Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgolide B(BN52021) on the NF-?B expression in pulmonary tissue of mice with LPS-induced acute lung injury. Methods Fifty Kunming mice were divided into 2 groups at random: LPS group(L group) and BN52021 pretreated group(B group),and then each group was subsequently divided into 5 subgroups according to different time point(0,1,3,9 and 12 h).The mice from corresponding groups received an intraperitoneal injection of normal saline or 20 mg/kg BN52021 followed by an injection of 15 mg/kg LPS 5 min later. The mice were sacrificed in 0,1,3,9 and 12 h after LPS injection. The wet/dry ratio(W/D) was recorded for pulmonary function and the pathological changes of lung tissues stained by HE were examined by light microscopy. The expression of NF-?B p65 was detected by Western blotting, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) and interleukin-10(IL-10) were determined by ELISA.Results The significant increase of W/D was found after LPS injection in L group, which indicated the existence of pulmonary edema;while the W/D in B group was lower(P

Objective To observe the effects of positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP) on oxygen utiliza-tion coefficient in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). Methods 28 ARDS patients with me-chanical ventilation were studied. Catheter of central vein was laid. Increment levels of PEEP(0,5, 10, 15 and 20cmH2O) were applied sequentially. Hemodynamics and oxygen metabolism parameters were measured and calcula-tion of O2 UC [O2 UC = (SaO2 -SvO2.)/SaO2] were carried out respectively. O2 UC in 30 normal subject groups were carried out. Results Arterial oxygen tension(PaO2) increased significantly(P < 0.05) at PEEP 5cmH2O. Oxygen u-tilization coefficient (O2 UC), heart rate(HR) and mean blood pressure (MBP) were not significantly different (P >0.05) at PEEP 10cmH2O. At PEEP 15cmH2 O, O2UC and HR increased significantly (P < 0.05), but M BP reduced obviously(P < 0.05). Conclusions Too high PEEP can result in oxygen utilization coefficient of ARDS patient de-acend furthur, can not really correct oxygen difieiency condition in patients' organization cell. The optimal PEEP should be found, and blood capacity should be appropriately increased.

Objective To investigate the size and diversification of peripheral nerve measured by high frequency ultrasound in di-abetic peripheral neuropathy patient .Methods The endings of the medial branch of deep peripheral nerves(DPN) were interrogated by high frequency ultrasound and nerve electrophysiology ,and the nerve conduction characters were studied in a cohort of 150 clini-cally diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients and a control group of 100 healthy volunteers .At the sametime these cases underwent electrophysiological examination .Results Distinct echoic appearances were consistently detected between the DPN nerves of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients and healthy volunteers .The sensitivity rate of high frequency ultrasound and nerve electrophysiological examination in diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were 91 .33% and 74 .67% ,and the specificity rate were 91% and 82% .Conclusion High frequency ultrasound may play a role in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .
4.Bibliometric analysis of post-stroke fatigue based on domestic and international literatures
Chongqing Medicine 2018;47(16):2134-2139
Objective To explore the domestic and foreign research status and development trend of post stroke fatigue (PSF) by bibliometric analysis method,in order to provide recommendations for future research in this field. Methods Studies about PSF were retrieved from WanFang database,CNKI,VIP,China Biology Medicine (CBM),PubMed,Ovid,Embase,Google Scholar and authoritative journals in this field from January 1999 to March 2017.The information, including title, country, journal name, first author, publication year, institutions, research field, keywords, types of literature and research methods, was extracted, and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS19.0 and Nvivo11.0 software. Results A total of 279 literatures were included, and the total number of publication literatures showed an upward trend over time. These researches involved 167 institutions and 140 kinds of journals. The maximum number of articles published by the same first author was 9.According to the types of literatures and research methods, foreign literatures were divided into 9 categories which were mainly descriptive researches (95 papers,53.67%);domestic literatures were divided into 6 categories which were mainly interventional studies (39 papers,38.24%).The foreign researches involved 13 subjects which were mainly related to neurology (76 papers,42.94 %) and rehabilitation medicine (27 papers,15.25 %).The domestic researches only involved 5 subjects which were mainly related to neurology (45 papers,44.12 %) and traditional Chinese medicine (34 papers,33.33 %).Many of foreign researches focused on exploring risk factors of PSF,which accounted for about 62.11 % of the descriptive studies, and studies about pathogenesis of PSF have been extended to molecular biology.Domestic researches were more focused on Chinese medicine intervention methods, which accounted for 53.42% (excepting review literatures). Conclusion PSF is still the research focus at home and abroad.Research on pathogenesis of PSF is at an exploratory stage, and there is still a lack of effective intervention method.Compare to foreign countries, subjects of domestic studies in PSF are limited, researches on etiology and mechanism of PSF are ignored, and research method is unitary.
