Objective To investigate influence of laser positioning system to position repeatability of patients treated with radiotherapy for pelvic tumors.Methods Forty patients with pelvic tumors were divided into two groups,using laser positioning system positioning (20 cases) and conventional positioning (20 cases),respectively,CBCT was used to verify and analyze the setup errors of two groups.Results The setup errors on X,Y and Z axes in laser positioning system positioning group were (2.63±1.07) mm,(2.38±1.28) mm and (2.46±1.21) mm,they were (3.04±1.22) mm,(2.55±1.35) mm and (3.09±1.37) mm in conventional positioning group.It has significance reduce on X and Z axes (P =0.040,0.003,respectively) by using laser positioning system,and has no significance on Y axis (P =0.432).Conclusion It can improve patient positioning repeatability effectively by using laser positioning system for patient positioning.

Objective To evaluate the application of improved belly board in postoperative patients of rectal cancer radiotherapy and explore the influence of its set-up repeatability.Methods CBCT was used to measure the intra fractional and inter fractional setup errors using normal or improved belly board respectively.The data was analyzed with statistic method.Results There was no significance of intra fractional setup errors on x-axis (P ＞ 0.05).There was significance on y and z-axis (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significance of interfrational setup errors on x-axis (P ＞ 0.05) and there was significance on y and z-axis (P ＜ 0.05) using normal belly board.There was no significance of intrafractional setup errors on x,y and z-axis (P ＞ 0.05).There was also no significance of interfractional setup errors on x,y and z-axis (P ＞ 0.05) with using improved belly board.Conclusion The method of improved belly board has more advantage than nomal belly board in controlling set-up repeatability,and it is conductive to improve accuracy of patients treatment.

Objective To establish a sensitive and specific LC-MS/MS method for measurement of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rd, tanshinone Ⅰ, astragaloside Ⅳ and harpagosidein of Fufang Xueshuantong Capsule in rat plasma. Methods The HPLC separation was performed on Thermo Hypersil GOLD column (2.1 mm× 100mm, 5 μm) at 30 ℃, injecting 10 μL and using acetonitrile-water (0.1% formic acid) as the mobile phrase (B was acetonitrile, A was 0.1%formic acid;0-10 min, 25%-55%B;10-20 min, 55%-70%B) with the flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. Detection was performed on a tandem quadrapole mass spectrometer using positive electrospray ionization, SRM scan mode. Results The eight compounds showed good linearity in wide ranges (notoginsenoside R1 1.00-800 ng/mL, ginsenoside Rg1 0.950-760 ng/mL, ginsenoside Re 1.44-1440 ng/mL, ginsenoside Rb1 1.33-1330 ng/mL, ginsenoside Rd 9.90-990 ng/mL, harpagosidein 1.01-1010 ng/mL, astragaloside Ⅳ 1.16-928 ng/mL, tanshinone Ⅰ 10.0-800 ng/mL). In addition, the accuracy and recovery were around 85%-115%and 50%-70%. The RSD of intra and inter day precision were lower than 15%. Conclusion The method is specific, rapid and sensitive. Therefore, it can be applied to pharmacokinetic study of eight effective compounds in Fufang Xueshuantong Capsule.

Objective: To evaluate the risk of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) on excess mortality among residents. Methods: The data of residential mortality in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2021 were collected from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The average daily mass concentration of PM2.5 and meteorology data were collected from the Yangzhou Environmental Monitoring Station and Yangzhou Meteorological Bureau, respectively. The effects of PM2.5 on non-accidental mortality, morality of respiratory diseases and mortality of circulatory diseases were evaluated using a generalized additive model. The risk of excess mortality was evaluated using excess risk (ER) and the number of excess mortality. Results: The median average annual mass concentration of PM2.5 was 38.00 (interquartile range, 31.95) µg/m3 in Yangzhou City from 2015 to 2021, decreasing from 51.75 (interquartile range, 32.82) µg/m3 in 2015 to 28.00 (interquartile range, 23.42) µg/m3 in 2021. The median average annual number of non-accidental mortality, mortality of respiratory diseases and mortality of circulatory diseases were 96 (interquartile range, 22), 9 (interquartile range, 5) and 38 (interquartile range, 13) cases, respectively. The greatest effects of per 10 μg/m3 increase in PM2.5 mass concentration on non-accidental mortality, mortality of respiratory diseases, and mortality of circulatory diseases were seen at a cumulative lag of 1 day (ER=0.528%, 95%CI: 0.293%-0.763%), a cumulative lag of 2 days (ER=0.917%, 95%CI: 0.125%-1.714%) and a cumulative lag of 1 day (ER=0.595%, 95%CI: 0.232%-0.961%), respectively. The number of excess mortality caused by PM2.5 on non-accidental mortality, mortality of respiratory diseases, and mortality of circulatory diseases in Yangzhou City from 2015 to 2021 were 2 125, 412 and 977 cases, respectively; compared with 2015, the number of excess mortality in 2021 decreased by 66.95%, 75.53% and 64.42%, respectively. Conclusions An increase in the mass concentration of atmospheric PM2.5 may elevate the risk of excess mortality among residents. Compared to 2015, the number of excess deaths attributed to exposure to atmospheric PM2.5 declined in 2021.

