Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transurethral resection of cystitis after gynecological cystitis after transurethral resection of bladder, and to observe the effect on patients' anxiety(SAS)and quality of life index(QOL).Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with cystitis glandularis admitted to hospital from January 2011 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The control group was treated with plasma ablation alone, with plasmakinetic resection of Kangfuxin liquid combined with gemcitabine intravesical therapy as the treatment group,31 cases in each group.Statistics of two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, followed up for 12 months, and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the anxiety of the two groups before and after treatment,QOL was used to evaluate the quality of life before and after treatment in two groups of patients. The recurrence rate of two groups were recorded. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 80.65%,slightly higher than the control group 77.42%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the SAS score in the treatment group was slightly higher than before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant, the SAS score in the control group was significantly lower than before treatment, after treatment between the groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QOL index of the treatment group decreased slightly after treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant. The QOL index of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment, and compared between the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up of 12 months, the relapse rate in the treatment group was 11.11%,slightly lower than the control group 18.75%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to pure plasmapheresis, the use of postoperative intravesical instillation of bladder irrigation with the same effect, but the latter may increase the degree of anxiety in patients, thus affecting the quality of life of patients,so for the non-mandatory use of drugs treatment, surgery may be given priority to surgery alone.

The cultivation of students majoring in clinical medicine (rural doctors) is an important measure to promote the health construction at the grassroots level in Xinjiang. The cultivation of talents in this profession is closely related to the educational management mode. In view of the problems in the management and training of rural doctors, this paper explores the improvement methods, aiming at constructing the dual-cycle management system (big cycle management system and small cycle management system) of clinical medicine (rural doctors) from the perspective of management. The big circulation management system is the main body, the small one is the key point of the college management, and the two circulation management systems promote each other, trying to construct the talent management and training system of the trinity of college education, graduation education and continuing medical education. With the support of this system and the advantages of the same counselor in cycle management of students in different grades and different periods, the communication between the counselor and the class teachers, students and students of all grades can be increased. In this way, counselors, class teachers and students of all grades can have a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the curriculum and internship and employment situation of this specialty, and provide reference for improving the management education level of students majoring in clinical medicine (rural doctors).

Qizhi Weitong granules composed of Bupleuri Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Aurantii Fructus, Cyperi Rhizoma (processed), Corydalis Rhizoma (processed), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma have the effects of soothing the liver, regulating Qi movement, and harmonizing the stomach to relieve pain. This preparation is thus used for the treatment of liver depression, Qi stagnation, chest distension, and epigastric pain. It has become a first-line medication for the treatment of epigastric pain after years of clinical practice. At present, researchers have carried out extensive studies on Qizhi Weitong granules, including the optimization of the extraction and purification process, identification of chemical components, characterization of absorbed components, establishment of quality control methods, validation of pharmacological effect on digestive system diseases, exploration of the mechanism, and observation of clinical efficacy. The studies have achieved fruitful results. This article summarizes the research achievements related to Qizhi Weitong granules in recent years from pharmacological substances, quality control, pharmacological effect, mechanism of action, and clinical efficacy, aiming to provide ideas for in-depth research and modern development of Qizhi Weitong granules.
