Objective To establish the quantitative transfusion of hemoglobin method and explore the application of this method in neonatal transfusion.Methods This study selected 93 cases of anemic neonates who had no other underlying diseases from the Neonatal Department of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) in Dalian,and they were the principle of weight and age divided into two groups.The first group (control group:conventional method) was transfused and injected the red blood cells that were leukocytereduced,irradiated and washed twice by 0.15 U/kg under the normal reservation.The study measured the hemoglobin value before transfusion and within 24 h after being transfused,and then detected the hemoglobin,volume,and hematocrit of a small amount of blood during the preparation,and finally calculated the utilization rate of hemoglobin in neonates who were transfused.For the second group (observation group:quantitative erythrocyte injection of hemoglobin),it calculated in reverse how much hemoglobin the children needed to be supplemented,based on the doctor's expected hemoglobin values achieved after children being transfused and the utilization rate of hemoglobin obtained from the first group.Then,according to the calculation,it prepared a small amount of blood of the red blood cells that were leukocyte-reduced,irradiated and washed,made the quantitative injection of hemoglobin twice,and measured the hemoglobin value before transfusion and within 24 h after being transfused.At last,it analyzed statistically the results.Results Both two methods effectively improved the children's anemia (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference (P ＞ 0.05) for two methods in improving the anemia of children,but the quantitative transfusion of hemoglobin (s =6.6,cv =4.6％) could basically reach the doctor's expected hemoglobin value,and it avoided the situations in the first method (s =14.45,vc =8.6％),like that after transfusion a minority of hemoglobin was too high or it did not reach complete amelioration of anemia of the children.Conclusions Both traditional transfusion method and quantitative transfusion of hemoglobin method can improve the anemia of the children,but the latter one is more suitable for the clinical needs and achieves the true quantitative transfusion.

Objective To resolve the problems of comprehensive evaluation on pilot's situation cognition basing on studying the mission situation. Methods The model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on pilots' situation cognitive was established on the basis of researches on concepts and methods of environmental quality evaluation in environment science.Results On the basis of theoretical consideration and analysis of experiments, the state of pilot's situation cognition was revealed preliminarily.Conclusion It is showed that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on pilot's situation cognition can provide real and complete flight cognitive information. It is reliable basis for pilot's efficacy of training and flight safety.

The concepts of cold and hot herbal properties in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), reflecting the efficacy trends of medicinal herbs, have the Fuzzy characteristics. It is suited for the application of Fuzzy mathematics in research of herbal properties. For a comprehensive evaluation of herbal properties, this work constructed and made a practice of the Fuzzy discrimination model regarding the biological performance of Chinese materia medica.

Aim To observe effects of Seabuckthorn fatty acids on old rat ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 and fas,then discuss the adjustive effect of Seabuckthorn fatty acids on ovarian function of menopause.Methods 22 months old rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,estrogen control group,old control group,Seabuckthorn fatty acids group of high dose,middle dose and low dose.In addition,one young control group was made up of 3 months old rats.Rat ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL.The expression of protein bcl-2 and protein fas were detected by immunohistochemistry,and bcl-2 mRNA and fas mRNA by in situ hybridization(ISH).Grey analyse was done using Q550CW image analyse system.Results Compared with the old rats control group,Seabuckthorn fatty acids of high dose,middle dose and low dose can differently restrain rat ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis,enhance the expression of protein bcl-2 and bcl-2 mRNA,weakened the expression of protein fas and fas mRNA.Conclusion Seabuckthorn fatty acids restrains ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis through adjusting the expression of bcl-2 and fas.Sequentially,it adjusts estrogen level and treats menopause syndrome.

Objective To investigate the value of prospectively electrocardiogram (ECG)-triggered high-pitch coronary computed tomography angiography at 70 kV and 30 mL contrast medium with Stellar detector dual-source CT.Methods 60 patients with the BMI<24.9 kg/m2 were randomized into two groups:Group A (30 cases)with the tube voltage of 70 kV and 30 mL contrast medi-um.Group B (30 cases)with the tube voltage of 100 kV and 50 mL contrast medium.All the patients were performed with a Stellar detector dual-source CT using a prospectively ECG triggered high-pitch spiral technique.The images of Group A were reconstructed with SAFIRE technique,while Group B were with FBP technique.The objective image quality includes CT attenuation,SNR, CNR.And radiation dose was also calculated.The subjective was evaluated by 4-scale point.Independent sample t test was used.Re-sults There was no difference for subjective image quality between the groups,A:(3.38±0.942),B:(3.50±0.682),(t=-0.562, P >0.05).The CT attenuation of the 70 kV group were higher than that of the 100 kV group for all the segments(P <0.01).The SNR and the CNR have no statistically significant difference between the groups (P >0.05).Compared with the 100 kV group,the radiation dose of the 70 kV group was reduced by 76.5% (A:0.19±0.023 mSv,B:0.81±0.101 mSv,P <0.01).Conclusion Using 70 kV with 30 mL contrast medium in Stellar detector dual-source CT coronary angiography for the patients with a normal BMI could obtain qualified diagnostic image with low radiation dose and contrast medium.

