OBJECTIVETo establish an in vitro culture model of single human hair follicle, and observe their morphological and histological changes.
METHODSHuman hair follicles were isolated from the volunteer patients. After dissecting follicles into single, follicles in growth phase were cultured in Williams E without any serum. This experiment included 3 groups: single follicle without sebaceous gland and other surrounding tissue (control group); single follicle with sebaceous gland and without the other surrounding tissue( experiment group A); single follicles with sebaceous gland and the other surrounding tissue (experiment group B). The survival rate, survival time, growth rate, multiplication capacity and apoptosis of cultured follicles and their morphological and histological changes were observed sequentially.
RESULTSThe hair follicles in experiment groups showed a better viability and a higher growth rate than those in control group. And the follicles in group B could keep growing for more than 25 days, which was longer than those in group A. Moreover, the sebaceous gland and the other surrounding tissue in group B showed great induction effect on follicle-cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis.
CONCLUSIONThe in vitro culture model of signal human hair follicles (single follicles including epidermis, sebaceous gland and the other surrounding tissue) had optimized internal environment which is similar to in vivo internal environment.

Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2014;(16):123-124,127
Objective To observe the impact of olmesartan and alprostadi on diabetic pa-tients with microalbuminuria. Methods 40 patients were divided into group A given olmesartan and B group given olmesartan and alprostadil. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The changes of microalbuminuria 、glomerular filtration rate, blood pressure,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood clotting were observed. Results During the treament, there was statistically significant in the effect of microalbuminuria in group B than that in group A;There were signifi-cant difference in two groups of glomerular filtration rate, blood pressure,high-sensitivity C-reac-tive protein, and there was no significant difference in two groups of clotting change. Conclusion In group B,reduced microalbuminuria, glomerular filtration rate, blood pressure,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was related with inhibition of the renin-angiotensin,and related to anti-kidney local hypercoagulable and micro-inflammatory state.

Objective To observe the nursing of deep venous catheter implantation with two Dacron cuff and to evaluate clinical efficacy. Methods Group A with 20 cases was carried out avul-sion sheath implanted cuffed long-term catheter in right internal jugular vein and group B with 18 cases was implanted long-term catheter by the right external jugular vein incision. The amount of bleeding during the operation, related index of dialysis and catheter -related infection were record-ed.And Kt /V value and catheter dysfunction time were calculated. Results NO catheter -related infection was occurred and bleeding in the group B was less than that in the group A,and there was statistical difference in two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion The operative risk of group B was less than group A and there were no significant differences in dialysis efficacy, catheter dysfunction time and infection rate of two groups after education and nursing. Therefore, both methods could be se-lected in clinic for different patients.

The pathogens were isolated and purified from the stomach, jejunum and rectum tissues of a Yunnan snub-nosed monkey who died of vomiting, oral and nasal chyme, and abdominal dis-tension,and the species and biological characteristics of the pathogens were studied by biochemical identification,PCR identification, drug susceptibility test, pathogenicity test, serotype identifica-tion,and drug resistance gene and virulence gene analysis. The results showed that the pathogens i-solated from stomach, jejunum and rectum were Escherichia coli(E.coli)serotype O127,belong-ing to enteropathogenic E.coli.They were resistant to cefoxitin and sensitive to gentamicin,gati-floxacin and ciprofloxacin. All the three strains carried drug resistance genes blaTEM and blaCTX-M and virulence genes opmA and opmC.This study provides reference and data support for the prevention and control of enteritis caused by E.coli in Yunnan snub-nosed monkey.
