1.Noncoding RNA, a new focus of functional genomic study
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(04):-
Approxmately 97% of all transcriptional output of the human being is noncoding RNA(ncRNA),which has been found to play roles in a great variety of processes, and is becoming more andmore attractive. This review is a general intruduction to the concept, classification and functions ofncRNA.
2.Influencing factors on the function of sodium iodide symporter in differentiated thyroid cancer
Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2015;(6):512-516
The expression and function of NIS are the prerequisites of radioactive iodine ( RAI ) treatment for DTC, which in turn determine the iodine uptake and outcome in DTC patients. Studies for the factors that might influence the function of NIS for the development of redifferentiation therapy should be conducted in conjunction with the individualized course of treatment in DTC patients having poor iodine up?take in their thyroid tumors. This review summarizes the factors that influence the function and expression of NIS in these patients.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the role of 3 D spiral computerized tomographic angiography (SCTA) in microsurgery of separating craniopagus twins Methods A case of craniopagus twins underwent spiral CTA Image reconstruction was made by shaded surface display Result SCTA demonstrated osseous fusion in twins skull Parts of bone and dura mater were found to be absent in the fused area Two parts of brain tissues were linked together, and some area were fused Twins' one third of posterior superior sagittal sinuses were fused and converged into a common sinus One side of their transverse sinuses were fused Conclusion SCTA can clearlly reveal the abnormalities of skull, cerebrum, intracranial blood vessels, especially the stereostruction between intracranial blood vessels and skull SCTA is useful for intraoperative bone design and decision of surgical route and has important value in formulating surgical plans

Objective To provide the experimental basis for the further research of the interacting proteins with Stathmin ,the Stathmin gene Pichia pastoris expression system was constructed ,the expressed Stathmin product was purified and identified .Meth‐ods Stathmin gene was amplified from tumor cell line of SKBR3 by PCR method and cloned into the yeast expression vector pPIC3 .5K .The recombinant vector pPIC3 .5K‐Stathmin was constructed and transformed into Pichia pastoris GS115 .The positive clones were screened by YPD medium containing Geneticin 600 μg/mL .Expression was induced with 0 .5% methanol and expres‐sion products were identified by SDS‐PAGE and Western Blotting .Results DNA sequencing result showed that the gene fragment was consistent with Stathmin gene sequence .pPIC3 .5K‐Stathmin was selected from YPD culture medium containing Geneticin ,and the positive clones were identified by PCR .SDS‐PAGE showed that a 37 × 103 protein band could be seen on the PAGE gel after Coomassie Blue staining ,which was further confirmed and identified as Stathmin protein by Western Blotting .Conclusion Stathmin yeast expression vector is successfully constructed and expressed in Pichia pastoris ,which laid the foundation for the study of inter‐acting proteins with Stathmin ,and for the preparation of the biological treatment drugs of Stahtmin target .

Objective To compare the concentration of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB), MCP-1 and RANTES in peritoneal fluid in women with endometriosis and normal peritonal fluid ,To explore the relationship between these cytokines with pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods There were 2 groups:the endometriosis group and the control group.Double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA technique was adopted for determinating concentration of NF-кB、MCP-1 and RANTES in peritoneal fluid. Results Peritoneal fluid level of NF-κB MCP-1 and RANTES in endometriosis patients was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). NF-κB and MCP-1, NF-κB and RANTES expressed positive correlation by linear correlation analysis in both EMs group and control group , correlation coefficients were 0.385, 0.569(EMs group), 0.474, 0.388(P < 0.05). Conclusions NF-кB、MCP-1 and RANTES are mutual affection and promote endometriosis in the pathogenesis.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(9):144-146
Objective Explore the effect of case method on clinical teaching of Medical Oncology. Methods The case method was taken in the teaching of Clinical Oncology for trial group, and the traditional method teaching was taken for contrast group of our university. At the end of term, we made a questionnaire and statistics examination records. Results (1) It was conducive to good learning ability. Case method teaching in Clinical Oncology could cultivate student's ability to study independently. (2) Comparing examination records of the two groups, it also showed a significant difference ( <0.05) . Conclusion (1) Case method teaching has good teaching effect, and it can cultivate student's ability to study independently. (2) Application of case teaching method in Clinical Oncology received a very good teaching result, but the assessment system should be established and improved.