Objective To investigate the nutritional management level of Department of Clinical Nutrition in elderly inpatients through analyzing the actual hospital dietary intakes in elderly inpatients in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 2013-2015.Methods Using continuous sampling, the nutrients contents and the eating rates of hospital meals ordered by the elderly inpatients on the 1st, 15th, 29th of every month from May 2013 to October 2015 were selected.The intake levels of energy, protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B1 , and vitamin C were calculated and compared with the Chinese dietary reference intakes (DRIs).The nutritional in-take differences between diabetes diet and the basic hospital diet were also compared.Results A total of 90 days of hospital dietary data from 8 402 elderly inpatients were included in the study.The average eating rate was (50.1 ±4.2)%, which was lower than the general eating rate of the hospital [ (59.0 ±4.0)%, P<0.001]. Only protein intake from hospital diet reached the requirement target [male (103.1 ±47.3)%, femal (98.3 ± 33.8)%].Individual compliance rates were 63.2%and 59.8%, respectively, while the other kinds of nutrients were lower.The compliance rates of energy [ (73.3 ±26.3)%vs.(62.1 ±38.2)%, P<0.001] and ma-jor nutrient intake [ protein: ( 119.1 ±41.2 )% vs.( 93.3 ±65.1 )%, P <0.001; calcium: ( 55.5 ± 26.7)% vs.(34.3 ±34.2)%, P <0.001; vitamin A: (75.2 ±48.3)% vs.(57.4 ±97.1)%, P<0.001;vitamin B1:(76.4 ±38.2)%vs.(52.1 ±46.6)%, P<0.001;vitamin C:(92.2 ±51.4)%vs. (49.3 ±55.0)%, P<0.001) in diabetes diet group were significantly higher than those in the basic hospi-tal diet group.Conclusions The nutritional intakes from hospital diets may not meet the nutritional require-ments based on DRIs in elderly inpatients.Medical diet designed by physicians and dietitians should be ex-panded to improve the nutritional management level for these patients.

Objective To introduce and analyze the status of tumor multidisciplinary team (MDT) model application in primary hospitals.Methods MDT discussion decision-making and implementation of Nanpi People's Hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 251 cases were recruited into the MDT discussion.Among them,233 primarily diagnosed cases reached MDT decision-making and 159 cases took the decision,118 cases achieved the purpose (74.2％),41 cases failed (25.8％).Yet in 74 cases not following the decision,11 cases achieved the desired purpose (14.9％),while 63 cases didn't meet the desired purpose (85.1％),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =71.97,P ＜ 0.01).Ultrasound interventional biopsy,enhanced CT scan,CT guided puncture,intraoperative frozen section examination in malignant tumor patients had significantly increased after MDT applied,the difference was statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The annual new rural cooperative medical system referral rate in malignant tumor patients dropped sharply (x2 =19.86,P ＜ 0.01) Conclusions Doctors and cancer patients can benefit from MDT diagnosis and treatment model,which is worth generalization.

Evidence of the pharmacological activity of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) provides the basis for clinical prescription. Study of the classification of Chinese medicines according to these activities is key to understanding the general active tendencies of medicinal prescriptions, exploring their material basis, investigating their properties and searching for their alternatives. Taking the herbal classic Shennong's Materia Medica Classic (Shennong Bencao Jing) for the data source, this paper studied the classification of Chinese medicines based on semi-supervised incremental clustering algorithm using "micro-cluster" concept in order to investigate the complex similarity among Chinese medicines. The results showed that 253 Chinese medicines were reasonably classified into 14 types, such as invigoration, clearing heat, diuresis, dredging blockages in the channels, treating gynecological conditions and treating strange diseases caused by ghosts. The results also showed that the other 112 Chinese medicines were classified into 112 individual types and the same high similarity to different known types was the main reason for this. The semi-supervised incremental clustering algorithm employed in the study had a high quality and a good development for clustering which is suitable for classification of Chinese medicines. This study illustrated the diversity of Chinese medicines and their complex similarities, thus aiming to provide innovative ideas and methods for related research.

Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis (CP) and improve the operative efficiency Methods The clinical data of 138 CP patients under going surgical treatment in this hospital from March 1992 to May 2002 were analyzed retrospectively Results Relapsing upper abdominal pain was the major symptom of CP All patients were treated surgically, in which pancreatic fistula developed in three patients and anastomotic hemorrhage in two postoperatively The morbidity rate was 3 6% Pain was relieved in 97 8% patients One hundred and twenty four patients (89 9%) were followed up for 1～9 years (mean 4 9 years) Recurrence was seen in 13 patients (9 4%) Seven patients developed diabetes mellitus and five occurred fat diarrhea during the follow up Five patients died with two dying of CP complications Conclusion Timing of operation and selection of operation modality are of critical importance in modifying the course of the disease and improving life quality of patients
