0.05). Second and third generation of the implanted tumor were obtained in 8 nude mice respectively, and all transplanted tumors survived. Liver, bone and lung metastasis were found in 100% of nude mice between 10 w~14 w. [WT5”HZ] Conclusions This nude mouse HCC model holds the biologic features of human HCC and serves the purpose of in vivo study investigation .

Objective To explore the therapeutic results of percutaneous microwave ablation for patients with recurrence primary liver cancer after surgery and the factors influencing the survival after ablation therapy. Methods 102 patients who underwent hepatectomy for primary liver cancer in April 1998 to December 2010,and subsequent microwave ablation for recurrence hepatocellular carcinoma, were enrolled.Long term survival rates and prognostic factors after ablation were analyzed. Results The 1,3,5,and 7 year overall survival rates after ablation were 73.5%,53.5%,40.5% and 17.7%.The 1,3,and 5 year overall survival rates for patients within one year recurrence after hepatectomy were 63.3%,38.9%,and 27.1%,respectively,which was significantly lower than that for patients after this time period in which the 1,3,and 5 year overall survival rates were 86.3%,72.3% and 63.0%,respectively (P =0.003).Univariate analysis revealed that recurrence tumor size more than 3 cm,multiple tumors, poor Child-Pugh score, and AFP level >100 μg/L were risk prognostic factors of overall survival for patients who underwent ablation.Multivariate analysis identified multiple tumors, poor Child-Pugh score, and AFP level > 100μg/L were the factors affecting overall survival. Conclusions Microwave ablation is of high clinical application value and is an effective minimally invasive treatment for recurrence hepatocellular carcinoma.Microwave ablation is equally effective when used in late recurrence, single tumor and tumor size≤3 cm.

Objective To investigate the effect of tripterygium glycosides on the resistance to immune rejection after allogeneic islet transplantation in mice. Methods Twenty C57BL/6 mice were treated with STZ diabetes mellitus and transplanted the islets from Balb/c mice donor, then recipient mice were randomly divided into two groups:triptolide group and model control group(n=10),and were intraperitoneal injected with tripterygium glycoside solutin and equivalent solvent of 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 14 days.Blood glucose and body weight were measured within 4 weeks after transplantation. Two weeks later, two groups of grafted islets were stained by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining, the expression of IL-2 protein were detected by Western blotting. Results The level of blood glucose were decreased to normal in the triptolide group and model control group after islet transplantation, but blood glucose gradually increased in the model control group after two weeks.Compared with the model control group, the inflammatory cells were less infiltrated and the immunohistochemical staining of insulin was deeper in the triptolide group. The expression of IL-2 in the triptolide group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glucoside could significantly decrease the inflammatory cell infiltration and inflammation factor expression in the allogeneic islet recipients to reduce the immune rejection and improve graft survival.

Objective To investigate the reversal of MDR by using anti-MDR1 ribozyme N2A + tRNAimet-iMDR1- sRz (sRz) in nude mice bearing human hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The nude mice model with implanted human hepatocellular carcinoma was randomly devided into group A ( saline 40?l + Lipofect AMINE?000 10?l), B( N2A + tRNAimet10?g/40?l + Lipofect AMINE?000 10?l) and C(sRz 10?g/40?l + Lipofect AMINE?000 10?l). After one week, mice was peritoneally injected E-ADM 15 mg?kg-1 once a week for 4 weeks. The size of tumors was measured with B-ultrasound and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. One week after chemotherapy mice was sacrificed and MDR1 mRNA and P-gp were investigated with RT-PCR and Western blot. Results In group C tumor shrank upon each chemotherapy (F = 659. 99, P

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(10):1511-1513
Objective:
To understand the status of physical health education in primary schools in Ganjiang New District, and to provide a reference for physical health education for educational managers.
Methods:
Based on the client satisfaction index and national documents, satisfaction questionnaire survey was administered among parents of 789 primary school students from 5 school in Ganjiang New Area.Sixteen indicators including physical monitoring and hours of physical education.
Results:
Modrate satisfaction level towards physical health education found among parents ranging from "4" to "3". The highest score for "sports teacher level" was 4.13 and the lowest score for "multimedia education" was 3.00. The average value of "sports teacher training locations" was 4.08, which was higher than the "overall satisfaction" score of 3.67; the average value of "school sports activities" was 3.58, which was lower than "overall satisfaction". The five-dimensional sample has good independence and there was no multicollinearity; the coefficient of influence of "Physical health of students" was 0.15(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Parents satisfaction with the management of physical health education in the five primary schools is generally good, but they are dissatisfied with the lack of physical education teachers venues and teaching hours. It is recommended that parents correct the "five education concept" to improve health education, balance the strengths and weaknesses of school education to make up for shortcomings, and strengthen the home school society co-education mechanism to improve the physical health of primary school students in Ganjiang New District.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of PET/CT in the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis .Methods The clinical manifestations ,laboratory detection and PET/CT results in 4 patients with giant cell arteritis treated in this hospital were retrospectively analyzed .And the relevant literatures were reviewed .Results The age of 4 cases in this hospital and 29 cases in lit-eratures all were over 50 years old ;clinical manifestations were mainly the non-specific symptoms such as fever ,weight loss and my-algia;the laboratory detection results mainly manifested by the increase of ESR and CRP ;PET-CT indicated that the continuous dif-fuse metabolism of the wall in aorta and its primary branching was elevated ;the maximal standardized uptake value(SUVmax) of 4 cases in this hospital was 2 .5-9 .6 .Conclusion PET/CT has a certain value for diagnosing giant cell arteritis ,especially the pa-tients with early stage or atypical clinical manifestations .PET/CT has certain significance for determining the lesion range and jud-ging the curative effect .

Objective:
To investigate the incidence and clinical features to probe the risk factors of hemorrhagic cystitis (HC) in children and adolescents with hematological diseases post haplo-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT) .
Methods:
Medical records of 62 children and 27 adolescents with hematological diseases treated with haplo-HSCT between 2015 and 2016 were analyzed.
Results:
Of 89 cases (56 boys and 33 girls) , 44 patients were diagnosed with ALL, 33 AML, 3 AHL and 9 MDS. HC occurred in 32 of the 89 patients with an incidence of 36%, including 6 with grade Ⅰ, 16 with grade Ⅱ, 8 with grade Ⅲ, 2 with grade Ⅳ HC, respectively. The median time of HC onset was 25 days (range 2-55 days) after haplo-HSCT with the median duration as 19 days (range 3-95 days) , all of them were cured. The incidence of HC was lower in the group of children than that in the group of adolescents (27.4%
