Objective To investigate the existence of neglect and explore the relationship between spacial attentional deficits and hemisphere in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 51 schizophrenic patients and 55 healthy controls were measured with line bisection test and number bisection test、 Results In the Line Bisection Test, shcizophrenic patients group showed a negative deviation, in which the 2cm line( -0.03 ± 0. 74 )% and mean ( - 0. 02 ± 0. 03 ) % deviation rates were more significantly leftward than that of the normals ( ( 0. 00 ±0.02 ) %, ( - 0.00 ± - 0.01 ) %, P < 0. 05 ) respectively. The mean deviation rates of the patients (P < 0. 01 ) and control groups (P < 0. 05 ) were also significantly leftward compared with zero value. In the number bisection test, schizophrenic patients group showed a negative deviation and a significant leftward bias on the interval 5 ( - 0.07 ±0.18)% ,7( -0.08 ±0.22)% and 9( -0.09 ±0.28)% ) than that of the normals(( -0.01 ±0.05)% ,(0.01± 0. 08 ) % and (0.00 ± 0.14 ) %, P < 0.05 respectively). Conclusion Schizophrenic patients have a right-neglect, suggesting that spacial attentional deficits exist, and it may be related to the left cerebral hemisphere dysfunction.

Chinese Journal of Stomatology 2005;40(6):468-470
OBJECTIVETo investigate the correlation between airflow ratio and craniofacial, airway and dental morphology.
METHODSSeventy-two subjects aged 11 to 14 years were selected. The airflow ratio was measured by the system for the simultaneous measurement of oral and nasal respiration. Eighty-six variables of craniofacial, airway and dental morphology were acquired based on cephalometric films and models, from which 16 significant variables were selected. Multiple regression analysis (backward) and linear regression analysis were carried out in order to acquire morphological variables that had closer correlation with the airflow ratio.
RESULTSFour variables were found to have closer correlated association with the airflow ratio (P < 0.05), which were ANS-Me/N-Me, Ar-Go-Me, P-T, SHJK orderly and the coefficients were 3.359, 0.012, -0.013 and -0.021, respectively.
CONCLUSIONSCraniofacial morphology was related to the respiratory mode.

Psychiatry Investigation 2021;18(5):417-425
Objective:
Empirical findings confirmed that autistic and schizotypal traits are associated with attentional function as well as include various dimensions. So far, no study has reported which dimension of these traits relates to attentional networks. This study aimed to find out whether there are associations between attentional networks and autistic traits; and between attentional networks and schizotypal traits.
Methods:
A total of 449 volunteers was included in this study, and autism-spectrum quotient (AQ), schizotypal personality questionnaire (SPQ), and attention network test (ANT) were used to measure autistic traits and schizotypal traits. The three independent attentional networks, including alerting network, orienting network, and executive control network, were also measured.
Results:
Autistic traits were associated with the orienting network, whereas schizotypal traits were associated with the orienting network and executive control network. Furthermore, attentional networks could be predicted by specific dimensions of autistic and schizotypal traits. AQ-attention switching [0.104 (-1.175– -0.025), p=0.041] and AQ-attention to detail [-0.097 (-0.798– -0.001), p=0.049] were significant predictors of orienting network and gender were significant predictor of executive network (Beta=0.107; 95% CI=-0.476–10.139; p=0.031). Whereas, schizotypal dimension “interpersonal” was a significant predictor of all three attentional networks [Alerting: 0.147 (-0.010–0.861), p=0.045; Orienting: 0.147 (0.018–0.733), p=0.040; Executive: 0.198 (0.215–1.309), p=0.006].
Conclusion
This study demonstrated that autistic and schizotypal traits were associated with attentional networks. The specific dimensions of autistic and schizotypal traits could predict attentional networks. Nevertheless, the attentional networks predicted with these two traits were different.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2005;21(3):425-429
Diacylglycerol, DAG, because of its multifunctional and nutritional properties, attracted considerable attention recently. Enzymatic synthesis of diacylglycerols from linoleic acid was investigated in a solvent-free reaction in a continuously operated fixed bed reactors containing Lipozyme RM IM. By appropriate manipulation of the fluid-residence time, the relative proportions of the various acylglycerols in the effluent stream can be controlled. In addition, the presence of excess glycerol is effective for the removal of water produced during the esterification reactions. Under the conditions of molar ratio of linoleic acid to glycerol of 0.5, the immoblized enzyme maintained high stability and allowed the reaction to continue for 10 days without significant deterioration in enzyme activity. It was determined that the conversion of fatty acid, content of 1,3-DAG and volume efficiency of reactor reached optima under the conditions: a packaged-bed reactor(with a ratio of packed length to inner diameter of 7.8), reacting temperature at 65 degrees C, molar ratio of linoleic acid to glycerol of 0.5, and feeding flow rate of 1.2 mL/min.

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy ofintra-arterial thrombolysis guided by CT perfusion in patients with anterior circulation ischemic stroke presenting with symptoms longer than 6 h.Methods The clinical data of patients with anterior circulation ischemic stroke presenting with symptoms longer than 6 h (n=36) and shorter than or equal to 6 h (n=30),performed intra-arterial thrombolysis in our hospitals from July 2003 to December 2012,were retrospectively evaluated.Patients of the former group were evaluated the ischemic penumbra and core region of infarction and the mismatch between the two regions based on CT perfusion. The clinical features, clinical outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results As compared with those in patients of symptoms shorter than or equal to 6 h,the early neurological improvement rate (13.3% vs.22.2%) and long-term neurological improvement rate (86.7% vs.77.7%),recanalization rate (80.0% vs.88.9%) and 3-month mortality (6.7% vs.16.7%) of patients of symptoms longer than were not significantly different (P=0.665,P=0.665,P=0.639 and P=0.607).Conclusions To patients with anterior circulation ischemic stroke presenting with symptoms longer than 6 h,the neurological function at 3-month significantly improves after intra-arterial thrombolysis guided by CT perfusion.Although the incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage increases, the mortality rate does not significantly increase.

Objective To observe the effect of Guben Kechuan Gran-ules ( GKG ) on expression level of soluble interleukin -2 receptor (sIL-2R) of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Rat models with COPD made by fumigation and dripping li-popolysaccharide.The rtas were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group, model group, high, middle, low doses ( 2.28, 1.14, 0.57 g? mL-1 ) GKG groups, and Guben Kechuan Tablets group. From the third day of modeling, medicines were administered to rats by means of intragastric administration for consecutive 28 days. Two days after the fin-ishing of intragastric administration, rats were executed and samples were collected.SIL-2 R expression level in rat was tested by means of ABC-ELISA method. Results SIL-2R expression level in low-dose groups of GKG decreased obviously, with a significant difference compared with model group ( P<0.05).Conclusion GKG can enhance immune func-tion and anti infection ability in the airway of rats with experimental COPD by regulating sIL-2R expression level.
