Objective Human sperm hyaluronidase in the acrosome is a key enzyme during fertilization.To study and establish a modified substrate film method to improve the diagnotic and treatment of male infertility and investigate the influence of sperm hyaluronidase on male fertility.Methods According to the biochemical feature of sperm hyaluronidase that can dissolve the hyaluronic acid in matrixes,the modified sodium hyaluronate-Gelatin membrane was used as substrate to demonstrate the sperm hyaluronidase activity by incubation and staining.70 human semen samples were selected,categorized and detected for hyaluronidase activity according to the resuh of routine clinical semen examination.The average sperm hyaluronidase activity was statistically anyliezed between the fertile group and infertile group.Results Under general light microscope,the clear and bright digestion circle around the sperm head can be observed against the background of deep purple-blue stained substrate at the positive-reaction area.The amounts of positive reaction and the diameter of the bright circle are positively related to the activity of sperm hyaluronidase.The average hyaluronidase reaction rate and diameter of normal fertile group were 70.84% and 78.17 ?m;What about the infertile group A were 60.02% and 76.92 ?m;The infertile group B were 29.11% and 8.22 ?m; There was statistical difference of HYD activity between the infertile group.B and the fertile group(P

Objective To explore the character of ruminant thinking individuals in cold executive functions(cool EF) and hot executive functions(hot EF).Methods According to the score of rumination response scale( RRS) ,17 low-level ruminant thinking individuals and 21 high-level ruminant thinking indi-viduals were screened out and finished the classic Stroop test.Results In the cool EF,it was consistent be-tween low-level and high-level ruminant thinking individuals for color naming task response time ((10.61± 23.20)ms vs (10.79±29.32)ms),and there was no significant difference in the classic Stroop test( t=0.21, P>0.05) .In the hot EF,the respone time of the low-level group was longer than that of high-level group on the positive and negative((-5.01±22.20)ms vs (-10.88±20.33)ms;(8.78±29.96)ms vs (-8.68±19.94) ms) ,and the main effect of the emotional Stroop interference scores between positive and negative words was highly significant(F=10.88, P<0.05) .The interactive effect of emotional Stroop interference scores of words × subjects was significant(F=5.70, P<0.05) .The simple effect tests showed that the emotional Stroop interfer-ence scores between high-level and low-level ruminant thinking subjects were significant in the negative group(F=4.69, P<0.05) .And it was also significant between positive and negative words in the low-level group(F=14.63, P<0.05).Conclusion Two types of subjects in the cold EF have no significant difference. High-level ruminant thinking individuals in the cold EF are normal,but impaired in the hot EF that meaning high-level ruminant thinking individuals had bias to negative emotion.These results provide new clues for the intervention of negative emotions caused by ruminants.

Objective To identify the inclusion compound of ginsenoside Rh2 with hydroxylpropyl-?-cyclodextrin (HP-?-CD) in aqueous solution, and to investigate the change of thermodynamic parameters during the inclusion process. Methods The measurements of the inclusion mechanism, inclusion molar ratio of the host and guest molecules, and change of thermodynamic parameters were carried out by the following methods separately; thin layer chromatography (TLC), differential scanning calorimetry (OSC), infrared (IR) spectrometry, phase solubility method, and thermodynamic method, respectively. Results That all the phase solubility diagrams showed a typical AL-type in various temperatures and suggested the formation of a soluble complex of 1∶1 molar ratio. TLC and IR Spectroscopy confirmed that the significant interaction between the host and guest molecules was probably due to the inclusion of aglycone of Rh2 molecule into the hydrophobic cavity of HP-?-CD molecule. AIM: To observe effect of the iris location to femtosecond - combined wavefront guided LASIK for myopia and astigmatism.?METHODS:The patients with astigmatism >1. 0D during the same time and followed up for 1a were selected. A total of 129 eyes in 67 patients were treated under iris location with femtosecond-combined wavefront guided LASIK ( experimental group) and 161 eyes in 82 cases with femtosecond-combined wavefront guided LASIK ( control group) . Laser cutting went with the same laser machine. The uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) , best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA) , and wavefront aberration between the two groups were compared at 1, 3, 6mo and 1a after surgery.?RESULTS:At 1 and 3mo after surgery, the number of patients with better postoperative UCVA than preoperative BCVA between the two group showed a statistically significant difference (χ2=6. 423, P=0. 011,χ2=14. 431, P=0. 01 ); at 1d and 1mo after surgery, the residual astigmatism showed a statistically significant difference between two groups (t=1. 98, P<0. 05; t=2. 23, P<0. 05). At 3, 6mo and 1a after surgery, the differences on the change of residual astigmatism between the two groups weren’t significant ( P > 0. 05 ). At 6mo and 1a after surgery, the differences on UCVA between the two groups weren’t significant ( P > 0. 05 ). Until 1a after surgery, the root mean square ( RMS ) of high order wavefront aberration of the two groups, spherical aberration and coma aberration ( COMA ) were all enhanced compared to before surgery(P<0. 05). At 1, 3mo after surgery, the RMS showed a statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05). At 1, 3, 6mo, 1a after surgery, the increase of COMA in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 05).? CONCLUSION: Iris location technology applied in femtosecond - combined wavefront guided LASIK for myopia and astigmatism, can make the vision recovery faster, the RMS of high order and COMA increase less, the residual astigmatism less, show better and more stable treatment effect.

