Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment and diagnosis for pulmonary aspergilloma after pul-monarysection.Methods 26 patients with pulmonary aspergilloma after pulmonary section were treatedsurgically.The re were 17 males and 8 females with mean age of 45.6 years.By the view of their characteristics,we evaluated their causes,diagnosis,indications and outcome of surgery.Results All cases were survival.There were 1 postoperative complicationsoccurred-bronchopleualfistula.Postoperatively,most of the patients were symptom-free.Conclusion With appropriate preoperative evaluation and judicious surgical technique,surgery is the preferred treatment for eradicating the tumour and for curing the underlying disease.

[Objective]To investigate the original texts of the Syndrome of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction in Jingui Yaolve so as to define the syndrome of these two classical prescriptions and guide clinical application.[Methods]Revised the mistakes of the original texts of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction in Jingui Yaolve by referring to medical books written between Jin Dynasty to Tang Dynasty such as Mai Jing, Xiaopin Fang and Qianjin Fang.Shanghan Lun,Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,Zhouhou Beiji Fang and other medical books were also consulted when exploring the pathogenesis and explanation of these two prescriptions.[Results]The syndromes of Houpo Qiwu Decoction should be abdominal fullness and pain,whose pathogenesis is that indigestion caused by pathogenic cold attacking intestine and stomach will lead to cholera sicca.It should be treated by using the therapy of promoting qi,relieving abdominal fullness and pain,warming spleen and stomach,and weeding through the old to bring forth the new.The syndromes of Houpo Sanwu Decoction intend to treat should be abdominal fullness,lasting fever,floating and rapid pulse but normal intake of food,whose pathogenesis is that interaction between wine and phlegm caused by fluid retention in drinkers or undigested wine in people with dysfunctional fluid metabolism will lead to abdominal fullness.It should be treated by using the therapy of eliminating phlegm-fluid,relieving abdominal fullness,and discharging internal heat. [Conclusion]The Syndromes of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction are converse in Jingui Yaolve,therefore re-examination of these two prescriptions and further clinical experiments are required.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and superiority of enteral-intestinal nutrition after opera- tion of replacement of esophagus with stomach.Methods 62 elderly patients with cancer of esophageal were radom- ly divided into early enteral-intestinal nutrition(EEN) group and total parenteral nutrition(TPN) group,the average cost of hospitalization,recovery situation,postoperative bodyweight,liver function,nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The average cost in the early enteral-intestinal nutrition group was less than that in the parenteral nutrition group,the bodyweight in two group were declined and the level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were increased after operation,the level of transferring ferroprotein was lower in TPN group after operation than that in the EEN group(P

Objective To investigate the biomechanics of the tissue engineered tendons which use the embryonic tendon cells as the seed-cells and the silk as the scaffolds. Methods Two groups were set up with one as the group with tenocytes and the other as the group without tenocytes. Tissue engineered tendons were taken out at 2-week, 4-week, 6-week, 8-week post-operation, with 20 samples per-group each time. The values of biomechanics were measured and analyzed using the software SPSS 13.0. Results The biomechanical properties of the tissue engineered tendons in the group with tenocytes were significantly better than those in the group without tenocytes (P<0.05). In the group with tenocytes, the vitodynamics results got better with the increase of implantation time (P<0.05) except for the results of 8-week post--operation(P>0.05). But in the group without tenocytes, only the results of that from 8-week post-operation were of significant significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The results presented in the current study demonstrated that silk could stick tenocytes well, hold the characteristics of great resistance to draw after adhesion of tenocytes, and formed the tissue engineered tendon gradually in chickens, suggesting its potential application in the treatment of the defect of tendon.

In order to maintain and develop the overall advantages and distinguishing features of medicine in Shanghai, the citys health system implemented the program of constructing centers for clinical medicine. The program involved not only the optimization and integration of health resources in the whole city but also the structural readjustment and resources regrouping within the citys health system and each individual hospital. After more than two years construction, 33 centers for clinical medicine have been set up in the city, resulting in primary achievements in expertise improvement, effect of scale, and quality benefits. By analyzing the hardware and software construction process, it can be seen that the centers for clinical medicine have made primary achievements in such aspects as ideological construction, work efficiency, interdisciplinary cooperation, academic status enhancement, medical quality improvement, and reform in the system of personnel distribution.

