Objective To explore the expression of forkhead box protein 3 (FOXP3) in gastric cancer cells,and its relationship with clinicpathological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Methods The expression profile of FOXP3 in 111 gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 20 normal gastric mucosa were detected with immunohistochemistry,statistical analysis combined with clinical data of patients with gastric cancer.Results Positive staining of FOXP3 was mainly located in the nucleus of gastric adenocarcinoma cells with the positive rate of 42.3％ (47/112).In the normal gastric tissue,the positive rate of FOXP3 was 0％ (0/20).There were significant difference (x2 =13.207,P ＜0.05) when comparison was made between gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric tissue groups.Comparison of FOXP3 positive rate between gastric adenocarcinoma patients and its histological subtype (tumor size,depth of invasion,and clinical stage) showed significant difference (P ＜0.05),but (sex,age,and staging of tumor node metastasis (TNM),lympho node metastasis and differentiation) showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).In the survival analysis,there was no significance in survival rate between the FOXP3 positive group and FOXP3 negative group either (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The FOXP3 were expressed in the human gastric cancer specimens.To a certain extent,FOXP3 was involved in the development of gastric adenocarcinoma and related to the degree of malignancy,but is not related to the prognosis of gastric cancer.

In order to change the situations such as students’passivity and low enthusiasm in the traditional experimental teaching of Microbiology and improve students’comprehensive qualities,exploration and attempt on experimental teaching reforms including teaching contents,teaching modes,laboratory management and evaluation system of examination were done.Teaching practices showed that the normalized ex- periment syllabus based on the correct orientation of experimental teaching of Microbiology,the actualization of teaching mode of basic skill training-integrated experiment-designed experiment and the management of opening laboratory were effective measures in improving experimental teaching of Microbiology.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and clinical classification of occlusal rehabilitation in elderly patients with abnormal occlusion, and to discuss the diagnosis principles and the practical techniques of the dental prosthesis for occlusal rehabilitation. Methods Forty two elderly patients with abnormal occlusion were treated with occlusal rehabilitation with fixed dentures, fixed-removable dentures and removable partial dentures. Eight patients among them simultaneously had temporomandibular joint(TMJ) disorder. After the clinical procedures including examination, diagnosis, prosthesis design, manufacture, application of occlusal rehabilitation and post-treatment evaluation, the using condition of dentures, patients' satisfaction ratings, TMJ functions and abutment teeth healthy status were examined before and after treatment. Results All the patients were satisfied with their dentures' general functions 1 year after treatment. Compared with the removable partial dentures, the other two types of prosthesis showed better clinical outcomes (χ2=4.15,P<0.05) and compacts on phonation of the dentures (χ2=4.71,P<0.05). In the 8 patients with TMJ disorder, 7 cases were cured completely. The treatment effects of TMJ pain (χ2=0.031, P<0.05)and TMJ click (χ2=0.038, P<0.05)had statistical differences. 30 teeth of the 203 abutment teeth (14.8%) had the problems of periodontal diseases and secondary caries and the incidences of these problems were higher in using removable partial dentures treatment than in the other two methods. Conclusions After the systematic diagnosis and the prosthesis design procedures of occlusal rehabilitation, it is important to choose a proper prostheses for the elderly patients according to their physical and psychological features, which may give the patients satisfactory results.

The blood-brain barrier (BBB) protects the brain against unwanted substances, while, at the same time, limits the transport of many drugs into the brain. Aromatic refreshing traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can induce resuscitation and modify the permeability of BBB, promoting other drugs entering into the brain with brain protection effect. This paper mainly reviews the research progress in regulation effects and mechanism of usual aromatic refreshing TCM, such as borneol, moschus, styrax, benzoinum and Tatarinow Sweetflag Rhizome, on BBB permeability. To broaden the application of these drugs in modern pharmaceutics in the future, the relatively research should emphasis on combining aromatic refreshing TCM with new formulations and technologies in pharmaceutics, providing novel promising strategies for brain diseases therapy.

Objective To evaluate results of double eyelid operations with different incisions.Methods 100 patientswere selected randomly from out-patients that accepted double eyelid operation.Half of them were objected to double eyelid operation through a palpebral marginal incision.Incision was designed along the palpebral margin,close to boots of eyelashes.Most of the subcutaneous tissues was cut and removed,and then dermis and tarsal plate were fixed with 5 stitches of suture.About 1-3 mm wide of skin along superior margin was removed reasonably.In another 50 cases.double eyelid operation was performed with conventional incision.Incision was designed 6-8 mm far from the palpebral margin.Most of the subcutaneous tissues was removed.and then dermis and tarsal plate were fixed with 5 stitches of suture.Results Postoperative results were evaluated 5 days and 1 month after operation respectively.Postoperative double eyelid shapes were all satisfled in two groups.Swollen eyedids and scar were more inconspicuous in the cases with the palpebral-marginal incision without impairment on eyelashes.Conclusion Compared with double eyelid operation with conventional incision,blepharoplasty with palpebral margin incision has the same results but with lighter impairment,milder hydropsia and more inconspicuous scar.The key point of this procedure is the fixation of dermis and tarsal plate,keeping a good radian of double eyelid line.

Objective To make sure the exact curative effect of using Kasai distillate to moderate the dysporia for patients with gynecological operation. Methods Divided 152 patients with dysporia into observation group and control group randomly, each group have 76 cases. Using Kasai distillate 80 ml in observation group, 40 ml in control group. Compare the condition of defecation in these 2 groups after using Kasai distillate 15～30 minutes.
