The endoluminal stenting is popular for more than two decades,even in China,encouraging achievements also are getting around the recent dacade.Endoluminal stents are not only applicated for all kinds of vascular stenosis,and nonvascular stenosis such as biliary tract,esophagus,trachea etc,but also are utilized gradually in the interventional treatment of cerebral ischemia and hemorrage in the recent years,especially for aortic aneurysm.There would still have a long way to go in China for further development in basic research,standardized procedure,and normalized followed-up.The main target for all the interventional radiologists in the foreseen future is how to develop new stents with independent knowlege property right and to expand the stents usage reasonably.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular point sticking for tension-type headache (TTH). Methods: A total of 90 TTH patients were divided into an acupuncture group, an auricular point sticking group and an observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received acupuncture plus auricular point sticking for treatment, while those in the acupuncture group only received acupuncture and those in the auricular point sticking group only received auricular point sticking for treatment. The headache attack frequency and the scores of visual analog scale (VAS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were observed before treatment, after treatment and 3 months after treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated at the follow-up of 3 months after treatment. Results: At follow-up, there were significant differences in clinical efficacy among the three groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the clinical efficacy ranking from high to low was the observation group, the acupuncture group and the auricular point sticking group. After treatment and at follow-up, the VAS score, headache attack frequency, SAS and SDS scores in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P<0.01). The above four results in the observation group were lower than those in the acupuncture group and the auricular point sticking group at the same time point (all P<0.01); VAS score in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the auricular point sticking group (both P<0.05). At follow-up, the headache frequency in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the auricular point sticking group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Either using acupuncture and auricular point sticking together or separately can reduce the headache degree of TTH patients, reduce the number of headache attacks, and relieve anxiety and depression. The efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular point sticking is most significant.

BACKGROUND: Medical dressings can play a temporality barrier function as skin substitute in wound healing, which can avoid or control wound infection. With the increasing of aging and chronic ulcer wound, medical dressings play a more important role. OBJECTIVE: To review the recent research and progress of medical dressings, in addition, to explore its developing direction. METHODS: Elsevier database and CNKI was retrieved by computer with key words of "medical dressing, collagen, gel and chitosan" to search papers published between January 1980 and January 2009. Related papers addressing medical dressings were selected. According to inclusion cdteda, 35 literatures were selected Jn this study. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Currently, the medical dressings can be classified into natural polymer, synthetic macromolecule, inorganic material and composite. Their performances and clinical application were reviewed respectively. The quality control and future development of medical dressing products were also discussed. This paper can provide a theoretical foundation for the researcher in study and development of medical dressings, manufacturer in the quality control and government in product quality supervision.

Objective To investigate the imaging feature of Chinese familial BCS, and to evaluate the efficacy of interventional treatment for Chinese familial BCS. Methods Angiography was taken in 4 familial BCS patients(from families A and B), and PTA was attempted in 2 of 4 patients, stents were placed in another 2 patients. Results Sisters in family A and sisters in family B had membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava(MOVC) and segmental obstruction of the inferior vena cava(SOVC), respectively. PTA was attempted in younger sisters of the two families, stent was implanted in elder sisters of the two families. Patency of inferior vena cava and clinical symptom improvement were noted in 4 patients after interventional treatment. Restenosis was detected by angiography in sisters of family A after follow up 2 years later, and stenting was performed in the elder sister, PTA was performed in the younger sister once again. The elder sister was dead after the second stenting, and the younger sister had no symptom up to now. Sisters in family B had no restenosis after 4 years′ follow up. Conclusion 1.Lesion types of Chinese familial BCS were varied. 2.Vena cava thrombosis is the etiology of Chinese familial BCS .3.PTA, stenting and long time anticoagulation treatment may be effective methods in the treatment of familial BCS.

Objective To summarize the experience of the simple neuroendoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery for the large pituitary adenoma and discuss it's application value.Methods Seventy-eight cases of the large pituitary adenoma treated by simple neuroendoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery from July,2011 to May,2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Tumors were resected using 0 and 30 degree endoscope after opening the same side of the anterior wall of the sphenoidal sinus and sellar bone using the abrasive drilling during operation.Results The tumor removal was total in 62 (79.49％),subtotal in 12 (15.38％),major in 3(3.85％) and part in 1 (1.28％).Seventy-one cases were followed up for 2 months to 2 years after operation and no recurrence was founded,the symptoms of headache disappeared in 49 cases;The vision of patients was improved in 47 cases,menstruation resumed in 12 cases;The acromegaly of patients reduced in 21 cases.Hormone level review of PRL returned to normal in 32 cases,GH returned to normal in 21 cases,ACTH returned to normal in 2 cases.Conclusion The endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery for large pituitary tumors is the safely,minimally invasive surgical techniques.With the development of endoscopic equipment constantly updated and the operational flexibility and comfort is improved ceaselessly,endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery for the sellar tumor will be carried out more widely.