Objective To explore the main inhalational and alimentary allergens which triggers allergic asthma in children in Suzhou area.Methods The serum specific aspiration allergens were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 119 children with bronchial asthma,including 7 kinds of common inhalational allergens.The 6 kinds of alimentary allergens test was conducted in 65 children.Results The total inhalational allergens positive rate of the subject was 75.63%(90/119).The highest rate was dust mite 49.58%(59/119),then was house dust 21.02%(25/119),animal hair 19.33%(23/119).The positive rate of aspiration allergens increased with the patient′s age and showed a positive correlation.Positive rate of food allergens was 49.23%(32/65).Of them,the highest rate was fish 20.0%(13 cases),then was lobster and claw 16.92%(11 cases),egg 12.31%(8 cases).Conclusions Inhalational allergens are the main allergens in children with asthma in Suzhou district.The positive rate of aspiration allergens increases with the patient′s age.The most common allergen is dust mite.The allergen test plays a clinically significant and advisable role in treatment and prognosis in bronchial asthma in children.

Objective To discuss the mental rehabilitation of disabled children under International Classification of Functioning, Disabil-ity and Health (ICF). Methods The target, the organization of work team, environment support and the core problems of disabled children's mental rehabilitation were discussed based on the concept of ICF. Results The goal of mental rehabilitation was to recover the mental func-tion of disabled children. The multidisciplinary team should include medicine, psychology, education, social work and so on. Supportive en-vironments such as professional workers, families, communities, partner and barrier-free environment were the effective means of disabled children's mental rehabilitation. Respect and equality were the precondition of disabled children's mental rehabilitation, and positive atten-tion should be the working attitude. Conclusion ICF-CY can provide a new perspective and framework for the mental rehabilitation of dis-abled children.

Objective To observe the diffusion and aggregation of the microtubule associated protein tau(MAPT)modu?lated by phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN)during the nerve cell differentiation by human bone marrow stem cells(BMSC)in vitro, and to analyse the signification. Methods Adult bone marrow stem cells were iso?lated and induced into nerve-like cells by some cytokines in vitro. The mRNA expression of MAPT was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot assay. The patterns of diffusion and aggregation of the MAPT association of the actin were indicated by Phalloidin-fluoresceineisothioeyanate (FITC) and immunofluorescence (IF) cyto-chemistry, and observed by the laser-confocal microscopy. Results The MAPT mRNA levels were 0.24 ± 0.04 and 0.52 ± 0.04 at 1 week and 2 weeks after the induction,which were significantly higher compared with those of BMSC (0.04 ± 0.02) after the induction (P<0.05). The MAPT protein levels were 0.18 ± 0.03 and 0.44 ± 0.05 at 1 week and 2 weeks after the induction, which were significantly higher compared those of BMSC (0.06 ± 0.04, P<0.05). The distribution patterns of MAPT were changed from the diffusion to the aggregation in cells after treatment by BPV. The nerve-like cells appeared the characteristic of po?larization. Conclusion When the nerve cells derived from bone marrow stem cells obtain the mature differentiation, PTEN may possess the ability of modulating the diffusion and aggregation of MAPT in vitro, also may provide a kind of material ba?sis for the growth of the nerve axon.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between explicit and implicit physical self among contemporary college students.Methods:A total of 485 college students were recruited,with 264 male students,221 female students,266 junior students,219 senior students,189 students in the urban areas and 296 students in the rural areas.The Adolescents'Physical Self Scale (APS) was used to measure their explicit physical self.The Implicit Association Tests were designed to examine implicit physical self of 50 college students,who were selected from 485 college students by isometric random sampling.Results:The difference were significant among the five dimensions of college students' APS scores (P ＜ 0.001).The average scores of college students' appearance,sexual attractiveness were the highest,while the average score of body flaws was the lowest.Male students scored higher in five APS dimensions than female students (Ps ＜ 0.05).Senior students scored higher in the appearance,movement characteristics,figure and body flaws than junior students (Ps ＜0.05).Students in the urban areas scored higher in the appearance,movement characteristics,figure and body flaws than the students in the rural areas(Ps ＜ 0.05).There was no significant correlation between explicit and implicit physical self (P ＞ 0.05).The scores of relative separation index of movement characteristics were lower in male students than in female students (Z =2.45,P ＜ 0.05).The scores of relative separation index of body flaws were lower in the urban ones than in the rural ones (Z =3.14,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:It suggests that separation phenomenon exists between explicit and implicit physical self and the separation phenomena is distinct among the students of different genders or from different areas.