Objective Todeterminetherelationshipbetweenthetumorvolumeoftheperipherallungadenocarcinomawith maximum diameter≤3cmandlymphnodemetastasis(LNM).Methods TheMSCTmanifestationsof235subjectswhowerediagnosedasperipheral lungadenocarcinomawithmaximumdiameter≤3cm wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Thesepatientsweregroupedaccordingtodifferent parametersincludingsmokinghistory,differentiation,tumorconsistencyandavailabilityoftumornecrosis.Tumorvolumeandratesof LNMamongthesegroupswerecompared.ROCanalysiswasusedtocalculatethecut-offvalueanddiagnosticaccuracy.Results (1) ThetumorvolumeofLNMgroupwaslargerthanthatofnoLNMgroup,cut-offvaluewas5.5cm3,andAUCwas0.76;(2)Therates ofLNMofthewell,moderate-well,moderate,moderate-poorandpoordifferentiationgroupswere0%,8.7%,17.7%,45.6%and46.7%respectively.Theratesofpuregroundglassopacity(p-GGO),mixedandsolidtumorwere0%,8.3%and29.3%respectively.The ratesofthetumorpresentandabsentofnecrosiswere47.8%,22.0%respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion Usingthevolumeoftumor on MSCTtopredictLNMisanewnon-invasivewayofassessingLNM,withhighsensitivityandspecificity,whichcouldsupplymore imaginginformationforsurgeonstochoosethewayoflymphnodedissection.

Objective:To evaluate the role of hsa_circ_0025853 in hypothermia-induced reduction of oxygen-glucose deprivation and restoration (OGD/R) injury to neuroblastoma cells (SK-N-SH cells). Methods:SK-N-SH cells were cultured in vitro to the logarithmic phase and divided into 4 groups ( n=20 each) using a random number table method: control group (group C), group OGD/R, hypothermia group (group H) and hsa_circ_0025853 small interfering RNA (siRNA) plus hypothermia group (group S+ H). The cells were cultured in normal culture atmosphere in group C. The cells were subjected to OGD for 3 h followed by restoration of oxygen-glucose supply for 24 h in group OGD/R.The cells were subjected to OGD for 3 h followed by restoration of oxygen-glucose supply for 24 h at 32 ℃ in group H. The cells were transfected with siRNA at 48 h before establishing OGD/R model, and the other treatments were similar to those previously described in group H. At 24 h of restoration of oxygen-glucose, cell viability was measured by Cell Counting Kit-8, apoptosis rate were measured by flow cytometry.the expression of dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1) mRNA and hsa_circ_0025853 was detected by quantitative real-time-polymerase chain reaction, and the expression of Drp1 protein was detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with group C, the cell viability was significantly decreased, the apoptosis rate of cells was increased, the expression of hsa_circ_0025853 was down-regulated, and the expression of Drp1 protein and mRNA was up-regulated in the other 3 groups ( P<0.05). Compared with group OGD/R, the cell viability was significantly increased, the apoptosis rate of cells was decreased, the expression of hsa_circ_0025853 was up-regulated, and the expression of Drp1 protein and mRNA was down-regulated in H and S+ H groups ( P<0.05). Compared with group H, the cell viability was significantly decreased, the apoptosis rate of cells was increased, the expression of hsa_circ_0025853 was down-regulated, and the expression of Drp1 protein and mRNA was up-regulated in group S+ H ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The mechanism by which hypothermia alleviates the OGD/R injury to SK-N-SH cells is related to the up-regulation of hsa_circ_0025853 expression, thus reducing the expression level of Drp1.

