METHODS: HPLC,chromatographic conditions: The detection column was Agela-C_(18)(5 ?m,46 mm?250 mm) for tanshinone Ⅱ_A,mobile phase was methanol-water(73(∶)27),UV detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.The detection column of Agela-C_(18)(5 ?m,4.6 mm?250mm) was used for salvianolic acid with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water(10(∶)30(∶)1(∶)59). UV wavelength was set at 286 nm.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.(RESULTS:) The most of samples conform to the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005),but the content of tanshinone Ⅱ_A was widely different and three batches of salvianolic acid B were lower than the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005). CONCLUSION: The quality of Compound Danshen Tables will be improved.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(07):-
AIM:A new method to rapidly non-destructive quality control Compound Danshen Tablet was developed by portable acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF)-near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. METHODS:A portable AOTF-NIR spectrometer was used to test 215 different batches of Compound Danshen Tablet collected from fifty-six pharmaceutical factories. The samples were analyzed by the Unscrambler program using principal component analysis(PCA). Quantitative analytical models invoking the partial least squares (PLS) algorithm simultaneously predicted the contents of four major constituents in Compound Danshen Tablet:salvianolic acid B,tanshinoneⅡA,water extract and alcohol extract. RESULTS:The qualitative analysis models accurately identified the differences between Compound Danshen Tablet and other reference substances. The results of external validation showed by the significant t-test that no significant difference between predictive and the chemical value,RSD was equal to 0. 990 9,0. 991 3,0. 964 0 and 1. 73% ,2. 08% ,3. 32% ,1. 32% ,respectively. CONCLUSION:The method of rapid non-destructive analyzing Compound Danshen Tablet is explored.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(05):-
Object Four regenerated somatic cell hybrids between carrot and Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd. proved by chromosome analysis were analyzed at the molecular level. Methods RAPD analysis and 5S rDNA spacer sequence were adopted. Results In the electrophoresis pattern of the PCR products the four somatic cell hybrids had the characteristic bands of two parents and new bands. Conclusion Their hybrid nature was clarified at molecular level. This provides a firm foundation to further analyze the main active components, saikosaponin of somatic cell hybrids, and screen out efficacious hybrid cell lines.

Purpose To analyze the hemodynamic characteristics of brain stem in patients with basilar artery hypoplasia (BAH) by magnetic resonance perfusion-weighted imaging (PWI).Materials and Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,51 patients with BAH were selected as the BAH group, and 79 patients without BAH were selected as the non BAH group. All patients were examined by MRI,3D-TOF and PWI,and magnetic resonance angiography was acquired after the three examinations. The regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF),regional cerebral blood volume (rCBV),regional mean transit time (rMTT) and time to peak (TTP) values of pontine area were measured. Results The rCBF value of the BAH group [(17.10±6.52) ml/(100 g · min)] was significantly lower than that of the non BAH group [(29.06± 13.32) ml/(100 g · min)] (P<0.05);the rCBV value of the BAH group [(1.41 ±0.26) ml] was significantly lower than that of the non BAH group [(2.62± 0.82) ml] (P<0.05);the TTP value of the BAH group [(6.14± 1.31) s] was significantly higher than that of the non BAH group [(5.39 ± 1.08) s] (P<0.05);the rMTT value of the BAH group [(20.78±3.48) s] was significantly higher than that of the non BAH group [(19.01 ±2.39) s] (P<0.05).TTP was the most sensitive index of cerebral perfusion injury, and the incidence of TTP extension was 41.18% in the BAH group. Conclusion PWI can detect the abnormal cerebral hemodynamics in patients with BAH,which provides the basis for the timely treatment and prevention of irreversible injury in the ischemic area of the brain.

METHODS: HPLC was used to determine ginsenoside Rb 1 in micropowder of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii.RESULTS:The contents of ginsenoside Rb 1 in micropowder of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii pulverized in normal and low temperature were increasing with particle size reduction, and the content in low temperature pulverization was distinctly higher than that in normal temperature pulverization. CONCLUSIONS: Low temperature pulverization of Radix panacis Quinquefolii is superior to processing at temperature.

OBJECTIVEThe candidate anti-influenza virus serum marker of Lonicera japonica was searched by comparing the serum protein discrepancy of experimental groups. It will provide the basis for setting forth the action and mechanism of anti-influenza virus.
METHODTwo-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) was used to separate different experimental groups and the differences in serum protein was compared. The significantly expressed protein spots was selected for mass spectrum identification and bioinformatics analysis.
RESULTFifteen identified points of protein have more typical differences between experimental groups. The structures were identified by MALDI-TOF-MS, and 12 functional protein component ownership were retrieved.
CONCLUSIONThere was significant difference between the serum protein of experimental groups Proteomic methods can be used to select and identify the serum marker. It is expected to clarify the mechanism of anti-influenza virus of L. japonica.
