A new kind of method for intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy has been proved to be very effective for the therapy of gastrointestinal cancer. In this article is reported an intraperitoneal perfusion machine which is designed for instituting the treatment. The liquor of the chemotherapy drug is infused into the abdomen after being heated by heating system; the liquor flows out of the abdomen is abandoned. The temperature of heating and the velocity of flow are controlled by MCU, thus the temperature of the liquor of the chemotherapy drug in the abdomen can be adjusted to the most favarable temperature.

2.Expression of miR-339-5 p in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and its significance

Purpose To investigate the relevance between the expression of miR-339-5p and the clinicopathological characteristics in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Methods The level of miR-339-5p expression was detected in 123 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma tissues and 20 cases of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia tissues by chromogenic in situ hybridization ( CISH) technique. The expression of Ki-67 and BCL-6 protein was examined in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma tissues by immunohistochemical technique (IHC) (EnVision two-steps), and the correlation between the expression of miR-339-5p and BCL-6 and the clinicopathological param-eters was also analyzed. Results The positive rates of miR-339-5p were 39. 8% (49/123) in DLBCL tissues, which was significantly lower than that in RH tissues (90%, 18/20). The positive rates of miR-339-5p were 31. 0% (22/71) for germinal center B-cell-like (ABC type) DLBCL, which was significantly lower than that in activated B-cell-like (GCB type) DLBCL (27/52, 51. 9%). The low-er expression of miR-339-5p in DLBCL was correlated with late Ann Arbor staging and high-risk group of international prognostic index (P<0. 05). The survival rates of miR-339-5p negative patients of ABC type and GCB type of DLBCL were significantly lower than that of the positive patients (P<0. 01). The levels of miR-339-5p expression in DLBCL were negatively correlated with the levels of BCL-6 expression in DLBCL (P<0. 01). Conclusion The low expression of miR-339-5p might be relatived with the progression and poor prognosis of DLBCL.
3.Role of vitamin D in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is one of the common chronic liver diseases in the world.The molecular mechanism of NAFLD is complex,involving many signal molecules,and the vitamin D(VD)/VDBP/vitamin D receptor(VDR)axis is also involved.VD is a lipid-soluble steroid,which can participate in the regula-tion of lipid metabolism,insulin secretion,immune function,inflammatory response and other biological processes.Stud-ies have shown that VD deficiency is closely related to liver lipid accumulation,inflammation,insulin resistance,oxida-tive stress,intestinal flora imbalance,autophagy,apoptosis,pyroptosis and fibrosis,and plays an important role in the oc-currence and development of NAFLD.This paper reviews the research progress on Vitamin D in recent years in the field of NAFLD,including the physiological characteristics of VD and its role in the NAFLD mechanism,so as to provide referenc-es for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
4.Development and validation of near-infrared brain blood-oxygen monitor.

The main purpose of this paper is to describe the design and development of the near-infrared blood-oxygen monitor which is based on the theory of detecting the blood-oxygen parameters of tissue by near-infrared, and the monitor can detect the blood-oxygen parameters of two sides of the local brain tissue. The monitor uses two wavelength ultra-high light LED as lamp-house, and two sensors detect the light scattered by two sides of the local brain tissue, which make the monitor achieve the function of dual detector. The appearance of the monitor's detector is designed to reduce effectively the noise brought by the background and alleviate the discomfort feelings of the patient. At the same time, this apparatus can monitor continuously the brain blood-oxygen parameters of the patients in real time, and output the curves of the blood-oxygen and oxygen concentration of two sides of brain tissue. At last, the biological model experiments and the tests in clinical setting validate the monitor.

5.Bibliometric analysis of cardiac rehabilitation for coronary disease research trends based on Web of Science

Objective To perform bibliometric analysis of research literature in the field of cardiac rehabilitation of coronary disease, in order to accurately grasp the research situation in the field in the world, and to provide references for further in-depth research. Methods The distribution characteristics, research fronts, and research hotspots for the cardiac rehabilitation of coronary disease were analyzed based on researching systematically of documents Web of Science before December 31st,2017, with the aid of CiteSpace software, using co-citation analysis and co-word analysis to analyze. Results A total of 2 560 articles were retrieved. The institutions and authors in United States, Canada and other European and American countries had a relatively high level of research in the field of cardiac rehabilitation of coronary disease. Gender-tailored randomized clinical trials and prospective studies were the research frontiers in this field. Randomized controlled trials and meta-analysis were commonly used research methods in this field. Exercise was the main research content of cardiac rehabilitation programs for patients with coronary disease. Mortality, quality of life, risk factors, and depression were currently the main indicators for assessing the effectiveness of cardiac rehabilitation programs in these patients. Conclusions The current research in the field of cardiac rehabilitation of coronary disease in China has gradually started. In the future, we can explore new entry points and breakthroughs in combination with current international research frontiers and research hotsopts.
6.Investigation on knowledge, attitude and practice of nutrition for stroke patients among community nurses and hospitals

