1.Current state achievement and prospect of development for discipline and professional of health in Shanghai

This paper reviewed the evolution of discipline and professional development of the medical sciences in Shanghai,evaluated the performance of the strategic planning for the discipline and professional development,explored the innovative model for developing the disciplines and professionals,analyzed the main reasons of the good performance.Some policy suggestions were proposed,including integrating all kinds of resources.forming new vigor and synergy,strengthening the development for the disciplines and professionals in public health,improving the capacity of the prevention and control of diseases,lncrcasing the impact of the clinical medical centers and key disciplines,enhancing the quality of health services,culturing more talent professionals,and developing the excellent team with multiple levels.Meanwhile,it was prospected that the medical discipline and professional development would make a good progress in the future.

3.Experimentul Study on Detecting the Infection Case of Ureaplasma Urealyticum

Objective To analysis the infective case of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)in women pregnancy system,in order to get evidence from medicine sensitive test in UU infection case.Method Use fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)to detect,then provide the medicine according UU-DNA value.After half month,apply the pills the patients stop medicine for 10 days to examine culture and sensitivity test.The positive patients is applied the medicine for half month,examine the UU-DNA after stopping medicine 10 days.Results After one treatment course,51.6% patients turn into negative in culture test.48.4% positive patients turn into negative after one medicine treatment course according to medicine sensitive result.Conclusion The FQ-PCR technique with culture and sensitivity test detect and treat infective case of UU combine is useful to clinical practice.
4.Diangosis and Surgical Treatment for Pulmonary Aspergilloma

Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment and diagnosis for pulmonary aspergilloma after pul-monarysection.Methods 26 patients with pulmonary aspergilloma after pulmonary section were treatedsurgically.The re were 17 males and 8 females with mean age of 45.6 years.By the view of their characteristics,we evaluated their causes,diagnosis,indications and outcome of surgery.Results All cases were survival.There were 1 postoperative complicationsoccurred-bronchopleualfistula.Postoperatively,most of the patients were symptom-free.Conclusion With appropriate preoperative evaluation and judicious surgical technique,surgery is the preferred treatment for eradicating the tumour and for curing the underlying disease.
5.HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRATHY ASSAY FOR NIFEDIPINE IN BIOLOGICAL FLUIDS AND KINETICS OF NIFEDIPINE METABOLISM BY HUMAN LIVER MICROSOMES

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determine nifedipine in biological fluids, by using ultraviolet detection at 240 nm.Phenacetin was chosen as internal standard.A Nova-Pak C18(4 um, 3.9?150mm) was employed with methanol-water (68:32) as mobile phase. Nifedipine was extracted by ethyl acetate with a percentage of recovery about 95.3?1.0%. The limit of detection of this method for nifedipine was 4 ng for an injection volume of 20 ul. One major metabolite was formed from nifedipine after incubation with human liver microsom-es, the NADPH generating system was needed in this metabolic ptocess. Km and Vmax measured by nifedipine disappearance from roicrosomal incubation mixture were 58.0 umol/L and 1.51 nmol/mg/min, respectively
6.TNE EFFECTS OF VARIOUS SUPPLEMENTS OF AMINO ACIDS ON CALCIUM BALANCE IN RATS RECEIVING A RICE DIET

The effects of various supplements of amino acids on calcium balance in rats receiving a rice diet were reported.The nitrogen retention of rats fed with rice diet supplemented with L-lysine (0.2%) and L-threonine (0.12%) (total N 1%) was significantly increased. Rice diets supplemented with various amino acids to FAO pattern or egg pattern showed no effect on the balance fo nitrogen and calcium.Rice diet supplemented with L-lysine and L-threonine as compared with basal diet showed an elevated phosphorus retention whereas the percentage of absorption of phosphorus was not altered.
7.SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN A AND E IN FOODS BY FLUOROMETRY

Some conditions in the simultaneous assay of vitamin A and E in foods were studied and some measures were adopted in order to eliminate interference. Hexane is replaced by petroleum ether AR with a BP range of 30-60癈. Vitamin A and E -were measured at x 340nm/ m480nm and x295nm/ m340nm respectively. The coefficients of variation of vitamin A and E determination were both 2.0-9.0%. The average recoveries of vitamin A and E were 96.7% and 95.9% respectively. So the method could be applied to the simultaneous analysis of vitamin A and E in foods.
8.Textual Research on the Syndrome of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction in Jingui Yaolve

