Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopy in treatment of renal cysts.Methods Twenty- eight and thirty-five patients with renal cysts were performed with transperituneal and retroperitonel laparoscopy,re- spectively.Results A total of 62 patients were treated successfully,the average operation time was 60 minutes,no complications presented,and there was no recurrence in follow-up.Conclusion Laparoseopy survey had the advan- tages of less trauma and fewer complications and rapid recovery in treatment of renal cysts,which was suggested for clinical applications.

To explore the relativity between alexithymia and cognitive function in somatoform disorder patients.A total of 40 patients aged 18-65 years fulfilling the criteria of ICD-10 for somatoform disorders were recruited as research group.And 40 normal healthy subjects were selected as control group.Toronto alexithymia scale-20 (TAS-20) was employed to examine the alexithymia.And cognitive abilities screening instrument (CASI) was used to measure their cognitive ability.The 9-factor scores and total score of CASI test in patients with somatoforill disorder were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01).The 3-factor scores and total score of TAS-20 test in patients withsomatoforill disorder were significantly higher than those in the normal controls (P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01).In research group,CASI scores were negatively correlated with the TAS-20 scores (P ＜0.05 or 0.01).

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy and the application value of microsurgical shunt in varicocele (VC) with oligospermia. Methods Funicular vein elevatus ligation and microsurgical shunt were applied in 66 patients. Improvements of the symptom, sign,semen quality and the couple's pregnant rate in prognosis visiting were observed. Results in 71 sides by microsurgical shunt,symptom disappeared in 51 cases and obviously improved in 20 cases after 7 days. Half and one year later,symptom and sign were disappeared in 69 cases (97% );semen quality was improved in 52 cases (78% ). In 37 cases (56. 3% ),sperm density was ≥20 ? 109/L, progress sperm was ≥50% and morphologically normal sperm was ≥30 %. In 11 cases (16. 7% ),sperm density was increased from 5 ? 10,/L- 15 ? 109/L before operation to 10 ? 109/L- 19 ? 109/L after operation,and both of the sperm motility and viability were increased. While the primary influencing factors to NDS score 3 at the end of 1 month treatment, in decreasing order of impact, were NDS score 1, size of infarction, FG, hs-CRP and TC. Conclusions Volume of infarction and hs-CRP are very important determining factors in both NDS score 1 at the beginning of the treatment and NDS score 3 at the end of 1 month treatment. However, in determining NDS score 3 at the end of 1 month treatment, the impact of FG is greater than hs-CRP. The other influencing factors include FBS, TC and so on. Therefore we conclude that it is helpful to recover from neurologic deficit through lowing these influencing factors directly by medication.

BACKGROUND:Pelvic fractures are mostly caused by high energy trauma. With the development of imaging techniques and in-depth study of the anatomical structure of the pelvis and biomechanics, internal fixation and external fixation materials are gradual y being used in the repair of pelvic fracture. OBJECTIVE:To summarize features and applications of external fixation stent material, percutaneous screw fixation, percutaneous sacral iliac screw material for internal fixation and intramedul ary tensile screw material for internal fixation after pelvic fracture. METHODS:We retrieved Wanfang Database and PubMed for studies on the application of internal fixation material and external fixation material in pelvic fracture from 1994 to 2015. Al data were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Application of pelvic external fixation materials contributed to the stability of early pelvic fractures, showed smal injury, could increase the reliability of fixation. However, the biomechanical stability of external fixation materials was lower than other internal fixation, could only be used for the early temporary fixation of unstable pelvic fractures in particular cases. Internal fixation materials can achieve anatomical reduction, accorded with the requirements of the physical mechanics of the pelvis, improve the stability of the pelvis, and have become the first choice for repair of unstable pelvic fractures. Currently used methods are percutaneous hol ow screw fixation, percutaneous fixation of the sacral iliac screw, and intramedul ary lag screw fixation. The combination of external fixation and internal fixation can effectively restore the stability of the pelvic cavity. Therefore, we should consider the location, type and stability of the fracture to select the appropriate internal fixation and external fixation materials.

Objective To observe the clinical, neuropathogical, neurophysiological characteristics of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, type 1A (CMT1A) which was similar to chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy(CIDP).Methods The clinical data, neuroelectrophysiological changes and pathological features of sural nerve biopsy were taken from 2 CMT1A patients who were proven to be 17p12 duplication with CIDP features, and analyzed comprehensively. Results Two CMT1A cases with classical chronic course showed both subacute course and clinical manifestations similar to CIDP, however, the changes of neuroelectrophysiology and pathological characteristics of the nerve biopsy in 2 cases were different from CIDP in some way. We confirmed the chronic inflammatory demyelinating type of the CMT1A patients whom the immunotherapy was effective on.Conclusion The classical CMT1A 17p12 duplication patients who obtained immunotherapy effects might resemble CIDP both in clinical course and manifestation.

Objective To explore the functional impairment characteristics of acute stroke patients and cor- relate them to the functional independence after rehabilitation therapy. Methods Seventy-nine inpatients with stroke were divided into hemorrhage group and infarct group according to their condition.They are assessed by using measures of ESS,MBI,MMSE,Sheikh,Fugl-Meyer Balance and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment before rehabilitation treatment.After 1 month of treatment,all the patients were evaluated again using FIM.Correlation analysis was con- ducted with all the parameters. Objective: To investigate the function network and potential mechanisms of effects of Chaihu Plus Mangxiao Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation by using network pharmacology methods. Methods: TCMSP, TCMID, and Swiss Target Prediction online prediction databases were used to screen the components and their potential targets of Chaihu Plus Mangxiao Decoction using oral availability (OB) and drug-like (DL) as the qualification conditions. PubMed, CTD, TTD, and DrugBank were used to search functional constipation-related targets. STRING and Cytoscape were used to make targets network visualization, screen the key components and core targets with high a degree of the node; Finally, relevant software was applied to analyze core targets and predict the mechanism. Results: A number of 206 total components of Chaihu Plus Mangxiao Decoction were screened, and there were 998 corresponding targets, which were contained 295 targets associated with functional constipation. According to the analysis, there were 64 key components and 30 core targets involving the Chaihu Plus Mangxiao Decoction-induced treatment of functional constipation. After enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis of 30 core targets, it was found that SCN9A, CFTR, HTR2A, OPRD1, PTGS1, and FGFR1 were involved in regulating biological processes including opioid receptor activity, water balance of the organism, terpenoids and biological receptors and subsequent mediating the function of serotonin receptors, arachidonic acid metabolism, transcriptional regulation of MECP2, cytochrome P450, biogenic amine-binding receptors, PI3K the aberrant expression, tyrosine-protein kinase signaling pathway, and exogenous foreign body stimulation. These biological targets and molecular signaling pathways may play a therapeutic role in the treatment of functional constipation. Conclusion: The mechanism of effect of Chaihu Plus Mangxiao Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation is characterized by multiple targets and pathways. Saponins, flavonoids, and sterols may be the material basis for core functions, and serotonin receptors, opioid receptors and chloride channel-regulated receptors may be key targets of Chaihu Plus Mangxiao Decoction.
