Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler flow image(CDFI)in diagnosis of acute renal allograft rejection in early stage,by comparative study on CDFI,single photon emission computer tomography(SPECT)and biopsy. Methods A total of 65 patients were included in this study, including acute rejection in 26 cases, chronic rejection in 12 cases, acute tubular necrosis in 7 cases, toxic reaction of cyclosporine a in 2 cases and normal in 18 cases. They were all subjected to CDFI and biopsy, and 44 were detected by SPECT.We reviewed two-dimension gray scale picture, spectrogram, perfusion index(PI),resistant index(RI),the ratio of blood flowing velocity of systole period and diastole period(S/D) as correlated to the findings of SPECT and biopsy. Results The RI values were 0.77?0.05 and 0.72?0.07 in acute rejection group and chronic rejection group respectively, which were obviously higher than those in normal group(0.57?0.07).Conclusion CDFI is a fast, accurate and non-invasive technique in evaluating renal transplant rejection early.

Objective To observe the general status and the immunity of DBA/2 mice injected with leukemia vaccine during the immune reconstitution, and to observe the survival rate of these injected mice that were then challenged by L1210 cells. Methods Normal mice and reconstituted lymphopenic mice (RLM; DBA/2 mice rendered lymphopenic with sublethal irradiation and reconstituted with naive splenocytes) were used in the vaccination and challenge experiments with L1210 cells. Results Following vaccination, a significant increase of the IFN-? was detected in the blood of vaccinated RLM compared with that of vaccinated normal mice, as assessed by ELISA. Significantly, greater protection was induced in vaccinated RLM, which led to a stronger protection from death. Conclusion The vaccination of reconstituted lymphopenic hosts could elicit superior anti-tumor immunity compared with normal hosts, highlighting the potential clinical benefit of performing tumor vaccination during immune reconstitution.

Objective To investigate the features of surface electromyography of lumbar muscles in non-specific low back pain (NLBP) patients when they were practicing different types of bridging exercise. Methods 18 healthy subjects (control group) and 18 NLBP patients (NLBP group) were included and asked to practice bridging exercise with single and double feet. The root mean square (RMS) of surface electromyography of both sides of lumbar muscles were recorded. Results No significant difference was found in the control group. The RMS of erector spinae was more in the supported side than in the contra side for NLBP patients in bridging exercise with single foot. There was no significant difference among different time points in the same muscle. Conclusion The contractions of erector spinae in both sides are not equal in asymmetric bridging exercise in NLBP patients.

Objective:To conduct an overview of systematic reviews on the safety and effectiveness of early mobilization in stroke patients. Methods:Systematic reviews of early mobilization in stroke were electronically searched on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, Chinese Biology Medicine, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, Embase, and the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database. The search period was from database establishment to May 2023. Two researchers independently conducted literature screening, data extraction, and methodological quality evaluation of the included literature, as well as evidence summary and grading. Results:A total of 10 systematic reviews were included. The methodological quality evaluation showed that one article was of medium quality, two articles were of low quality, and seven articles were of extremely low quality. The evidence quality evaluation indicated that there were three pieces of high-quality evidence, 17 pieces of medium-quality evidence, 21 pieces of low-quality evidence, and 17 pieces of extremely low-quality evidence. Conclusions:Early mobilization is beneficial for improving the daily living ability and limb motor function of stroke patients, reducing the incidence of complications, shortening hospital stay, and enhancing their walking ability in the short term. However, the quality of evidence in the systematic review is relatively low, and further improvement is needed in the research design of early mobilization intervention measures to provide strong support for clinical practice.
