Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(5):676-678
Objective · To test the effect of ego depletion and emotion regulation on students' health consumption choice, according to online social network. Methods · The undergraduate students in a university in East China were taken as the researchobject. Public health psychology experiments were designed, using Stroop priming the extent of ego depletion, and SSEIT measuring the extent of emotional regulation. Results · When participants experienced high level ego depletion, for those who possessed weak emotional regulation capability, they were more inclined to select less healthy food(77% vs 18%, χ2=15.40, P=0.000). For those who possessed strong emotional regulation capability, there was no significant difference on food choice between those who experienced high level ego depletion and those who experienced low level ego depletion (40% vs 27%, χ2=0.91, P=0.340).For participants who experienced high level ego depletion, compared to those who overcame ego depletion and those who experienced low level ego depletion, were moreinclined to select less healthy product (69% vs 23%, χ2=11.10, P=0.001), while there was no significant difference between those who experienced low level ego depletion and those who overcame ego depletion (32% vs 23%, χ2=0.51, P=0.470). Conclusion · When students experienced different level ego depletion, they chose different healthy consumption choice because of the different capability of emotional regulation. For students who possessed weak emotional regulation capability, they should be encouraged to choice healthy consumption, and interesting show should be organized to bring them positive emotion. They should also be encouraged to do long-term physical training to overcome the sensitivity tofatigue. Finally, They should be informed to realize the healthy consumption by active communication and interaction such as like, share and comment in social media.

To compare the difference of total phenol of magnolia solid dispersion prepared by different methods. Hot melt extrusion, solvent evaporation method, and fusion-cooling method were used to prepare total phenol of Magnolia accessory solid dispersion, Plastone S-630 and HPC. The drug dispersion state in the prepared solid dispersion was evaluated with DSC and X-ray diffraction; FT-IR method was used to analyze the possible connections between drug and accessories. Finally, accelerated stability-in vivo dissolution test was use to compare the stability differences between these three processes. The results of DSC and X-ray diffraction showed that all of the drug in solid dispersion processed by three processes can exist in amorphous form; FT-IR results also could not distinguish the difference between the three processes; accelerated stability-in vivo dissolution test showed the stability of solid dispersion prepared by HPC was better than Plastone S-630, and the same kinds of materials solid dispersion prepared by hot melt extrusion showed a better stability than the other two processes.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(4):385-388
Objective To understand the current circumstance of the surgical resident training bases in Beijing Methods The reassessment data of the 11 surgical resident training bases in Beijing were collected and analyzed. Results 73%(8/11)surgical resident training bases have passed the assessment; and 27%(3/11)have not completely reached the requirements The most prominent problems found in the reassessment were that the numbers of clinic and emergency patients in some departments;the qualification and teaching level of the instructors;the administration in the training process;the test after finishing the rotation and the training results, Conclusion Surical resident training bases criterion, instructor for resident training and administration in the training process are the most important factors which influence the surgical resident training results

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2017;38(1):1-6
ABSTRACT:Hypertension, the first risk factor for stroke and coronary heart disease in the Chinese population, seriously endangers people’s health. At present,China has more than 270 million people with hypertension and an annual increase rate of 1 0 million people. Then how to improve prevention and treatment of hypertension has become an urgent need to solve major medical and social problems. In the past, research on hypertension mainly focused on the peripheral area, while recent research has shown that the central regulation plays an important role in the development of hypertension. Hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN ), which plays a key role in maintaining cardiovascular activity, can directly control the sympathetic preganglionic neurons and regulate peripheral sympathetic nerve activity, thus being closely related to the development of hypertension.Research in recent years shows that the comprehensive effects of proinflammatory cytokines (PIC ),reactive oxygen species (ROS),renin-angiotensin system (RAS),neurotransmitter (NT)and nuclear factorκB (NF-κB)are involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension. However,it is unclear how these neurohormones in PVN are activated, how they interact with each other and what role they play in the regulatory mechanism of hypertension. Therefore, the key focus of this research is to explore the impact of activated neurohormones in PVN on hypertension. This study will provide new content for the study on hypertension.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the virtual source model in Monte Carlo dose calculation for clinical radiotherapy. Methods The Monte Carlo simulation was used to obtain the phase space files which recorded the physical properties of the particles emitted by a medical linear accelerator, and the information on the type, energy spectrum, and distribution of particles were extracted from these files and analyzed to establish the semi-empirical model of virtual two-photon source. The GMC dose calculation engine was used to obtain the 3 cm×3 cm, 5 cm×5 cm, 10 cm×10 cm, 20 cm×20 cm, and 30 cm×30 cm fields of radiotherapy and the results of Monte Carlo simulation of dose distribution in three-dimensional water phantom in 2 intensity-modulated radiotherapy ( IMRT) plans. These results were compared with the results of water phantom measurement or the results of Elekta Monaco planning system to verify the accuracy of Monte Carlo dose calculation based on a virtual source. Results As for the percentage depth-dose distribution curves of the central axis of the water phantom and the off-axis dose curves at different depths in the five fields for radiotherapy, the difference between the results of Monte Carlo simulation and the results of measurement was within 1%.As for the two IMRT plans, the three-dimensional passing rates of Monaco calculation results and Monte Carlo simulation results were 98.9%and 99.4%, respectively, for 3%/3 mm, and 95.1%and 95.4%, respectively, for 2%/2 mm.Conclusions Monte Carlo simulation based on the virtual source model can obtain accurate results of radiotherapy dose calculation.

Objective To study the impacts of different applicators on dose distribution in 192 Ir brachytherapy. Methods The inner tubes of two cylinder applicators from Nucletron,#101?001 and#084?350, were made of plastic and stainless steel, respectively. The cylinder parts of them were made of plastic, and had four different radiuses:1?00 cm, 1?25 cm, 1?50 cm, and 1?75 cm. EGSnrc program was used to simulate dose distribution when applicators were present in a phantom, and the results calculated by the treatment planning system were compared with the results of EGSnrc. The impacts of applicators on dose distribution were analyzed with different materials, thickness, and numbers of resident source. Results There was no significant relationship between dose deviation and the radius for the two applicators. When an applicator was present, the actual dose delivered to a patient was smaller than the planned dose. The dose deviation of the applicator#101?001 was no more than 1%, while the dose deviation of the applicator#084?350 was close to 3%. The dose deviation remained the same when the number of resident source changed. Conclusions The plastic applicator, if possible, is the best choice for brachytherapy right now. In a long term, in order to promote the accuracy of brachytherapy, current dosimetry algorithm should be improved, and the impacts of the applicator made of metal, such as stainless steel, on dose distribution should be taken into account.