Objective? To understand the status quo of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of nurses in hospital and community about nutrition for stroke patients, compare their differences, and analyze the common related factors, so as to provide basis for carrying out nutritional nursing education for stroke patients in hospital-community interaction. Methods? A total of 160 neurology nurses from 7 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals and 161 nurses from 10 community hospitals in Shanghai were selected from August to October 2017 by convenience sampling method. The Chinese version of the Staff Attitudes to Nutritional Nursing Care Geriatric scale were applied in the investigation. A total of 340 questionnaires were distributed and 321 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 94.4%. SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results? The scores of nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude and nutritional practice of the 160 hospital nurses were (58.44±12.67), (72.72±10.73) and (85.50±15.49) respectively, while those of the 161 community nurses were (53.98±13.15), (75.87±8.24) and (69.81±16.75) respectively. The differences in scores between the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors related to nutritional knowledge were academic qualifications and further study at work. Academic qualifications, duration of continuous nursing for stroke patients and nutritional course in school were related to nutrition attitude. Age, academic qualifications and clinical nutrition nursing training were the main factors influencing nutrition practice scores. Conclusions? There are differences in scores of nutrition KAP between hospital and community nurses. Effective nutrition nursing training can improve nurses' KAP of nutrition for stroke patients, so as to ensure the effective development of nutrition nursing services for patients.
7.The role of CD8+T cells in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)is a liver disease closely associated with metabolic syndrome,and its pathogenesis includes insulin resistance,lipid metabolism disorders,and inflammatory response.This article briefly describes how CD8+T cells exert a cytotoxic effect through the three pathways of the Fas-Fas ligand signaling pathway,the release of perforin and granzymes,and the secretion of tumor necrosis factor-α and other cytokines,and these mechanisms allow CD8+T cells to specifically kill virus-infected cells and tumor target cells,thereby participating in immune regulation.At the same time,this article summarizes that CD8+T cells promote the recruitment of macrophages cooperate with natural killer T cells to participate in the development of adipose tissue inflammation,and lead to liver injury through automatic attack and epigenetic mechanisms,finally promoting the pathogenesis of NASH.It is concluded that CD8+T cells may become a new therapeutic target for NASH,and in-depth research on the specific mechanism of CD8+T cells affecting the pathogenesis in NASH in the future may help to further guide clinical treatment.

TGF-β1 is considered a key mediator in the formation of hepatic fibrosis and mainly acts by activating the downstream Smad signaling pathway.Smad2 and Smad3 are two major downstream regulators that promote TGF-β1-mediated tissue fibrosis,while Smad7 is a negative-feedback regulator of the TGF-β1/Smad pathway and inhibits TGF-β1-mediated hepatic fibrosis.A growing number of studies are showing that natural products can delay the progression of hepatic fibrosis by regulating the TGF-β1/Smad pathway,inhibiting HSC activation,and reducing ECM deposition.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway in hepatic fibrosis,and summarizes the natural products that target the regulation of this pathway,providing a reference for research into the treatment of hepatic fibrosis.

Sishen Pills is a classic prescription for the treatment of spleen and kidney diarrhea,which has the effect of warming the kidney and the spleen,astringent intestine and antidiarrheal.In modern clinical application,the modified prescriptions based on Sishen Pills,combined with other treatments of TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine are often used to treat ulcerative colitis with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and the curative effect is remarkable.Experimental pharmacological studies have shown that Sishen Pills may achieve the purpose of ulcerative colitis by regulating the expression of related signaling pathway proteins,regulating inflammatory factors,inhibiting inflammatory response,regulating autophagy,regulating intestinal flora,improving intestinal mucosal permeability,repairing intestinal mucosal barrier,regulating cellular energy metabolism,anti-oxidative stress,regulating cellular immune function,etc.In this article,the research status of Sishen Pills in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was sorted out and summarized,in order to provide reference for further study of its mechanism and clinical application.

Pathological mechanism of ulcerative colitis(UC)is not fully clear,which may be the result of Th17/Treg immune imbalance and the interaction of multiple complex factors.Numerous studies have found that classical TCM prescriptions,experienced formulas and TCM active components could regulate Th17/Treg balance by intervening in cytokines,transcription factors,and signaling pathways,restore intestinal mucosal immune function,suppress intestinal mucosal inflammatory response,and repair intestinal mucosal barrier damage.Based on the research status of UC,Th17/Treg balance and TCM treatment,this article reviewed the relationship between Th17/Treg balance and UC,and explained the key role of Th17/Treg balance in the occurrence and development of UC.At the same time,the Chinese materia medica targeting to regulate the balance of Th17/Treg in the treatment of UC in recent years was summarized,in order to provide reference for the treatment of UC.
