ObjectiveTo study a standardization to establish data element in medical data resource share.MethodsThe library of data element's structural glossary items was established frist, then whole data element was established by selecting structural glossary items, finally, the input of data element's character was executed.ResultsA standardization method to establish data element was desigened based on definition, structure and national standard of data element.ConclusionIt's a important work to share medical data resource that establish data element by standardization, and it must be followed correlative standard and select logical method.

In recent years, the study of autophagy in spinal cord injury (SCI) gradually becomes the hot spot. However, the function of autophagy in the injured spinal cord is still controversial. In order to further understand the role of autophagy after SCI, we summarized the activation of autophagy, autophagic cell death, the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis, the function of autophagy in promoting the molecular metabolism and the role of autophagy after spinal cord injury. We concluded that the role of autophagy after SCI is a double-edged sword. Upregulating the level of autophagy appropriately can promote damaged proteins metabolism and inhibit apoptosis. However, excessive activation of antophagy may induce autophagic cell dealth. So we consider that the proper regulation of autophagy will be a new target in the treatment of SCI.

Objective To explore the effect of postasphyxial-serum in neonate on expression of serine protease Omi/HtrA2 in renal tubular cells(HK-2).Methods Human renal proximal tubular cell line HK-2 cell was used as target cell.The cultural cells in orifice were divided into control group and asphyxia-serum attacking group.Blood was cowected from asphyxia newborns by means of femoral venous puncture,then the serum was garthered,anticoagulated by liquemie,3 000 r/min centrifuged 20 min,abstracted serum,thermostatic waterbathed the serum at 56 ℃,so that to inactivate addiment,filtered germ by micropore filte,the attacking concentrtion of serum was 200 mL/L,the cells of the asphyxia-serum attacking group were attacked by asphyxia-serum,and the cells of control group were cultivated with normal nutritive medium when the cells was needed.After 24 hours,the cells were tixed,then the expression of Omi/HtrA2 in cytoplast was detected by the use of immunohistochemical method.Results Omi/HtrA2 was inaurate or yellow brown and localized to the cytoplast.The rate of the cell expressed Omi/HtrA2 was(9.0?2.5)% in control group,after stimulated with postasphyxial-serum,in asphyxia group the rate of the cell expressed Omi/HtrA2 was(25.15?3.5)%,there was significant difference between 2 groups(t=-15.322 P

Objective To investigate residual hearing of children with sensorineural hearing loss in whom wave V was not found in ABR testing and to emphasize the importance of behavioral audiometry in determining the residual hearing.Methods Residual hearing obtained by behavioral audiometry of 101 children with SNHL was studied in relation to the absence of wave V in both click-ABR and tone burst-ABR tests.Results All children have residual hearing of different degrees at different frequencies.There appeared to be a higher percentage of lowfrequency residual hearing than middle and high frequencies.Also,the residual hearing at low frequencies appeared to be better than those in the middle and high frequencies.Average residual hearing thresholds in the right ears from 500 to 4 000 Hz were 106.81±7.13,110.00±7.90,111.78±5.22,112.06±7.08 dB HL and those in the left ears were 98.01±3.98,111.30±7.18,112.06±7.08,108.33±7.23 dB HL.Conclusion The absence of wave V in ABR does not mean total deafness.For those children with no wave V in ABR,behavioral audiometry must be conducted to determine children's behavioral hearing thresholds in order to know their residual hearing.

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint application at different groups of acupoints in treating bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods:A total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage were recruited and divided by the random number table method into acupoint application group 1, acupoint application group 2 and acupoint application group 3, with 40 cases in each group. In all the three groups, Tiantu (CV 22), Dazhui (GV 14) and Feishu (BL 13) were selected, with Dingchuan (EX-B 1) added in acupoint application group 1, Shenshu (BL 23) added in acupoint application group 2, and Gaohuang (BL 43) added in acupoint application group 3. Before intervention, one month and 3 months after intervention, clinical symptoms, peak expiratory flow (PEF) andforced expiratory volume in 1 second percentage of predicted value (FEV1％) of the three groups were observed, and their clinical efficacies were evaluated. Results: Comparing the therapeutic efficacy regarding traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs, after 1-month treatment, the total effective rate was 87.5％ in acupoint application group 1, versus 62.5％ in acupoint application group 2 and 55.0％ in acupoint application group 3, and the between-group differences were statistically significant. After 3-month treatment, the total effective rate was 95.0％ in acupoint application group 1, versus 70.0％ in acupoint application group 2 and 65.0％ in acupoint application group 3, and the between-group differences were statistically significant. After intervention, the three groups all showed significant improvements in pulmonary function with statistical significance; among the three groups, the improvement in acupoint application group 1 was more significant than that in the other two groups. Conclusion: Tiantu (CV 22), Dazhui (GV 14) and Feishu (BL 13) as basic prescription plus Dingchuan (EX-B 1) can improve symptoms of bronchial asthma in remission stage, and it works better in improving pulmonary function than the basic prescription plus Shenshu (BL 23) or Gaohuang (BL 43).

Objective:To investigate the effect of Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) on perceived stress and mental state of patients with in vitro fertilization.Methods:83 cases women who were assisted reproduction with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected as research objects.All the subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine comprehensive nursing intervention,while the observation group was given MBSR intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of self rating depression scale (SDS),self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Chinese perceived stress scale (CPSS) before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in SDS score,SAS score and CPSS score between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The scores of SDS,SAS and CPSS in observation group after intervention were (43.53± 4.89),(42.38± 4.34) and (27.53± 4.89),which were lower than (57.96± 7.30),(56.42± 5.49),(37.96± 7.30) before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores ofSDS,SAS and CPSS in control group after intervention were (51.13± 5.52),(51.13± 5.52) and (31.13± 5.52),which were lower than (58.83± 7.28),(56.45± 5.51),(38.83± 7.28) before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).And those scores in were lower in observation group than in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:MBSR intervention can effectively improve the anxiety,depression and perceived stress of patients with in vitro fertilization,which is helpful in improving the success rate of IVF-ET,and it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To develop a network system for radiotherapy.Methods Delphi 6.0 lan- guage was used to program the system based on PACS through the model of client-server machine and local network.Data of different facilities were transferred among each other through Dicom 3.0 and Dicom RT pro- tocol.Results The main function of this system was a management software for radiotherapy,a PACS sys- tem,a TPS system and a therapeutic machine system.Conclusion The network system operates steadily with data safe and reliable,and is an important part of the information construction in the department of radio- therapy
