OBJECTIVE To study the pathogenicity of the Vibrio fluvialis isolated from the coastal seawater.METHODS Virulence experiment group:22 Kunming mice were divided into four subgroups in random:V.fluvialis was injected into abdominal cavity in the test subgroup. And Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were injected into the positive control subgroups, separately and aseptic physiological saline was injected into the negative control group.Wound infection group:22 SPF mice were divided into four supgroups in random after their legs were injured:the experimental supgroup(soaked in artificial seawater with V.fluvialis);the positive control groups(with S.aureus and E.coli, separately);the negative control group(soaked in aseptic artificial seawater). The general condition, blood routine, blood culture, organ culture and wound secretion culture of the mice were observed. The pathological analysis of the mice was taken after sacrifice on the 3rd day.RESULTS In virulence experiment group, among all the 7 mice′s blood culture of V.fluvialis supgroup,5 mice were found V.fluvialis positive after 12 h injection, and 2 mice kept on positive until 24 h.In wound infection group, pathological examination showed there were a large number of neutrophils distributed over the striated muscle of the injured sites and cellulitis formed.CONCLUSIONS The V.fluvialis isolated from the sea water has pathogenicity, and can cause wound) infection and septicemia when the concentration reached 106 CFU/ml.

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization tim e-of-flight im aging m ass spectrom etry (MALDI-TOF-IMS ) has been a classical technique for studying proteom ics in present and a tool for analyzing the distribution of proteins and sm all m olecules w ithin biological tissue sections. MALDI-TOF-IMS can analyze m ultiple unknow n com pounds in biological tissue sections sim ultaneously through a single m ea-surem ent w hich can obtain m olecule im aging of the tissue w hile m aintaining the integrity of cellular and m olecules in tissue. In recent years, im aging m ass spectrom etry technique develops relatively quickly in all biom edical dom ain. T his paper based on the relevant data and review s the present developing level of MALDI-TOF-IMS, the principle of im aging m ass spectrom etry, m ethology and the prospect in foren-sic pathology.

Postm ortem chem istry is becom ing m ore and m ore essential in routine forensic pathology and has m ade considerable progress over the past years. B iochem ical analyses of vitreous hum or, blood, urine and cerebrospinal fluid m ay provide im portant inform ation in determ ining the cause of death or in elucidating forensic issues. Postm ortem chem istry m ay be essential for the determ ination of cause of death w hen m orphological m ethods (diabetes m ellitus, alcoholic ketoacidosis and electrolytic disorders) cannot detect the pathophysiological changes involved in the death process. It can also provide m any in-form ation in other forensic situations, including m yocardial ischem ia, sepsis, inflam m ation, infection, ana-phylaxis and horm onal disturbances. T he m ost recent relevant research advances on glucose m etabolism , liver function, cardiac function, renal function, sepsis, inflam m ation, infection, anaphylaxis and horm onal aspect are hereby review ed.

Objective To study the expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in the intestine of mice irradiated by neutron and γ rays. Methods 350 male BALB/c mice were irradiated with neutron and γ rays of different doses, and sacrificed at 6 and 12hours, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21 and 28 days after irradiation. The TNF-α in the mice intestinal tissue was detected by means of immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results In normal control mice, TNF-α was expressed in the cytoplasm of macrophages in intestinal villus interstitium, submucosa and lymph tissue. After 2.5Gy neutron radiation, TNF-α was decreased progressively within 2 days, increased obviously in macrophages and crypt cells during 3rd~7th day, reached the peak at 5th day and recovered to normal level at 14th day and TNF-α was decreased progressively within 4 days after 4.0 and 5.5Gy neutron and 12Gy ray irradiation.TNF-α was increased obviously in 6~12 hours, decreased at 1st day, increased at 2nd~5th day, peaked at 3rd day and recovered at 10th day after 5.5Gy ray irradiation. Conclusion Neutron and ray radiation induce different expression profile of endogenous TNF-α in small intestine, which may be related with the pathologic courses of irradiation-induced damage and repair of intestine.

Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in traffic accidents through observing and analyzing the injury features of the accidents. Methods Two fatal cases caused by traffic accidents were fully examined using MSCT, 3D imaging reconstruction and angiography through cardiac puncture. The features of traffic injury mechanism were analyzed through combination of MSCT and postmortem external examination. Results In case 1, right cardiac rupture was found by MSCT and angiography through cardiac puncture. The cause of death was cardiac tam-ponade and right ventricular rupture due to the crush injury of chest in the traffic accident. In case 2, splenic rupture and intra-abdominal hemorrhage was found and caused by injury of left trunk by MSCT. The cause of death was hemorrhage and traumatic shock. Conclusion MSCT could observe skeletal in-jury, soft tissue injury, and hematologic disorder well. The combination use of MSCT and angiography through cardiac puncture provided assistance to the diagnosis of cardiovascular system injury.

Objective:
To investigate the relationship between prostate volume and postoperative stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in the elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients following holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP).
Methods:
A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 110 elderly (age ≥ 60 years) BPH patients who underwent HoLEP in Grand Hospital of Jincheng in Shanxi between 2014 and 2018. In these patients, preoperative transrectal ultrasonography revealed that the prostate volume was 21-198(74.53 ± 31.26) ml. According to prostate volume, the patients were allocated to large prostate volume group (prostate volume ≥ 80 ml), intermediate prostate volume group (40 ml < prostate volume < 80 ml) and small prostate volume group (prostate volume ≤ 40 ml). All patients underwent the HoLEP, the incidence of postoperative SUI was compared among the three groups after withdrawal of stenting catheters.
Results:
After HoLEP, 74 patients were uneventful, while 36 patients experienced the postoperative SUI. No perpetual SUI patient was found after follow-up for 1 week to 6 months. The incidence of postoperative SUI after HoLEP was positively correlated with prostate volume (
