OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the stability of 12 kinds of submicro emulsion in market, and screen the test method for the stability. METHODS:12 kinds of submicro emulsion in market were selected, high pressure sterilization (121 ℃,30 min), high speed centrifugation(4000 r/min,15 min),accelerated test [placing 6 months under temperature of(40±2)℃,relative hu-midity of (75 ± 5)%] were conducted to investigate the pH,particle size and other indexes, and SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the distribution variance and chi-square test, and investigate the correlation of 3 evaluation methods. RESULTS:In terms of stabili-ty investigation, the pH value of 12 kinds of submicro emulsion decreased to some extent after accelerated test, average particle size of 6 kinds of submicro emulsion samples were greater than 300 nm,the variance of the particle size distribution of 9 kinds ap-peared in 0.05-0.15,the chi-square test results of 8 kinds distributed below 1. The average particle size of 4 kinds of submicro emul-sions changed more than 10 nm after accelerated test. In terms of stability test method,Pearson chi-square progressive significance of high pressure sterilization and accelerated test was 0.665,which was higher than 0.05,indicating there was no correlation (no significance),the stability results of high pressure sterilization can not represent the results of accelerated test;that of high speed centrifugation and accelerated test was 0.004,which was lower than 0.05,indicating stability results between high speed centrifuga-tion and accelerated test results were significantly correlated. CONCLUSIONS:The submicro emulsion in market can meet the re-quirements of stability. To a certain extent, high speed centrifugation can replace the acceleration test.

Objective To compare the predictive value of controlling nutritional status score(CO-NUT),prognostic nutritional index(PNI)and prognostic inflammation and nutritional index(PINI)for se-vere stroke complicating lung infection(SCLI),and to analyze the risk factors for severe SCLI occurrence. Methods A retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 98 cases of severe stroke firstly visited and treated in the nervous intensive care unit(NICU)of this hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 was performed. The patients were divided into the SCLI group and non-SCLI group according to whether or not SCLI occurring during the hospitalization.Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors influencing se-vere SCLI.The sensitivity, specificity,Youden index and Kappa value of the three tools in predicting severe SCLI were calculated, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC)was plot-ted.Results Among 98 cases, there were 35 cases(35.71%)of SCLI occurrence during hospitalization. The multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that the mechanical ventilation use(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.06-2.76),nasogastric tube use(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.25-2.68),high CONUT(OR=2.74),95%CI:2.02-3.69),low PNI(OR=0.70,95%CI:0.51-0.96)and low PINI(OR=2.51,95%CI:1.78-3.62)were the independent risk factors for severe SCLI(P<0.05).AUC of the ROC curve of CONUT,PNI and PINI for predicting SCLI was 0.729,0.723 and 0.697 respectively. The sensitivity was 0.707,0.685 and 0.631,and the specificity was 0.872,0.764 and 0.712,respectively.The Youden index was 0.579,0.449 and 0.343 respectively, and the Kappa value was 0.621,0.534 and 0.432 respectively. Conclusion CONUT,PNI and PINI all are correlated with the SCLI risk.CONUT has the highest predictive value for SCLI.

Objective:To understand the health literacy of young and middle-aged stroke patients and analyze the influencing factors. Methods:A total of 270 young and middle-aged stroke patients treated in ICU of Neurology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from November 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. The General Data Questionnaire, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and Stroke Patient Health Literacy Scale were used to investigate the patients. Binomial Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of health literacy in young and middle-aged stroke patients. A total of 270 questionnaires were sent out in this study, and 266 were effectively received, with the effective recovery of 98.52% (266/270) .Results:The total score of the health literacy scale for young and middle-aged stroke patients was (73.44±6.73) , and the patients with health literacy accounted for 33.46% (89/266) . The score rates of the three dimensions in Stroke Patient Health Literacy Scale from high to low were basic skills, healthy lifestyle and behavior and basic knowledge and concept. Binomial Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, educational level, monthly family income and self-rating doctor-patient communication were the influencing factors of health literacy in young and middle-aged stroke patients ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The health literacy of young and middle-aged stroke patients needs to be improved. The health literacy level of young and middle-aged male stroke patients with low education level, low family monthly income and poor or average self-rated doctor-patient communication needs more attention and intervention. Health education and health promotion should be done according to the characteristics of young and middle-aged stroke patients.