AIM:To contrast analysis of postoperative variation of corneal posterior surface heights after Femtosecond LASlK ( FS - LASlK ) and small incision lenticule extraction ( SMlLE) for high myopia.
●METHODS: Sixty-seven cases of high myopic patients (132 eyes) operated with laser corneal refractive in our hospital from May to Dec. in 2015 (-6. 00D≤spherical equivalent degree≤-10. 00D) were selected and divided into FS-LASlK group and SMlLE group. The thickness of corneal flaps at FS-LASlK and the thickness of map at SMlLE were designed to be 110μm. Corneal posterior surface heights were examined by Pentacam at preoperation, postoperative 3 and 6mo after FS-LASlK and SMlLE operation. Surface height changes after preoperative, postoperative 3 and 6mo were compared by measuring Pentacam corneal analysis system.
●RESULTS: Six months after operation, the FS-LASlK posterior corneal surface height was 6. 47 ± 1. 65mm, significantly higher than 5. 20 ± 1. 32mm before operation. SMlLE posterior corneal surface height was 6. 40 ± 1. 33mm, significantly higher than 5. 18 ± 1. 25mm before operation, the differences were statistically significant( P<0. 05). Six month after surgery, two methods of corneal surface height variation obtained was 1. 29 ± 1. 28mm and 1. 22 ± 0. 89mm, there was no significant difference ( P>0. 05).
●CONCLUSION:After FS-LASlK and SMlLE, the corneal posterior surface is protrusive. FS - LASlK is slightly obvious than SMlLE in early period. The stability of the posterior surface is better after SMlLE.

Cognitive impairment is a common complication of diabetes. Hippocampus plays an important role in cognitive function. In hyperglycemia, synaptophysin, a crucial synaptic vesicle membrane protein in hippocampus neuron is found to be down-regulated. Recent evidences have shown that angiotensin IV can facilitate memory acquisition and recovery. However, whether it can also improve cognitive functions of diabetic rats with cognitive disorder, and the possible mechanisms are uncertain. Hence, the objectives of this study. Forty fi ve Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly divided into three groups: Control, diabetic group and diabetes with angiotensin IV treatment group. The cognitive functions, mainly learning and memory of the rats were evaluated using Morris water maze task. The synapses ultrastructure, relative mRNA concentrations and protein expression levels of synaptophysin in hippocampus CA1 area were estimated using transmission electron microscope, RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry and western blotting, respectively. Our study showed that in the diabetic rats with angiotensin IV treatment, the cognitive impairment as measured by Morris water maze task improved, the ultrastructure of synapses in hippocampus reversed, the relative mRNA concentrations and protein levels of synaptophysin in hippocampus signifi cantly increased, when compared with diabetic rats. We conclude that angiotensin IV plays an important role in improving cognitive function of diabetic rats. The possible mechanisms are up-regulating the expression of synaptophysin and normalizing the ultrastructure of synapses in hippocampus.

The effect of the complement C1q expression on total hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats was investigated. Sixty healthy male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats weighing 180-200 g were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham-operation group (S group, n=12); group of I/R for 1 h (I/R 1 h group, n=12); group of I/R for 3 h (I/R 3 h group, n=12); group of I/R for 6 h (I/R 6 h group, n=12); group of I/R for 24 h (I/R 24 h group, n=12). The hepatic I/R model of rats was established, and liver tissues were obtained 1 h, 3 h, 6 h and 24 h after hepatic I/R, respectively. Furthermore, the tissues were stained using hematoxylin-eosin, and the liver injuries of rats were observed using a microscope. The malondialdehyde (MDA) level and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in liver tissue were determined. Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blotting were used to detect the expression levels of C1q mRNA and protein, respectively. As compared with the S group, the histopathological changes in I/R 1 h-24 h groups were gradually aggravated with the extension of I/R time. As compared with the S group, SOD activity and MDA content in the I/R groups were reduced and increased respectively with the extension of I/R time (P<0.01). Furthermore, the C1q expression at mRNA and protein levels in the I/R groups (especially in the I/R 3 h group) was significantly higher than that in the S group (P<0.05). It is suggested that C1q expression may play a principal role in hepatic I/R injury, particularly at the early stage of perfusion.