Objective:Through the analysis of the ancient books for pectoral stuffiness pain, to explore the relevant Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions, the main syndrome factors corresponding to the prescriptions and the content of medication nursing.Methods:We used the database of Chinese Medical Code (5th Edition) as the data source, and established a database, extracted relevant contents. In the end we carried out statistical analysis and discussion.Results:Four main syndrome factors were extracted from the 102 kinds of prescriptions, which were cold coagulation, qi stagnation, blood stasis and turbid phlegm. The corresponding medication nursing measures mainly contained five aspects, including the temperature, time, frequency, solution of taking medicine and medication taboo. Among them, the temperature of taking medicine was mainly warm and hot; the time of taking medicine was mainly before eating, after eating, empty stomach, before breakfast, at noon, Before sleep and regardless of the time; the frequency of taking medicine was mainly two times a day, three times a day, three times a day and once a night; the solution of taking medicine was mainly wine, porridge, ginger decoction, orange peel decoction, Chen-pi decoction, vinegar decoction and so on; the medication taboo was mainly onions, pork, cold, cabbage, mutton and so on.Conclusion:The study of medication nursing for pectoral stuffiness pain based on the theory of syndrome factors is beneficial to promote the theoretical and clinical research for the disease. It can promote the standardization of medication nursing, improve the nursing staff's ability of syndrome differentiation nursing, and provide a reference for clinical medication nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Objective:To understand the research status and research hotspots of syndrome differentiation nursing of pectoral stuffiness pain(coronary disease), analyze its existing problems, and provide reference for the development of related research in the future.Methods:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database was used as a data source to search for relevant literatures. We analyzed the authors, institutions and keywords with CiteSpace 5.3.R8 software, and drew the distribution map of the number of literature published by the related authors and institutions with GraphPad Prism 6.07 software.Results:A total of 356 articles were included in the study. The research power in the field of syndrome differentiation nursing of pectoral stuffiness pain(coronary disease) was mainly concentrated in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The researchers were mainly Lin Xiaoli and Yang Yuzhu. After clustering 58 keywords, 6 research hotspots of syndrome differentiation nursing for pectoral stuffiness pain(coronary disease) were discovered: importance of emotional nursing; exploration of different nursing forms; study of prognostic significance; embodiment of clinical application value; syndrome differentiation nursing of integrating Chinese and Western medicine; application of characteristic nursing technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusions:Among the six research hotspots, the emotional nursing, syndrome differentiation nursing of integrating Chinese and Western medicine and application of characteristic nursing technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the research hotspots in recent years(2011-2018). In addition, in order to promote the progress and development of this field, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between authors and institutions, and conduct more in-depth research on the basis of existing research, constantly explore new research directions, and further improve the system of syndrome differentiation nursing.

Relapsing polychondritis is a rare systemic autoimmune disease, which involves a wide range of sites, has atypical symptoms, and has no specific means of examination, resulting in very difficult early diagnosis, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients. We report a case of an elderly female patient with respiratory symptoms, discomfort symptoms only appeared for more than 1 month, chest CT and laryngoscopy showed no obvious abnormalities. The effect of antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory treatment is not good. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed that trachea, bronchus, nasal cartilage, thyroid cartilage, cricoid cartilage were involved. After pathological examination, the patient was clinically diagnosed as relapsing polychondritis. After treatment with methylprednisolone and tripterygium glycoside tablets, the patient had no recurrence at present.

Epilepsy is a disease of the central nervous system caused by excessive neuronal discharges in the brain,characterized by sudden,recurrent and self-limited onset. The brain's qi collateral and the brain neural network are highly correlated and internally consistent in terms of structure and function. The theory of "brain's qi collateral-abnormal collateral",which is centered on the structural disorder and dysfunction of brain's qi collateral leading to the poor circulation of brain's qi collateral,can comprehensively explain the related pathogenesis of epilepsy and the law of disease evolution,so it has important clinical value. Taking the pathogenic characteristics as an entry point and based on the theory of "brain's qi collateral-abnormal collateral",this paper argues that phlegm and qi stagnation,wind in the brain's qi collateral,and phlegm and blood stagnation damaging the brain's collaterals,as well as the structural and functional characteristics of brain's qi collateral that circulate bi-directionally are the key factors for epilepsy to present sudden,recurrent,and self-limited characteristics. According to the therapeutic principle of "Collaterals need to be unobstructed to function normally",it is proposed that the method of regulating the qi and collaterals should be used as the basic treatment principle throughout the treatment. In addition,the method of resolving phlegm and eliminating blood stasis is supplemented for different pathological changes,while combining the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera and attaching importance to the accompanying symptoms of epileptic seizures,to regulate the brain's qi collateral to achieve the effects of wind quenching and epileptic arrest. This is to provide reference for the treatment of epilepsy in traditional Chinese medicine.
