ObjectiveTo investigate the effort of MHA-bBMP implantation combined with limited contacted titanium net duct fixation on femoral shaft bone defect of rabbit.Methods48 rabbits were divided into the experimental group (treated with bionic bone MHA-bBMP plus titanium net duck) and control group (treated with iliac autograft plus titanium net duct) with 24 animals in each group. The rabbit femoral shaft bone defect model was established by cutting 10 mm bone fragment off. After operation, bionic bone MHA-bBMP/iliac autograft was implanted into bone defect area and fixed with limited contacted titanium net duck. The general condition, serum alkaline phosphatase, X-ray, histopathologic examination and electron microscope were performed.ResultsThe fixation stability of titanium net duck in two groups was good. The bone defect of two groups was repaired. The results of phosphatase, X-ray, histopathologic examination and electron microscope of two groups were not significantly different.ConclusionBionic bone MHA-bBMP is a high bioactivity substitute, and can obtain therapeutic effect equal to iliac autograft when repairing rabbit's femoral shaft defect.

Objective To survey the clinical effect of combination therapy of Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction and psychological intervention for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods 80 cases CAG were randomly divided into a treatment group (treated with Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction and psychological intervention) and a control group (treated with Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction),with 40 cases in each group and performed a therapy for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the change of Symptom Checklist (SCL-90)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) before and after treatment were evaluated.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0％ in the treatment group,and 74.4％ in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(x2=4.255,P＜0.05).After psychological intervention,SCL-90 and SAS score (39.5±4.3,1.3± 0.6)was significantly reduced in the treatment group than the control group (51.4±3.2,1.5±0.3),(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of Ninggan-Tiaozhong decoction and psychological intervention used in CAG is effective to relieve symptoms and to improve life quality of patients.

Massage prescriptions for treating infantile anorexia in Chinese Academic Journal Full-Text Database (CNKI, 1979-2012), Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Full-Text Database (VIP, 1989-2012) and Wanfang Database (1990-2012) were collected. By using Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (Version 2.0) Software, 286 massage prescriptions for treatment of infantile anorexia were screened involved 76 acupoints, 20 commonly used acupoints, and 57 core acupoint combinations. Infantile Tuina specific points were used as main acupoints in massage therapy for infantile anorexia, and core acupoints covered Jizhu, Pi meridian, abdomen, Nei-Bagua, Zusanli (ST36), and Ban-men.

Objective: In order to reveal the mechanisms of rh-endostatin and its suppression effect on HUVECs at different activating levels. Methods: Three types of HUVEC were prepared. We detected the ex-pression of CD105 and CD62E on the surface of adhering HUVEC, HUVEC of exponential phase of growth, and HUVEC activated with TNF-alpha. The effect of endostatin on these three types of HUVEC was indicated by the variation in the expression of CD105 and CD62E on the cells. The relationship of the changes in cell markers with the time and the concentration of endostatin was analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Results: The expres-sion of CD105 was correlated with time and dose of endostar in all groups. The expression of CD62E was cor-related with the dose of endostar in HUVEC treated with TNF-α for 24h. Conclusion: Endostatin of a certain dose can inhibit the activation of endothelial cells but it cannot induce cell apoptosis.

Objective To stuey effects of coloprotectomy under colonoscopy combined with laparoscope on exfoliated tumor cells in abdominal cavity.Methods 42 cases of colorectal cancer proved by pathologic histology were devided into two groups randomly: Laparoscope Group(laparoscopic surgery) and Combined Group(colonoscopy combined with laparoscope surgery).Operation time,the positive rate of exfoliated tumor cells in abdominal cavity after and before operation,the positive rate of residual tumor cells in resection of operation specimen and postoperative complications between 2 groups were compared.Results Operation time of the Combined Group was shorter than that of the Laparoscope Group [(160.5?12.6) min vs.(201.2?18.4) min,t=-8.363,P=0.000].The positive rate of exfoliated cells in abdominal cavity before operation had no significant difference between the 2 groups[9.5%(2/21) vs.19.0%(4/21),?2=0.194,P=0.659],but the postoperative positive rate of exfoliated cells in the Combined Group was significantly lower than that in the Laparoscope Group[14.3%(3/21) vs.42.9%(9/21),?2=4.200,P=0.040].There were no residual tumor cells in resection of operation specimen of 2 groups.No infection of incisional wound and lung occurred.A follow-up for 6-24 months in the Laparoscope Group showed abdominal metastasis in 1 case.Conclusions Coloprotectomy for colorectal cancer under colonoscopy combined with laparoscope can decrease exfoliated tumor cells in abdominal cavity and shorten operation time.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic repair for ingunal hernia after peritoneal dialysis. Methods Laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia was conducted in 26 patients with chronic renal insufficiency who had received peritoneal dialysis for a long time. For indirect inguinal hernia, a piece of mesh was placed in the abdominal cavity and the internal ring was sutured and ligated under laparoscope. For direct inguinal hernia, the hernia sac was high suspended and then the mesh onlay was placed under laparoscope. Results The laparoscopy was successfully performed in all the 26 patients, without conversions to open surgery. No postoperative hematoma of scrotum or refractory neuralgia was observed. Follow-up examinations for 6~12 months (mean, 9 months) showed no recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia after peritoneal dialysis is feasible, effective, and safe.

