The supramolecular inclusion properties of beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) and resveratrol (Res) were investigated using drug-protein interaction spectroscopy method. The differences between the results of interaction spectroscopy method and the results of classical method were compared. The total energy of the stable inclusion of cyclodextrin-resveratrol was calculated by Gaussian theory calculation. The stable inclusions in the process of interaction between resveratrol/inclusion complex and bovine lactgoferrin (BLF) were studied by molecular modeling. The results showed that the interaction spectroscopy method could explain the property of the inclusion in a more sensitive manner, it also interpreted the conveying mechanism of BLF binding with inclusion complex. The molecular modeling result showed consistent results with Gaussian theory calculation; both of the two methods obtained the stable configuration of beta-CD-Res inclusion. The relevant result provided an experimental consequence for the pharmacology research of beta-cyclodextrin-resveratrol inclusion complex as well as offering a new reference to the future research of supramolecular inclusion compound.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of attentional bias in anxiety sensitivity individuals. Methods By using Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI),23 participants were included in the high score group and 20 participants were included in the low score group.Then,2 (between-subject factor:the high and low score group) ×2 (within-subject factor:the positive and negative picture) mixed design experiments were adopted.Emotional faces picture pairs were chosen as stimuli.Picture pairs were presented 100 ms in experiment 1 and 1 250 ms in experiment 2.Dot-probe task was adopted to inspect the attentional bias and the response time and correct rate were recorded. Results Experiment 1 implied the main effect of type of pictures was found in mixed design experiments(F(1,41)=4.40,P<0.05).The reaction time of two groups in positive pictures was greater than zero((12.22±30.24) ms vs (10.07±21.55) ms).It showed input effect to positive pictures. An input effect due to the reaction time of the high score group was greater than zero to negative pictures((4.81± 17.88)ms),while the low score group tended to avoid the negative pictures ((-6.81 ±21.33) ms).Experiment 2 implied positive score was not significant between two groups (F(1,41) =0.29,P>0.05).And positive score showed the attentional bias to some certain extent.Significant outcome was found by negative score between two groups (F(1,41) =6.41,P<0.05).It implied that the high score group tended to avoid the negative pictures and the low score group had the tendency of input effect. Conclusion At the initial stage of attention, anxiety sensitivity individuals had the attentional bias to negative emotional faces and avoidance in the late stage of attention. It suggests that the attentional bias of anxiety sensitivity individuals may have an important effect on the development of the mental disorders.

Objective To explore influencing factors for complete resection and operation time of endoscopic submucosal dissection( ESD) for colorectal tumors. Methods This retrospective study included 95 consecutive colorectal tumors in 88 patients whose pathological diagnosis was adenoma and carcinoma, treated with ESD at the Department of Endoscopy of the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2013 to December 2014. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted on the factors related to complete resection and operation time. Results Average tumor size was 28. 7±14. 1 mm(range,8?80 mm), and the average procedure time was 80. 72±63. 90 min. The rate of complete resection was 92. 6%(88/95),and the rate of incomplete resection was 7. 4%(7/95). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that fibrosis (P=0. 012,OR=52. 473, 95%CI:2. 571?1140. 438) contributed to incomplete resection. Fibrosis ( P=0. 001, OR=0. 045, 95%CI:0. 007?0. 289) ,tumor size ( P=0. 035,OR=0. 170, 95%CI:0. 033?0. 884) ,granular?type laterally spreading tumor ( P=0. 013, OR=34. 432, 95%CI:2. 138?554. 476 ) , non?granular?type laterally spreading tumor(P=0. 044,OR=31. 715, 95%CI:1. 093?919. 904) were independent factors for extending operation time of colorectal ESD. Conclusion The severer fibrosis can induce higher rate of incomplete resection. The more severe fibrosis is, the larger tumor size is, and the longer operation time is.
