Objective To explore the nursing mode of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in field minimally- invasive interventional shelter for treating closed hepatic trauma and hemorrhage. Methods 8 animal modes of closed hepatic trauma were established by beagles. Then, the animals with damaged hepatic arteries were treated by emergency angio-interventional embolic treatment. And specific nursing mode, which was different from in-hospital, was performed in perioperative period. Results All the animal modes of closed hepatic trauma and hemorrhage were rescued successfully, and no operative complications were found. Conclusions With the cooperation of specific nursing mode, the emergency angio-interventional embolic treatment of closed hepatic trauma and hemorrhage in field minimally-invasive interventional shelter under the complex outdoor environment is feasible.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of new baicalin(BC) metal ions(Co2+,Cu2+, and Ni2+)complexes(BMCs)on ion channels Kv1.4 and Cav3.2. METHODS HEK293 or CHO cells loaded with various ion channels(hERG,Kv1.2,Kv1.3,Kv1.4,Kv1.5,Kv1.6,Kv1.7,Kv1.8,Kir1.1, Kir2.1,KCNQ and Cav3.2)were obtained by stable transfection method. Whole-cell patch-clamp tech?nique was used to record current changes of each ion channel induced by BC and BMC in 10μmoL · L-1. The effect of different concentrations(0.3,1,3,10 and 30μmoL · L-1)of BC-Co and BC-Cu on Kv1.4 and Cav3.2 current was detected by whole-cell patch-clamp technique. RESULTS A model of HEK293 cells or CHO cells that stably expressed various ion channels was obtained. BMCs (BC-Co,BC-Cu and BC-Ni)had some impact on various ion channels, especially on Kv1.4 and Cav3.2. The inhibitory rate induced by BC-Co,BC-Cu and BC-Ni(10 μmol · L-1)was 91%,76% and-10%,respectively,for Kv1.4;and 43%,57%and-14%,respectively,for Cav3.2. IC50 of BC-Co was 1.69 and 0.81μmoL·L-1 for Kv1.4 and Cav3.2. IC50 of BC-Cu was 1.66 and 0.58μmoL · L-1 for Kv1.4 and Cav3.2. CONCLUSION BC-Cu and BC-Co concentration-dependently inhibit Kv1.4 and Cav3.2 ion channels.

Streptozotocin-induced diabetic model was prepared in Wistar rats and the blood glucose levels were controlled at 3 levels of<10,10-14 mmol/L or>16.7 mmol/L by insulin, and changes of glucose transporter(GLUT)1 and 3 protein expressions of brain were observed in control rats and diabetic rats with different blood glucose levels by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that chronic hyperglycemia could decrease the protein expressions of GLUT 1 and GLUT3.

Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study is to find out the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of male patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) in Liaocheng area, as well as to improve the understanding of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and put forward targeted prevention and treatment measures. Methods The clinical data of 159 male CA patients who admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were collected, and the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations, infection sites, HPV gene subtypes and other information were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most of the 159 CA patients (range from 15 to 77 years old) were 31-40 years old (31.45%, 50/159), more than half of them had smoking history, and more than 60% had low income (<5 000 yuan/month), multiple sexual partners (≥2) and no condom use habit, 70.44% of the patients had prepuce long combined with prepuce balanitis. 91 cases (57.23%) were single infection, 102 cases (64.15%) were simple low-risk HPV infection. The analysis of risk factors between mixed infection and simple low-risk infection found statistically significant differences in age≤ 40 years old, unmarried, or less affected by education duration of 15 years or less, engaged in the business or service industry, the number of sexual partners or 2, knew not to clean and not to use condoms, while differences in smoking history, alcohol history, monthly income level, and age at first sexual intercourse were not statistically significant. Low-risk HPV6 and/or HPV11 were detected in 139 cases (87.42%). Fifty-seven patients (35.85%) were infected with at least one high-risk HPV. 72.33% of the patients had multiple warts, and the most common sites were around the coronal sulcus and frenulum of the penis Conclusions The incidence of multiple infections and high-risk subtypes is high in male CA patients in Liaocheng area, and most of the patients have low income, low education level and multiple sexual partners. Strengthening the treatment and education follow-up of this population may contribute to the treatment and prognosis of male CA in this area.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2020;18(4):302-307
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of tuina manipulations in treating different types of tic disorders (TD). Methods: Eligible TD patients were classified into three types, transient tic disorders (TTD), chronic multiple tic disorders (CMTD) and Tourette syndrome (TS), according to their disease duration and severity. The three types of children were treated with the same tuina manipulations. Changes in the Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) score, effective rate for tic, and cervical spine imaging examination results (including asymmetry of the lateral atlanto-dental interval, broadened anterior atlanto-dental interval, C2 spinous process deviation, occipito-atlanto-axial flexion/ extension instability) were observed after 1-month and 3-month treatments respectively. Results: The YGTSS score changed significantly after 1-month and 3-month treatments compared with that before treatment (both P<0.01); the effective rate for TD was 46.6% and 86.7% respectively after 1-month and 3-month treatments; there were significant differences comparing the effective rate for tic between different types of TD after 1-month and 3-month treatments (all P<0.05); comparing the effective rate for tic after 1-month treatment with that after 3-month treatment for the same type, the intra-group differences were statistically significant [TTD group (P<0.01), CMTD group (P<0.01), TS group (P<0.05)]; the abnormal parameter rates in neck imaging examination after 3-month treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (all P<0.01). Conclusion: Tuina manipulation is effective for TTD, CMTD and TS. It can correct the abnormal alterations of patients' cervical vertebrae, and its efficacy for TTD is most significant.

National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(3):241-245
OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical manifestations, pathological characteristics, and treatments of urothelial-type mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate (UMAP).
METHODSWe reported a case of UMAP, reviewed relevant literature, and analyzed the clinicopaothological features, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of the disease.
RESULTSThe patient was a 60-year-old male and underwent transurethral resection of the prostate for dysuria. Postoperative pathology indicated mucinous adenocarcinoma and sigmoidoscopy revealed no primary colon cancer. Immunohistochemical staining showed the negative expressions of PSA and P504s and positive expressions of CK7, CK34 β E12, CK20, and CDX2. Thus UMAP was confirmed and treated by intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Then the patient was followed up for 30 months, which showed desirable therapeutic result, with neither local progression nor distant metastasis.
CONCLUSIONUMAP has a bad prognosis and its diagnosis depends on pathological and immunohistocchemical examinations. It responds well to radical prostatectomy but is not sensitive to endocrine therapy. Radiotherapy can be considered for those who are not fit to receive radical prostatectomy.
