Objective To explore the potential legal issues about mandatory nursing intervention in psychiatric wards, and put forward the strategies of nursing management. Methods The causes and the potential legal issues of the action of psychiatric nurses to carry out mandatory nursing intervention were analyzed. Results There were legal issues on the right to life and health, the right of informed consent, the right of personal freedom and the right of personality respected about mandatory nursing intervention in psychiatric wards and there might be negligence, misconduct and responsibility of violating the laws and regulations. Conclusions While carrying out mandatory nursing intervention in psychiatric wards, nurses need to respect the patients, make related informed well, protect various related rights of patients and families, implement seriously the relevant system so as to make mandatory nursing interventions more humanized, scientific, standardized, programming, and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.

Objective To discuss the effects of applying all kinds of nursing risk assessment scale to hospitalized psychiatric patients in order to achieve safe management .Methods We chose a number of 9 292 hospitalized psychiatric patients between January 1,2013 and December 31,2014, and divide them into control group (4074 cases, admitted in 2013) and intervention group (5 218 cases, admitted in 2014)according to hospitalization time sequence .We implemented all kinds of nursing risk assessment scale to assess nursing risk and managed patients in intervention group , while the patients of control group received routine safe nursing interventions. Two groups′frequency of attack,self-injury and suicide, fall or drop bed, choking food, fleeing and constraints were compared .Results After the implementation of nursing risk management ,incidence of attacks caused others injury,self-injury and suicide, fall or drop bed, choking, constraints of intervention group were 0.21%,0.08%,0.34%,0.00%,18.91%, which were all lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);number of patients running away from hospital in the intervention group had no difference with that in the control group[8(0.15%) vs 7 (0.17%);P >0.05].Conclusions Nursing risk assessment and management for hospitalized psychiatric patients can effectively reduce the psychiatric accident and can help clinical nurses to manage in-patients directly and safely .

Objective:To explore the effects of the hierarchical management based on comprehensive quantitative risk assessment strategy in psychiatric inpatients. Methods:Totally 1 356 inpatients admitted at the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation in Huaian No.3 People's Hospital between January and December 2019 were included by convenient sampling into a control group, which received routine risk management and nursing intervention; 1 282 inpatients admitted between January and December 2020 were included into an observation group, which underwent hierarchical management based on comprehensive quantitative risk assessment on this basis. The incidence of accidental events was compared between the two groups of patients. Results:The incidence of accidental events in the observation group was 1.87%, lower than 3.54% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The hierarchical management based on a comprehensive quantitative risk assessment can reduce the incidence of accidental risk events in psychiatric inpatients.

Objective To analyze and explore the analgesic effect of Angelica dahurica in neuropathic pain and its regulatory effect on the Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member D(MrgprD)-transient receptor potential ankyrin 1(TRPA1)signaling pathway, using a mouse model of sciatic nerve chronic constriction injury(CCI).Methods A CCI mouse model was prepared by sterile surgical ligation and wrapping of the sciatic nerve in 30 mice.Pain-related behavioral changes induced by mechanical stimulation were detected by the VonFrey method, and the thermal hyperalgesic effects of Angelica dahurica were evaluated by thermal radiation experiments. The effects of Angelica dahurica on the protein expression levels MrgprD and TRPA1,the number of dorsal root ganglion(DRG)positive neurons, and mRNA levels of MrgprD and TRPA1 in mice were detected by Western Blot, immunofluorescence, and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, respectively.Differences in fluorescence signal intensity in HEK293 cells after single transfection and co-transfection with MrgprD and TRPA1 plasmids, respectively, were analyzed by calcium imaging experiments. Results A total of 25 CCI mouse models were successfully prepared, with a modeling rate of 83.33%(25/30).The mechanical threshold and foot retraction latency were significantly higher in CCI mice treated with Angelica dahurica compared with the control group(P<0.05).Expression levels of MrgprD and TRPA1 proteins were significantly lower in CCI mice treated with Angelica dahurica than in the control group(P<0.05).The number of MrgprD-and TRPA1-positive neurons in the DRG was significantly lower group(P<0.05)and the mRNA levels of MrgprD and TRPA1 were also significantly lower in CCI mice treated with Angelica dahurica than in the control group(P<0.05).The fluorescence intensity was significantly higher in HEK293 cells co-transfected with MrgprD and TRPA1 plasmids than in single-transfected and blank control cells(P<0.05).Conclusions This study demonstrated that the MrgprD-TRPA1 pathway is an important target for neuropathic pain, and indicated that Angelica dahurica can inhibit neuropathic pain by regulating this signal transduction pathway. These result provide a foundation for further research on the development of new clinical analgesic drugs and analgesic mechanisms.

Objective:To explore the effect of social skill training on the frustration and self-esteem of schizophrenics. Methods:From December 2020 to May 2021, 100 schizophrenics hospitalized in the same ward of the Huai'an Third People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the research object by convenience sampling. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group carried out social skills training on the basis of the control group. Before and 8 weeks after the intervention, the frustration, self-esteem and social function of the patients in the two groups were evaluated with the Defeat Scale (DS), Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (SES) and the Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients (SSPI) .Results:Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in scores of frustration, self-esteem and social function between the two groups ( P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of frustration in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.01). The scores of self-esteem and social function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Social skill training can improve the mental state of schizophrenics, reduce their frustration, adjust their self-esteem, and improve their social functions.
