Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(10):1101-1103
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) with clinical pathological factors and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ).Methods Two hundred and twenty patients with HCC who hospitalized in our hospital from January 2007 to June 2009 were enrolled in this study. The relationship of AFP levels before operation to clinical pathological factors such as pathological grade, tumor size, tumor encapsulation, tumor numbers, portal vein tumor thrombus,TNM stage and postoperative recurrence were analyzed. Results Serum AFP concentration before operation were related with tumor size ( x2 =11.76,P < 0.05 ),tumor encapsulation ( x2 =17.07,P < 0.05 ),portal vein tumor thrombus ( x2 =8.944,P < 0.05 ),higher TNM stage ( x2 =4.929,P < 0.05 ) and early postoperative recurrence rate ( x2 =5.569,P < 0.05 ).However,it had no correlation with pathological edmondson grade tumor numbers. Conclusion HCC patients with high serum AFP concentration often has greater tumor without encapsulation, high occurrence rate of portal vein tumor thrombus and higher TNM stage, they are more likely to early postoperative recurrence.Serum AFP before operation is useful not only for diagnosis, but also as a prognostic biomarker to predict prognosis and recurrence.

4.Influence of Animation on Autistic Children's False Belief Understanding
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate an effective paradigm to test false belief understanding for the Autism. Method:By comparing the multimedia animation presentation and the traditional presentation, 20 autistic children's false belief understanding was analyzed as well as the normal children's.Results:Animation presentation was really helpful to both groups, especially for the children with autism. The performance might be underestimated due to the application of the traditional presentation in false belief tasks. Conclusion:The autistic children's theory of mind can be measured much closer to the truth if the more apt tasks are considered.
5.Abnormal myocardial contractile responses in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(08):-
Objective To investigate abnormal myocardial contractile responses induced by dobutamine in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods Eighteen DCM patients underwent low dosage dobutamine stress echocardiography (5,10,20 ?g?kg~ -1?min~ -1).Transthoracic echocardiogram was recorded with the use of a HP Sonos 5500 color echocardiographic diagnostic system.Wall motions in 16 myocardial segments were assessed using a four-point scale recommended by the American Society of Echocardiography.During dobutamine infusion, abnormally contracting segments were classified into four different patterns of contractile response: improved, unchanged, worsened and biphasic.Unchanged, worsened and biphasic segments were defined as abnormal contractile responses.Worsened and biphasic segments were judged to be ischemia-like responses. Results All patients showed abnormal myocardial contractile responses of wall motions (100%),and thirteen were ischemia-like responses ( 72.2%).In total 225 segments,126 segments showed abnormal contractile responses ( 56.0%).Among them,97 segments were unchanged segments ( 43.1%),29 segments were ischemia-like responses ( 12.9%),in which 16 segments were worsened ( 7.1%),and 13 segments were biphasic ( 5.8%).The statistical analysis showed that incidence of improved segments was highest in two point segments( 62.1%) compared with three point and four point segments; incidence of ischemia-like responses was highest in three point segments( 24.6%); incidence of unchanged segments was highest in four point segments( 68.4%).Conclusions DCM has the abnormal myocardial contractile responses induced by dobutamine stress echocardiography. It indicates there is the ischemia-like energy mismatch between demand and supply in DCM,which would be related to etiology and progress of DCM.

We analyzed the special characteristics of postgraduate education for anesthesiology majors based on the current situation of medical postgraduate education.Next,we introduced the ‘ sandwich' teaching method and discussed how it can promote students' subjective initiative by transforming various learning patterns. Finally, the effectiveness of study was elevated by ‘sandwich' teaching method.
7.Safety and efficacy of undersurface ablation of the flap for regression after LASIK
International Eye Science 2014;(6):1119-1121
AIM: To investigate the safety and efficacy of undersurface ablation of the flap ( UAF ) for laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK ) retreatment in eyes with regression.
METHODS: Twelve patients ( 22 eyes ) with regression after LASIK were performed undersurface ablation of the flap. The mean of preoperative refractive error was -2. 27±0-88D, the astigmatism was -0. 44±0. 30D, the central corneal thickness was 424. 9±8. 2μm. The follow-up time was 1a, including visual acuity, refractive error, the elevation of posterior cornea, WavScan. The data was analyzed with Student's t test andχ2test.
RESULTS:During the operation, the measured stromal thickness was 275. 4±9. 3μm, the flap thickness 144. 7±7-5μm, the depth of ablation 28. 1±9. 3μm. The mean postoperative uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) was 4. 99±0. 04, best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA) 5. 03±0. 04, at 1a follow up. There was no patient with postoperative BCVA decreasing, compared to preoperation. Mean spherical refraction decreased to-0. 22±0. 19 D at 1a follow up (t=10. 232, P<0. 001) and the astigmatism decreased to -0. 24±0. 26 D (t=2. 365, P=0. 028). The elevation of posterior cornea changed from 1. 95 ± 1. 68μm preoperatively to 2. 00±1. 88μm after 1a, but there was no statistical significance (t=0. 090, P= 0. 929). The coma changed from 0. 283±0. 112μm preoperatively to 0. 331±0-149μm after 1a (no statistical significance, t=1. 452, P=0. 161) and the spherical aberration changed from 0. 320±0. 119μm to 0. 341±0. 103μm (no statistical significance, t=0. 390, P=0. 674).
CONCLUSION:UAF, as one of a choice, is an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of regression after LASIK, based on the reasonable surgery design.

Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(24):3354-3355,3369
Objective To study the influence of hydrocortisone sodium succinct by intravenous infusion or continuous intravenous micro pumping on the vital signs, shock duration, blood glucose and mortality in the patients with severe sepsis secondary shock. Methods Ninety patients with septic shock treated in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and observasion group by using the random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group was given hydrocortisone sodium succinct 200mg/d by slow intravenous drip for 2h,while the observasion group was given hydrocortisone sodium succinct 8.33mg/h by continuous intravenous micro pumping. The two groups were treated for continuous 5 d.The blood glucose, hemodynamics and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results In the observasion group, the blood glucose indicators such as the time window of high blood glucose,LAGE,MBG and CV levels were lower than those in the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The hemodynamic indicators such as HR,CVP and MAP between the two groups before treatment and at 6,24 h and 5 d after treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The shock duration,ICU stay length, total hospital stay and 28 d mortality in the observasion group were lower than those in the control group, but the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous intravenous micro pumping of hydrocortisone sodium succinct can stabilize blood glucose fluctuation range in the patients with septic shock, but the hemodynamic indexes and prognosis have no obvious improvement.
