1.A simple and repeatable orthotopic model of the A549 cell line in nude mice
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2006;11(10):1102-1105
AIM: To establish a simple and repeatable orthotopic animal model of the A549 cell line.METHODS: A549 cells in matrigel were inoculated into left lung or right flank of nude mouse. The growth pattern of A549 tumors and the chemotherapeutic efficacy of carboplatinum were studied. RESULTS: Tumors generated and dispersed widespreadly to contralateral lung. Tumors in lung were less susceptible to carboplatinum than those growing in flank. CONCLUSION: A simple and repeatable orthotopic animal model of the A549 cell line was presented, this allows researchers to evaluate novel compounds and new drugs for treatment of human lung cancer.KEY WORDS A549 cell line; orthotopic model; nude mice
2.Histone deacetylase inhibitor LBH589 induces apoptosis of multiple myeloma cell line U266 in vitro and its mechanism
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(11):664-667
Objective To study the effect of new generation histone deacetylase inhibitor LBH589 single-drug or combined with the mouse serum which contains the radix echinopsis on multiple myeloma (MM) cell line U266 and their mechanism. Methods The acetylation level of α-tublin which was a substrate of HDAC6 was detected by Western blot. The chemical force between Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and its client proteins was detected by immune precipitation (IP).Results The different concentrations of LBH589 single drug (0,20,50 nmol/L),and 50 nmol/L combined with the mouse serum which contained the radix echinopsis (1 g/ml) were able to inhibit the proliferation of U266 cell. With the increase of drug concentration and the extension of time, the acetylation levels of α-tublin and HSP90 increased gradually (at 24 or 48 hours) in a dose dependent (P < 0.05).The inhibition of LBH589 combined with the mouse serum was stronger than that of LBH589 single drug (P < 0.05).Conclusion LBH589 could inhibit the growth of MM cells and their cell cycles, and induce the apoptosis of MM cell line U266.
3.A survey on knowledge of sexual health in freshmen
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(19):38-40
Objective To understand the knowledge of sexual and reproductive health of undergraduates with different nationalities and provide scientific basis for sexual and reproductive health education in the nationalities university. Methods A self-developed questionnaire about sexual, reproductive health and sexual attitude was used to carry out investigation among 2 200 freshman. Results Formal education (family and school) do not become the main source of the sex knowledge; there were statistic significance of the comparison of sexual, reproductive knowledge and sexual attitude among minority undergraduates and Han nationality undergraduates,as well as among undergraduates from different minorities. Conclusions The undergraduates are thirsty for gaining general sexual knowledge from school and family during the period of university. It is necessary to improve sexual and reproductive knowledge through various ways for minority undergraduates.
4.The relationship between the food restriction and the formation of experimental 8astric ulcer
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
On the basis of Shay's ulcer model, we have studied the effects of food re. striction time on the experimental gastric ulcer in rats. The results indicat that each restricted group forms gastric ulcer after ligation of pylorus 18 hr. There are a postive correlation between the restricted time and the severity of gastric ulcer, and a negative correlation between the severity of gastric ulcer and the amount of gastric acid secretion. We suggested that Shay's ulcer model does not belong to peptic ulcer, but belonges to one of the stress ulcers. The restricted time may play an important role in the mechanism for this ulcer model.
5.Discussion on new mode of training and assessment for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of residents
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(2):213-216
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an important part of standardized residency training. There are certain flaws in the various commonly used training and assessment mode. In the exploration of the new mode, "step-by-step" training helps to learn skills step by step. "Low intensity and high frequency" training not only focuses on key points and difficulties, and lightens the burden of the teachers and residents, but also can improve the training effect through repeated reinforcement. Combining different training methods organically to establish a "diversified" training mode can make full use of the advantages of different methods and make up for each other's shortcomings. In addition, the "veto power" should be introduced into the assessment. Scenario simulation with role play may be an effective way to train teamwork ability, but it still needs further exploration.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2010;26(2):174-177
Aim To determine whether there existed melatonin receptor (MR) in adult hepatoma tissue and to observe its property of binding. Methods Immuno-histochemistry was used to detect MR and identify its subcellular distribution. Specific binding and kinetic analyses of melatonin receptor were measured by radioligand binding assay. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that MT1 and MT2 existed in membrane, cytosol and nucleus of the hepatoma cells, but the expression of them principally localized in the membrane and cytosol. The specific binding assay properties of MR were presented as follows: the maximum binding capacity (B_(max)) was (0.29±0.07) pmol·g~(-1) protein. Equilibrium dissociation constant (K_d) was (48.7±6.5) pmol·L~(-1). The trait of MR, saturation and reversibility, was detected by ~(125)I-Mel specific binding kinetic analyses. Conclusions MR exists in adult hepatoma cells, furthermore, the subtypes of MR (MT1 and MT2) coexist in the membrane and cytosol, respectively, whose characters of the specific binding sites were low binding capacity, high affinity, saturation and reversibility.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(2):94-96
Objective To study the quality control of yinpian of Isatis Root. Methods Optical microscope was used to identify the microscopic features,TLC was adopted to identify the arginine in Isatis Root, and HPIC-ELSD was used to detect the quality of arginine. Results and Conclusion There is no difference between yinpian and crude powder of Isatis Root.Arginine can be detected bv TLC.The moisture contents.the total ash contents and the acid-insoluble ash contents in the yinpian should be less than 9.0%,10.0%,and 2.0% respectively;while the alcohol-soluble extractive contents and the contents of arginine in Isatis Root should be more than 25.0% and 2.01% respectively.

With the development of modern medical research , it has been found that there are many forms of cell death under lots of physiological or pathological conditions .Among them, necrosis and apoptosis are the 2 main forms of cell death. In recent years, varieties of new cell death patterns, such as autophagy, oncosis and paraptosis, have been discovered. In 2012, Dixon et al first discovered and reported a new form of iron-dependent cell death , ferroptosis. In this review, we try to expound the morphological and biochemical features of ferroptosis and its related diseases in detail , so as to deepen our understanding of cell death , thus providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinically relevant diseases .

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(1):147-149
At present the study of Marine antineoplastic drugs has already become the focus of concern around the world, Marine natural products has become an important source of clinical anti-cancer drugs. Ecteinascidin-743 from the Caribbean sea squirts Ecteinascidia turbinata extraction have been the ocean alkaloid, antitumor activity is significantly higher than the current widely used clinical antitumor drugs, inhibit a wide variety of tumor cell activity such as leukemia, ovarian cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, melanoma, cervical cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer and other tumor cells, is the first successful application to the oceans, clinical antitumor drugs. In this paper, the drug synthesis, pharmacological and clinical research progress were reviewed.
