Objective:To explore whether there will be attentional bias under the condition of fear, disgust and positive emotional arousal. Methods:Totally 96 college students were selected as participants in this study,inclu-ding 60 males and 36 femalesaged 18-22 years. Affective priming videos were adopted to prime participants'emo-tion (dread, disgust, joviality),and then they named the color of the cognitive words (positive words, negative words, neutral words)as quickly and accurately as possible. Reaction time and correctness were recorded. E-prime was adopted to write the experimental program. The reaction time for neutral words was baseline. Results:The aver-age reaction time (RT)of color-naming tasks of negative words were shorter than that of neutral words after fright-ening affective priming[(648 ±118)ms vs. (743 ±124)ms,P<0. 01]. Furthermore, the average RT of color-na-ming tasks of positive words were also shorter than that of neutral after frightening affective priming[(683 ±123) ms vs. (743 ±124)ms,P<0. 05]. The average RT of color-naming tasks of negative words were shorter than that of neutral words after disgusting affective priming[(579 ±86)ms vs. (720 ±101 )ms;P<0. 01 ]. Moreover, the av-erage RT of color-naming tasks of positive words were shorter than that of neutral words after delighted affective priming[(634 ±122)ms vs. (716 ±141)ms;P<0. 01]. Furthermore, the average RT of disgusting priming group-were shorter than the frightening priming grouptowards negative information[(579 ±86)ms vs. (648 ±118)ms,P<0. 05 ]. Conclusion:It suggests that the youth perform more obvious attentional bias towards negative information after disgusting affective priming than the frightening one. Frightening affective priming could evidently induce the attentional bias on positive information.

BACKGROUND:There was no effective method to thoroughly treat tibial bone defect and soft tissue defect. The application of Ilizarov technique solved shortening deformity, soft tissue injury and joint contracture to some degrees.
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the effects of Ilizarov external fixation on treatment of tibial bone defect and the parameter selection of Ilizarov steel ring.
METHODS:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 67 patients with tibial bone defects, who were treated and fol owed up from March 2007 to January 2012. Al patients had fracture of tibia and received one-stage operation. After treatment, postoperative limb suffered from tibia osteomyelitis and soft tissue injury. Ilizarov external fixation was placed in the limb. The length of defected tibia and area of defected soft tissues were compared at 1, 3 and 6 months after external fixation and final fol ow-up. The ankle joint Kofoed score and knee joint ROM score were observed before and after external fixation. In final fol ow-up, functional recovery was evaluated in accordance with diagnosis and treatment criteria of Johner-Wruhs fracture of shaft of tibia.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 67 patients were fol owed up for 6 to 35 months. Bone defects in 67 cases were rebuilt and the fracture was healed, but five cases had poor healing. Among 44 cases of soft tissue injury, wound had healed in 40 cases, and wound had not healed in 4 cases. The length of tibia defect and the area of soft tissue defects were improved at 1, 3, and 6 months after the operation (P<0.05). After operation, the ankle joint Kofoed score and knee joint ROM were significantly better than those before operation (P<0.05). During final fol ow-up, the excellent and good rate of each therapeutic plan was 85%. For the tibial osteomyelitis bone defect with the merged skin defect, the trauma was smal using Ilizarov technique, which can avoid several complicated operations, shorten the time and reduce the expenses of treatment, but there were some weaknesses and limitations. The size and material of Ilizarov external fixation affect the efficiency of the fixation and postfixation adjustment.

Objective To investigate the instant clinical efficacy of intra-arterial infusion of fasudil combined with routine anti-vasospasm for symptomatic cerebral vasospasm (SCVS). Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) due to ruptured aneurysm, who were admitted to authors' hospital during the period from May 2010 and February 2014, were retrospectively analyzed. The lesions included Fisher gradeⅡ(n=2), gradeⅢ (n=16) and gradeⅣ (n=3). Endovascular embolization of the aneurysm was carried out within 48 hours after the confirmation of the diagnosis with total cerebral DSA;no bleeding occurred during the operation and routine anti-vasospasm therapy was given. Within 4-9 days after the onset of the disease, all 21 patients presented SCVS. Half dose systemic heparinization, superselective intra-arterial infusion of fasudil (30 mg fasudil+250 ml saline, lasting for 30 min) were adopted. Reexamination of angiography performed at 15 min after fasudil infusion was employed, and the results were evaluated with NIHSS score by comparing the preoperative findings. Results Imaging examination performed after the treatment showed that significant improvement was obtained in 15 patients and no obvious changes in 6 patients. Clinical symptoms were remarkably improved in 11 patients, partially improved in 4 patients and remained unchanged in 6 patients. The mean NIHSS score was improved from preoperative 28.6 to postoperative 21.2. Conclusion For the treatment of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm, superselective intra-arterial infusion of fasudil is effective and safe, and it has good clinical application value.
