Objective To discuss the best method to treat deep perianal abscess and to investigate the clinical efficacy and value of the procedure of percutaneous catheter drainage guided by ultrasound in treatment.Ninteen patients with deep abscess underwent the procedure from Jan.2012 to May.2013.Methods Clinical data of 19 patients were analyzed retrospectively, including 16 male cases and 3 female cases. Results The average age is 39.8.All patients were cured without complications. The average length of stay is 7.8 days,a mean follow-up of 6.6 months after discharge,no patient with recurrence or fistula. Conclusion No specific performance of colorectal carcinoid, surgical resection is the most effective method of the treatment of colorectal carcinoid, the procedure should be individual treatment. However, the long term prognosis need to be explored in the future.

Objective To investigate the possible association of HLA-DQ alleles with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) caused by Chlamydia trachomatis in Han nationality in Northern China. Methods Thirty five Han Chinese patients with PID caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and 98 unrelated healthy individuals from the same area were genotyped for HLA-DQ gene alleles by the PCR-sequence specific oligonucleotide (SSO) method. Results Compared with the healthy controls, the frequencies of HLA-DQA1*0501 and HLA-DQB1*0301 allele were significantly increased and also associated with the antibody response to Chlamydia trachomatis heat-shock protein 60 (CHSP60). Conclusions These results may provide clues to reveal the susceptibility gene of chlamydial pelvic inflammatory disease in China and the immunogenetic mechanisms of the disease.

The WeChat public platform has profoundly influenced the propagation mode of medical ethics.Through the fitting of logistic ordinary differential equation, the analysis of two-level of propagation model and path, this paper constructed the propagation mode of medical ethics based on WeChat public platform. In practice,by means of accurate positioning, pushing quality content, the integration with new media forms, online interaction and other ways, the conversion rate of WeChat push will be enhanced, which will therefore promote the transmission efficiency of medical ethics.

ABSTRACT:Objective To compare and analyze tip malposition of 2 central venous catheteri-zations in cancer patients. Methods Totally 1656 cancer patients received 1799 cases of peripheral-ly inserted central catheter(PICC)/conventional central venous catheter(CVC)were consecutively assessed by means of routine post-catheterization chest X-ray.The catheter with its tip strike and terminal position were confirmed individually. All tip malpositions were calculated. And the catheters with tip malpositions were readjusted and reevaluated. Results The failure rate in PICC group (2.68%)was significantly higher than that in CVC group(0.34%,P <0.01).Eighty three catheters(4.84%)were found tip malpositioned,in which 38 catheters(6.42%)were from PICC group and 45 ones(4.01%)from CVC group (P <0.01).The achievement ratio of readjustment for tip malposition in PICC group (71.1%)was much higher than that in CVC group (26.7%,P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with CVCs in cancer patients, the prevalence of tip malposition from PICCs was higher although the tip malpositions in PICCs were more likely to be corrected with readjustment. These findings suggest that tip position of PICC /CVC should be confirmed post-catheterization with chest x-ray.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) in patients with wake-up ischemic stroke (WUIS) of anterior circulation non-major arteries.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with WUIS of anterior circulation non-major arteries (time from falling asleep/last use of bathroom at night to intravenous thrombolysis≤9 h and >4.5 h) admitted to Department of Neurology, Beijing Shijingshan Hospital and Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Muyangliu Hospital from January 1 st, 2017 to December 31 st, 2021 were chosen; these 35 patients accepted routine antiplatelet therapy after intravenous thrombolytic therapy were chosen as control group, and the other 32 patients accepted rt-PA arterial thrombolysis after intravenous thrombolytic therapy were chosen as study group. Vascular recanalization after arterial thrombolysis was observed in study group (cerebral infarction thrombolysis grading 2 and 3: good vascular recanalization). Neurological deficit improvement during treatment, clinical prognoses (modified Rankin scale scores of 0-2: good prognosis) and hemorrhagic transformation incidence 3 months after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The vascular thrombolytic recanalization rate of study group was 81.25% (26/32). Patients in study group had significantly decreased National Institute of Health stroke scale scores compared with those in control group 1, 7, and 14 d after thrombolytic therapy ( P<0.05). The good prognosis rate of study group (62.50%, 20/32) was significantly higher than that in control group (37.14%, 13/35, P<0.05). No significant difference in hemorrhagic transformation rate was noted between the 2 groups (15.6% [5/32] vs. 5.71% [2/35], P>0.05). Conclusion:Patients with WUIS of anterior circulation non-major arteries (time from falling asleep/last use of bathroom at night to intravenous thrombolysis≤9 h and >4.5 h) benefit from arterial thrombolysis with rt-PA, and risk of secondary intracerebral hemorrhage is not obviously increased.