[Objective]To investigate the original texts of the Syndrome of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction in Jingui Yaolve so as to define the syndrome of these two classical prescriptions and guide clinical application.[Methods]Revised the mistakes of the original texts of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction in Jingui Yaolve by referring to medical books written between Jin Dynasty to Tang Dynasty such as Mai Jing, Xiaopin Fang and Qianjin Fang.Shanghan Lun,Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,Zhouhou Beiji Fang and other medical books were also consulted when exploring the pathogenesis and explanation of these two prescriptions.[Results]The syndromes of Houpo Qiwu Decoction should be abdominal fullness and pain,whose pathogenesis is that indigestion caused by pathogenic cold attacking intestine and stomach will lead to cholera sicca.It should be treated by using the therapy of promoting qi,relieving abdominal fullness and pain,warming spleen and stomach,and weeding through the old to bring forth the new.The syndromes of Houpo Sanwu Decoction intend to treat should be abdominal fullness,lasting fever,floating and rapid pulse but normal intake of food,whose pathogenesis is that interaction between wine and phlegm caused by fluid retention in drinkers or undigested wine in people with dysfunctional fluid metabolism will lead to abdominal fullness.It should be treated by using the therapy of eliminating phlegm-fluid,relieving abdominal fullness,and discharging internal heat. [Conclusion]The Syndromes of Houpo Qiwu Decoction and Houpo Sanwu Decoction are converse in Jingui Yaolve,therefore re-examination of these two prescriptions and further clinical experiments are required.
9.Influence of inserting glycines on biological properties of HIV Tat-(Gly)_(n)-thymidine kinase fusion proteins

Objective:To study the influence of inserting glycines(Gly) on biological properties of HIV Tat-(Gly)_(n)-thymidine kinase(-TK) fusion proteins.Methods: Different fragments containing 0,2,4 or 6 Gly were inserted between the HIV Tat gene and TK using gene splicing by overlap extension(SOEing) PCR,and the products were cloned into PBK vector.The vectors were then transferred into E.coli after sequencing.After IPTG induction, bacilli were collected and destructed by ultrasound;the fusion protein was collected and identified by monoclonal antibody of HIV protein.HepG2 cells were incubated with DMEM supplemented with 1 ?g/ml fusion protein containing 0,2,4 or 6 Gly for 24 h.HepG2 cells of different groups were detected by immunofluorescence assay with HIV Tat monoclonal antibody;the apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells was determined by cell flow cytometry after they were incubated with gencilovir(10 ?g/ml) for 3 d and the survival rate of cells was recorded by trypan blue in different groups.Results: The recombined genes containing 0,2,4 or 6 Gly were successfully constructed,inserted into PBK vectors,and expressed into E.coli.Their proteins were obtained and purified.The level of fluorescence in different groups was similiar,but the cell survival rate and apoptosis rate were different.The highest apoptosis rate was 14.77%,which was found in the group containing 4 Gly,followed by 12.69% in 2 Gly group,8.31% in HIV Tat-TK group,4.36% in 6 Gly group,and 1.0% in group containing no Gly.Significant differences were found between each 2 groups(P
10.Detecting Chromosome Aberrance of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) in Cytogenetics.

Objective Detect chromosome aberrance(number and construction) in OSCC cell .Methods Cell were treated with colchicines and microsometic fluid, and then were expanded with cold acetic acid and formalized with methyl alcohol. After Giemsa staining, the cell were observed under oil microscope and the chromosome karyotype was analyzed. Results The number of OSCC chromosome is between 63~66, and many type of chromosome contruction is aberrant, chromosome break and monocase of chromosome break. The number change is appear in increasing of NO 1、7、16、19、20 and lose in NO 6、9、10、18、21、22, the constructing change in NO 1、2、4、11. Conclusion Analysising chromosome aberrance will be useful in location in chromosome for relative oncogene and suppressor gene.
