Objective To observe the contribution of acute normovolemic hemodilution ( ANH) in experiment of cryopreserved dog limb replantation. Methods Sixteen healthy Beagle dogs (male:female=1:1) were divided into two groups.Dogs in the experiment group ( Group B) received ANH in the limb replantation, and dogs in the control group ( Group A) received the same amount of lactate Ringer’ s solution intravenously during the surgical operation. We recorded and compared the hemodynamic indexes, HB, HCT, the resuscitation time, the first rising head time, the first standing time and the first eating and drinking time between the two groups. Results ( 1 ) During the operation, both PaO2 and PCO2 in the two groups were normal, as well as the breathing rate. The heart rate in the group B was lower than that in the group A.Before blood transfusion, there was no statistically significant difference in HB and HCT between the two groups, but after transfusion they were significantly higher in the group B than in the group A.(2) The resuscitation time, the first rising head time, the first standing time and the first eating and drinking time of the group B were all better than those in the group A.Conclusions In cryopreserved dog limb replantation experiments, acute normovolemic hemodilution is helpful to improve the general condition and facilitate the recovery of animals after limb replantation.

Objective To compare two effective preparation methods for paclitaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles, and to evaluate the physiochemical properties as for acoustic activated drug delivery. Methods Paclitaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles were prepared with two methods: one was mixed with phospholipids directly (Ⅰ); the other was added in triacetin, then mixed with phospholipids (Ⅱ). Concent ration, size, pH, drug entrapment efficiency, drug-loading amounts of these two kinds of paclitaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles were studied, while drug release with ultrasound and tumor imaging enhanced on rabbit breast tumor were observed. Results There was no significant difference in tumor imaging between two kinds of microbubbles which could be ruptured by low energy ultrasound. Compared with Ⅰ, the mean diameter of Ⅱ decreased significantly ([ 1.07±0.38] μm vs [2.79± 0.41] μm, P<0.01), the surface potencial was higher ([19.10±0.32] mV vs [-5.90±0.21] mV, P<0.01), whereas entrapment efficiency and drug-loading amounts increased markedly ([ 95.00±1.22]% vs [36.10±4.74]%, P<0.01; [5.60±0.11]% vs [0.50±0.04]%, P<0.01). Conclusion The Ⅱ paclitaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles added triacetin have an important clinical value.
3.Research progress on the mechanism and therapeutic impact of viruses on lung cancer
Journal of Chinese Physician 2024;26(3):478-480
Viruses are closely related to the occurrence of human diseases, and the infection of some viruses will lead to the occurrence and development of tumors, such as EB virus, hepatitis B virus, HPV virus, etc. On the contrary, some viruses can also be used for the treatment of tumors, such as oncolytic viruses. Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and mortality rate in the world. In recent years, the relationship between virus and lung cancer has attracted more and more attention. Therefore, this article will review the mechanism and therapeutic impact of viruses on lung cancer.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of complete lung cancer resection on the balance of Th17/Treg cells in the peripheral blood of lung cancer patients. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of Th17 and Treg cells in the peripheral blood of 21 patients with lung cancer before and after operation and 21 healthy controls. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of fork-head/winged helix transcription factor( Foxp3) and retinoic acid-related orphan receptor γt ( RORγt)in PBMC. The plasma levels of interleukin(IL) -17 and transforming growth factor(TGF) -β1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results After surgery, the percentage of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood decreased and the percentage of Treg cells increased in patients when compared to the pre -operation ( P <0. 01). After surgery, the expression of RORγt was decreased and the expression of Foxp3 was increased in the CD4 +T cells of patients in comparison with the pre-opera-tion(P<0. 01). After surgery, the expression of IL-17 was decreased and the expression of TGF-β1 was increased in the plasma of patients in comparison with the pre -operation( P <0. 01). In addition, the percentage of Th17 and Treg cells, the expression of RORγt and Foxp3,and the expression of IL-17 and TGF-β in the peripheral blood were increased in preoperative lung cancer pa-tients when compared to healthy controls. Conclusion There is a Th17/Treg imbalance in the peripheral blood of lung cancer pa-tients after complete resection of lung cancer.

Objective:
To investigate the impact of intensified maintenance therapy on the prognosis of children and adolescents with advanced lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) .
Methods:
Retrospective analysis on the treatment results of children and adolescents with stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ LBL who underwent BFM-NHL-90/-95 regimen without prophylactic radiotherapy. The intensified therapy group included the patients admitted from 1998 to 2005, while others were classified as the non-intensified therapy group. Patients in the intensified therapy group were intravenously treated with "etoposide phosphate plus cytrarabine" and high-dose methotrexate alternately per 2.5-3 months in addition to the oral chemotherapy with 6-mercaptopurine and methotrexate during the maintenance phase.
Results:
A total of 187 LBL patients were enrolled. The rates of 5-year event free survival were (76.9 ± 5.8) % and (77.9 ± 4.3) % (
