reduced after the treatment (P＜0.05,t=4.23,4.47,3.59,3.87,3.99 in the study group,t=4.34,4.76,4.05,3.78,3.69 in the control group) ; but the difference between the two groups had no significance (P＞0.05).Before treatment rnALB,Urea,Cr,TG and TC were not significantly different (P＞0.05) ; the values of mALB,Ureaand Cr were significantly reduced in the study group after the treatment (P＜0.05,t=4.56,3.73,3.28);especially mALB in the study group was obviously lower than the control group (P＜0.05,t=5.01).Conclusion Buyang-Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine was effective to treat early renal damage of type 2 diabetes,with the functions of reducing urinary protein,improving microcirculation and protecting renal function.

We analyzed the special characteristics of postgraduate education for anesthesiology majors based on the current situation of medical postgraduate education.Next,we introduced the ‘ sandwich' teaching method and discussed how it can promote students' subjective initiative by transforming various learning patterns.Finally,the effectiveness of study was elevated by ‘sandwich' teaching method.

AIM:To study the effect of dexamethasone(Dex)on the expression of aquaporin-1(AQP-1)in cultured rat pleural mesothelial cells and to offer experimental support for the investigation of the mechanisms of pleural fluid treatment.METHODS:Rat pleural mesothelial cells were cultured in vitro.The expression of AQP-1 was detected by immunocytochemistry and reverse transcription-PCR(RT-PCR)after cells were identified,then the cells were treated with Dex for 24 hours at concentrations of 10-8,10-7,10-6,10-5 and 10-4mmol/L,and for 6 h,12 h,24 h,36 h,48 h,72 h at concentration of 10-4 mmol/L.Western blotting was used to analyze the expression of AQP-1 in cultured control and Dex-treated rat pleural mesothelial cells,and image analysis system to analyze the expression of AQP-1.RESULTS:Aquaporin-1 was expressed in cultured rat pleural mesothelial cells.The protein of AQP-1 expressed in rat pleural mesothelial cells was 755.04?19.81,843.72?19.41,862.96?26.53,694.80?32.00,938.08?13.32 in those treated with Dex at concentrations of 10-8,10-7,10-6,10-5 and 10-4 mmol/L,respectively,the levels was 2.02,2.26,2.31,1.86,2.52 fold higher than that in control group(372.90?16.46,P

Objective:To investigate prognostic factors of the T-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (T-NHL),and to study the clinical efficacy of CHOPE plus L-asparaginase (L-ASP)regimen for T-NHL.Methods:Retrospective analyses were made of 61 T-NHL patients who were treated from July 2007 to August 2013.Randomly divided into two groups CHOPE and CHOPE +L group (Based on CHOPE,added with L-ASP on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,9th and 11th day).Results:Of the 61 patients evaluatd with the median survival was 22 (3 -65)months,the complete remission rate was 52.50%,the partial remission rate 29.51%,and the response rate 80.01%.The complete remission rate was 57.89%,and the patial remission rate 84.21% in CHOPE +L and the complete remission rate 43.48%,the response rate 78.26% in CHOPE,respectively (both P >0.05).The 1-,2-,and 5-year overall survival rates were 91.0%,87.6% and 65.7% respectively (P >0.05 ).But the overall survival rate in CHOPE +L was significantly higher than that in CHOPE group in extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type (ENKTCL)(P <0.05 ).The analysis of the prognostic factors indicated that ENKTCL,the outside junction lesions,and the CR rate were poor factors with statistic significance in T-NHL.Conclusion:CHOPE +L regimen has better efficacy for ENKTCL,but whether CHOPE +L regimen is used in the treatment of T-NHL,large prospective clinical trials are worth for further investigation.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of attentional bias in anxiety sensitivity individuals.Methods By using Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI),23 participants were included in the high score group and 20 participants were included in the low score group.Then,2 (between-subject factor:the high and low score group) ×2 (within-subject factor:the positive and negative picture) mixed design experiments were adopted.Emotional faces picture pairs were chosen as stimuli.Picture pairs were presented 100 ms in experiment 1 and 1 250 ms in experiment 2.Dot-probe task was adopted to inspect the attentional bias and the response time and correct rate were recorded.Results Experiment 1 implied the main effect of type of pictures was found in mixed design experiments(F(1,41)=4.40,P＜0.05).The reaction time of two groups in positive pictures was greater than zero((12.22±30.24) ms vs (10.07±21.55) ms).It showed input effect to positive pictures.An input effect due to the reaction time of the high score group was greater than zero to negative pictures((4.81± 17.88)ms),while the low score group tended to avoid the negative pictures ((-6.81 ±21.33) ms).Experiment 2 implied positive score was not significant between two groups (F(1,41) =0.29,P＞0.05).And positive score showed the attentional bias to some certain extent.Significant outcome was found by negative score between two groups (F(1,41) =6.41,P＜0.05).It implied that the high score group tended to avoid the negative pictures and the low score group had the tendency of input effect.Conclusion At the initial stage of attention,anxiety sensitivity individuals had the attentional bias to negative emotional faces and avoidance in the late stage of attention.It suggests that the attentional bias of anxiety sensitivity individuals may have an important effect on the development of the mental disorders.

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of targeted B7-H3 gene silencing on the tumorigenesis and metastasis of human hematological malignancy xenograft tumor in nude mice.Methods: Real-time fluorogentic quantitative PCR (qPCR) and flow cytometry (FCM) were used to detect the expression of B7-H3 in 13 strains of malignant hematologic cells.Then,U937,Maver and Z138 cells which expressed high level of B7-H3 were screened out.Targeted B7-H3 knockdown in U937,Ma-ver and Z138 was performed by lentivirus transduction and the effect of B7-H3 silencing in stable cell lines was tested by qPCR and FCM.Injecting the nine groups subcutaneously into the nude mice to establish xenograft models after dividing the U937,Maver and Z138 into non-infected control group (CON),B7-H3 knockdown group (KD) and negative non-targeted control infected group (NC),respectively,for detecting the tumorigenicity and metastasis in vivo.Furthermore,the expression of Ki-67 in xenograft tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC).The expression of metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) was detected by western blot.Results: The stable B7-H3 silencing cell lines of U937,Maver and Z138 were successfully established.Compared with the NC group,the KD groups of U937,Maver and Z138 had an obviously slower tumor growth.The average tumor inhibition rates at the end of observation period were 61.83％ (F=43.78,P<0.05),59.12％ (F=36.51,P<0.05) and 67.37％ (F=40.29,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in tumor volume growth between the NC group and the CON group (P>0.05).The liver distant metastasis of all the xenograft tumor models in nude mice was the most common and the rates of distant metastasis in KD groups were significantly lower than that of the corresponding NC groups.The Ki-67 indexes of the KD groups were significantly lower than those of the relative NC groups in three cell lines (U937: 40.3％±5.2％ vs.79.1％±6.3％,q=30.31,P<0.05,Maver: 35.2％±6.4％ vs.69.6％±5.1％,q=24.82,P<0.05;Z138: 38.4％±7.1％ vs.75.7％±4.8％,q=28.07,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the expression of Ki-67 between the NC group and the CON group (P>0.05).The expressions of MMP-2 were also significantly lower in the KD groups than in the NC groups (U937: q=14.59,P<0.05;Maver: q=9.25,P<0.05;Z138: q=11.04,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 between the NC group and the CON group (P>0.05).Conclusion: Targeted B7-H3 gene silencing could inhibit the tumorigenesis and metastasis of human hematological malignancy xenograft tumor in nude mice.The mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of Ki-67 and MMP-2.
