Chinese Journal of Digestion 2009;29(9):521-524
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) in gastric adenocarcinoma and its peritoneal metastatic tissues, as well as drug-resistant cell strains. Methods The expression of HO-1 in patients with (n=68) or without (n=46) peritoneal metastasis of gastric adenocarinoma was examined. The expression of HO-1 in cancerous tissue, peritoneal metastatic foci, and normal peritoneum was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of HO-1 protein in metastatic foci and drug-resistant cell strains was measured by Western blotting. Results The positive expression of HO-1 was 39.7% (27/68) in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues with metastasis and 41.2% (28/68) in peritoneal metastatic tissues, which was significantly higher than that in normal peritoneum (0%,0/68,P<0.01) and gastric adenocarcinoma tissues without metastasis (21.7%, 10/46, P<0.05). The Western blot study showed that the HO-1 expression in metastatic tissues was higher than that in normal peritoneum (P<0.05). The expression of HO-1 protein was markedly increased in GC9811-P drug-resistant cell strains compared with its parental cell strains (P<0.05). Conclusions The increased expression of HO-1 may be involved in the peritoneal metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma, and related to the malignant potential. The underlying signal pathways in neopastic epithelium may also be related to the multi-drug resistance.

Abstract: Objective To understand the contamination status, drug resistance, virulence gene carrying status, and molecular typing characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) in aquatic products sold in Nanchang City. Methods A total of 170 commercial crayfishes, freshwater fish frogs and related smears samples were collected from various farmers' markets in Nanchang from March to September 2021. The strains of V. parahaemolyticus were detected and isolated from the samples. Antibiotic resistance test, virulence gene test, and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) molecular typing analysis were carried out. Results Among the collected samples, V.parahaemolyticus was only isolated from crayfish and crayfish smear samples, with a total of 35 strains of VP isolated. No V.parahaemolyticus strain was isolated from other freshwater fish, frogs, and their smear samples. Among the 17 common antibiotics tested, only two trains showed resistance to ampicillin, and one strain to streptomycin, , and all were sensitive to other antibiotics; all 35 strains of V. parahaemolyticus carried the gene, but only one strain carried the heat-resistant related hemolysin gene trh, and no direct heat-resistant hemolysin gene tdh positive strain was found; PFGE pattern clustering showed that there was no strain with the same PFGE pattern, and there was no obvious dominant cluster among these strains, and their genetic relationship was relatively distant. Conclusions The contamination of V. parahaemolyticus in small and medium-sized crayfish sold in the market in Nanchang City is relatively serious. The V. parahaemolyticus isolates in these polluted crayfish generally do not carry key virulence genes such as tdh, are sensitive to common antibiotics, and only have low-level resistance to ampicillin and streptomycin. PFGE pattern clustering showed that V. parahaemolyticus does not have no obvious dominant cluster, and these strains have rich genetic diversity, indicating that they may have different sources.

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of oncolytic adenovirus (H101) implantation under EUS guidance combined with gemcitabine in patients of non-operative pancreatic cancer. Methods From May 2007 to December 2007,6 patients with non-operative pancreatic cancer were enrolled in the study.H101 were implanted into 3 sites of the tumor under EUS guidance.Gemcitabine Was siren systemicly on d2,d9 and d16 after implantation, and repeated 1 month later.Tumor size and perfusion were assessed by computed reconstruction and perfusion imaging.Changes of clinical indices, adverse effects and complications were also recorded. Results All patients completed the two periods of treatment as planned.Tumor size decreased in 5 cases(18.21%-38.65%),but without statistical difference (P=0.078).The area of liver metastasis Was found decreased in 1 ease.Perfusion imaging showed significant increase of mean transit time(P=0.049) and improvement in blood flow, blood volume and permeability surface at 2 weeks after the treatment. KPS increased in 2 patients and pain score decreased in 3 patients.Three patients died 2.5,2.5 and 3 months respectively after the procedure.while 3 other patients are still alive with the survival time of 3,5 and 10 months. Major adverse effects associated with H101 implantation were fever and flu-like symptoms.Mild acute pancreatitis occurred in 1 cage. Conclusion EUS guided oncolytic adenovirus implantation in advanced pancreatic cancer is feasible and safe. With the combination of gemcitabine,it is capable of shrinking the tumor size, destroying the angiogenesis of the tumor and improving the patients'living quality.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2017;37(3):388-392
OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of androgen receptor (AR) on IgG protein expression and the proliferation and migration of prostate cancer cells.
METHODSWestern blotting was used to detect the expression of AR protein and IgG in androgen-dependent prostate cancer LNCap cells and castration-resistant prostate cancer PC-3 cells. In AR-overexpressing cells (PC-3-AR cells) established by transfecting PC-3 with AR gene (pCDNA3.1) and LNCap cells with small interfering RNA-mediated AR silencing (LNCap-siAR cells) were analyzed for expressions of AR protein and IgG with Western blotting; the expression of IgG mRNA was detected by Q-PCR, and the cell proliferation and migration were assessed with MTT assay and wound healing assay, respectively.
RESULTSCompared with PC-3 cells, LNCap cells expressed a higher level of AR protein and a lower level of IgG (P<0.05). PC-3-AR cells showed attenuated proliferation and migration with a lowered expression of IgG (P<0.01), while LNCap-siAR cells showed enhanced proliferation and migration with increased expression of IgG (P<0.01).
CONCLUSIONThe expression of AR is inversely correlated with IgG and is associated with the proliferation and migration of prostate cancer cells in vitro.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(5):704-708
Objective:
To analyze Internet behaviors of children and adolescents and their influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for health education guidance and prevention measures.
Methods:
A stratified cluster sampling method was used. From January to June 2019, 30 955 primary school students in 16 provinces (municipalities), from eastern, central, and western economic zones of China were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, regarding general demographics, diet and exercise, tobacco, alcohol and sleep, Internet and electronics usage, etc.
Results:
Among them, 43.1% of students had never been online with girls (44.7%) higher than boys (41.8%)(χ2=21.04, P<0.01); 1.3% of students reported online time for more than 4 hours a day, boys were significantly higher than girls(χ2=15.87, P<0.01); Internet addiction was detected in 2.4% of elementary school students, with boys (3.0%) higher than girls(1.7%)(χ2=331.77, P<0.01), and the trend increases with grade. With sixth grade (3.3%) were significantly higher than children from the first grade (0.8%) and other grades(χ2=163.96, P<0.01). Children’s tendency to Internet addiction was 11.9%, of which boys were 13.0% and girls were 10.6%, boys were significantly higher than girls(χ2=117.66, P<0.01). Pearson correlation analysis revealed that, after controlling gender age, boarding school, family relationship, single parents and regrouped families, smoking, drinking sugary drinks, eating fried foods, and left-behind were positively related to Intenet addiction(r=0.06, 0.07, 0.27, 0.44, 0.07, 0.11, 0.09, P<0.01), while medium and high intensity sports, effective physical education, health education in school, AIDS education and parental restrictions on TV and computer games, were negatively associated with internet addiction(r=-0.74, -0.65, -0.04, -0.05, -0.63, P<0.01).
Conclusion
The internet addiction of Chinese primary school students is common and increases by year. High-intensity, high-density sports, effective physical education, and health education could help prevent Internet addiction among children.