To study the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of icariin on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury ( MIRI) model in diabetes rats. The model of diabetic rats were induced by Streptozotocin (STZ), then the model of MIRI was established by ligating the reversible left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 min, and then reperfusing for 120 min. totally 40 male SD were randomly divided into five groups: the control group (NS), the ischemia reperfusion group (NIR), the diabetes control group (MS), the diabetic ischemia reperfusion group (MIR) and the diabetic ischemia reperfusion with icariin group (MIRI). The changes in blood glucose, body weight and living status were observed; the enzyme activity of serum CK-MB, LDH, GSH-Px and myocardium SOD and the content MDA and NO in myocardium were detected; the myocardial pathological changes were observed by HE staining; the myocardial Caspase-3, the Bcl-2, Bax protein expressions were detected by Western blot. The result showed that the diabetes model was successfully replicated; myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was more serious in diabetes rats; icariin can increase NO, SOD, GSH-Px, Bcl-2 protein expression, decrease MDA formation, CK-MB and LDH activities and Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 protein expressions and myocardial damage. The result suggested that icariin may play a protective role against ischemia reperfusion myocardial injury in diabetes rats by resisting oxidative stress and inhibiting cell apoptosis.

This paper reported a new method of Armillaria mellea isolation-Gastrodia elata tissue isolating. Compared with normal isolating method-rhizomorph isolating method, it showed that the success rate of new method (78% ) was higher than the rhizomorph isolating method (16% ) , besides this, the new method was easier, and growth characteristic of obtained strain was superior to that obtained from rhizomorph isolating method.

Background Proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus,and vitrectomy is a main treatment.Exploring the influential factors of blood glucose fluctuation during perioperative duration is helpful for surgery.Objective The aim of this study was to explore glycolic fluctuation and its influential factors in PDR patients.Methods A retrospective cases-observational study was carried out.The clinical data of 100 PDR patients who received vitrectomy in Peking University People's Hospital from March to August in 2013 were collected,including 8 cases with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 92 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The PDR patients were staged as Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ based on the criteria of The First National Fudus Conference.The body height,weight,history of hypertension,PDR stage,previous usage of insulin,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level,admission blood pressure,blood glucose level in different time points and postoperative body positions were recorded,and perioperative anxiety was scored according to the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).Repeated ANOVA was used to analyze blood glucose and anxiety at different time points.Results The linear regression analysis showed that the preoperative blood glucose level was lower in the patients who used insulin during perioperative period(r =-1.64,P＜0.05).HbA1 c level showed the positive correlations with the blood glucose level at different time points(all at P＜0.05).The waiting time for surgery had a positive correlation with the fasting blood glucose in the morning of operative day(r=0.54,P＜0.05),and the postoperative position primarily caused the raise of postoperative right blood glucose(r =1.10,P＜0.05).The anxiety score on admission presented with the positive correlations with the blood glucose levels at admission and 2 hours after breakfast,lunch and dinner on the first postoperative day (r=0.13,0.07,0.05,0.10,all at P ＜ 0.05),and the high anxiety scores at preoperation and postoperation induced the high blood glucose levels at the corresponding time points (r =0.14,0.16,both at P＜0.05).A positive correlation was found between the anxiety score and blood glucose fluctuation values (ρ=0.47,P＜0.01).The blood glucose values were significantly lower in the patients with normal HbA1c than those with high HbA1c (all at P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Remaining an ideal HbA1c level,establishing a good doctor-patient relationship and administering appropriate sedative drugs can ease the anxiety and improve the glycolic of PDR patients during preoperative duration.