The molecular characterization of self-antigens expressed by human malignancies that are capable of elicitation of anti-tumor immune responses in patients has been an active field in hematology, oncology, and tumor immunology. More than 2000 tumor antigens have been identified. These significant progresses have led to the renaissance of tumor immunology and studies on novel anti-tumor immunotherapies in lymphomas, other hematologic malignancies and tumors. However, despite of the progress in the identification of these self-tumor antigens, current antigen-specific immunotherapies for tumors are far less satisfactory than that expected, which reflects the urgent need to improve our understanding on the basic principles underlying the selection of these self-tumor antigens. In order to develop more effective antigen-specific anti-tumor immunotherapies and to monitor the responses to these immunotherapies in patients with lymphomas and other malignancies, many additional questions need to be addressed. In this brief review, the progress in the identification of tumor antigens in lymphomas and other malignancies was outlined and the new principles of self-tumor antigens and their significance for future immunotherapies to these malignancies were summarized.

Objective To explore the effect of Jiangzhipailuan decoction in regulating PPARα( belong to the nuclear receptor family of ligand-activated transcription factors ), PGC- 1α ( peroxime proliferator activated releptour)and SREBP-1c( belong to the baichelix-loop-helix-leucine zipper class of transcription factors), SCAP( SREBP cleavage activating protein) related to lipid metabolism in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods 84 patients suffered polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into 4 groups: one received traditional Chinese medicine treatment, one western medicine treatment, one combination therapy and one as the control group. Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Jiangzhipailuan decoction treatment for 3 months, western medicine group was treated with up to Diane-35 ( ethinyl cyproterone tablets) for three cycles, while the combination therapy group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ,western medicine as well as combined treatment for 3 courses. Results In the combination therapy group the PPARα, PGC-1α and decreased SREBP-1c, SCAP copy number was significantly improved ,and body mass index was significantly lowered. The total improvement rate of menstrual in three groups were 71.42% ,75.00% ,92.86% respectively. Conclusion Jiangzhipailuan decoction played a prominent role in regulating PPARα,PGC-1α and SREBP-1c,SCAP related to lipid metabolism in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Objective To study the probability of transferring the regulatory T cells induced by TGF-β1 to prolong the allograft survival and the mechanisms involved.Methods According to the different culture conditions.three experimental groups were established:control group(T cells from C57 BL/6 mice cultured with II-2),MLR group(T cells from C57BL/6 mice activated by alloantigen)and TGF-βgroup(T cells from C57BL/6 mice activated by alloantigen and cultured with 5.0 ng/ml TGF-β1).After the culture,the ratio of CI4+CD25+T and the Foxq3 expression were measured by FACS and RT-PCR,respectively.On 9th day,the pathologic analysis was performed and the ratios of TH1,TH2 and Treg and the proliferation of lymphocytes were measured.Results The ratio of CD4+CD25+T in TGF-β group was higher than that in control group and MLR group(P<0.05),and Foxp3 was expressed in CD4+CD25+T cell from TGF-βgroup.After transferring ofthe cells,the allografi survival time in TGF-β group was prolonged and its mean survival time(MST)was(22.8±1.9)d,which was longer than that in MLR group and control group (P0.05),lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Objective To explore denture re-repair method, the key steps and the results. Method The clinical data of the 72 cases with complete denture re-repair were retrospectively malyzed. Results The results of repair of 48 cases were effective( 15 cases with one of titanium palatal care), accounting for 67 percent, repair,23 cases were effective, accounting for 32%, Repair ineffective in 1 case, accounting for 1%. Repair effect of satisfaction with the extent of alveolar bone absorption was no significant relationship between the 72 cases in the mandibular alveolar ridge had the 58 cases of Lowland Technology, accounting for 80%. Conclusions In the process of making dentures,it is necessary to carefully deal with every step to obtain good denture retention. Improve denture retention for denture repair is essential. Repair material selection and a good physician-patient relationship is also a help to enhance effect.
