Objective To investigate the impact of Friedman family intervention model on the personal life ability and psychological status of caregivers of early Alzheimer's disease patients.Methods 66 Alzheimer's disease patients,according to the random sequence,were divided into the study group and the control group with 33 patients in each group respectively.The control group received routine geriatric care,the study group was given Friedman family intervention model on the basis of routine geriatric care.Two groups were estimated with Life Scale Index and ADL before intervention and two months after intervention respectively,and the matching caregiver were evaluated with Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90).Results Compared with the control group,the quality of daily life after the intervention of the study group was significantly improved,and the differences of daily living skills between two groups were statistically significant.The differences of the SCL-90 total score and depression,anxiety,somatization,interpersonal factor scores of caregivers between the two groups were statistically significant after two months of intervention.Conclusions The application of Friedman family intervention model plays a significant role in the improvement of the quality of daily life and daily living skills in patients with Alzheimer's disease,and can improve the psychological status of the caregivers of AD patients.

Specific indicators include the published paper amount, fund projects, columns, co-authors, distribution of authors, citing quantity, citing types, citing language and the comparative analysis of indicators. Results The number of paper published in this journal in 2010 is 615. Total number of pages is 1728. The average pages of paper is 2.18. Article density is 0.36 article / page. Teaching reform and clinical teaching as the main sections account for 19.51% and 16.75% in the published paper amount. The total number of authors is 2084. No author and sole author paper is 87, co-author papers is 528, co-author rate is 85.85%. Cooperation degree is 3.39 person / article. The number of citations is 4331. The average number of citations in each article is 7.04, citation rate is 99.51%. Conclusion This journal is informative, focused, rich in column, and having a significant impact on the country, but there are some shortages such as the slightly lower number of citation and less foreign citation.

Objective To study the changes of gene and protein expressions of key components of renin-angiotensin system (RAS) in myocardium of simulated weightless rats. Method Tail-suspended rats were adopted as animal model of simulated weightlessness. RT-PCR and Western blot analysis were performed to examine mRNA and protein expressions in rat myocardium, respectively. Result After 1 week tail-suspension,no obvious changes in angiotensinogen (AGT), angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), 1a and 1b subtype of type 1 angiotensin Ⅱ receptor (AT 1aand AT 1b), key components of RAS in myocardium were observed. Objective To investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese medical syndromes and clinical characteristics of influenza in South of Five Ridges.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 162 cases of influenza patients admitted from outpatient department,emergency department and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 to 2016.The distribution of clinical manifestations and syndrome types of the included influenza patients was analyzed.Results The average age of the included influenza patients was 35.76 ± 11.4 years old.The clinical syndromes were mainly characterized by fever,aversion to cold and chills,fatigue and weakness.And damp-accumulation manifestations of heaviness in the body,poor appetite,dry mouth without willing to drink,nausea and vomiting were also predominant.The main syndrome types were wind-heat attacking defense phase syndrome,wind-cold fettering exterior syndrome,heat-toxin attacking lung syndrome,heat-toxin accumulating lung syndrome,and damp syndrome.Of the syndrome types,wind-heat attacking defense phase syndrome and heat-toxin attacking lung syndrome were the leading types,accounting for 77.79％ and interweaving with damp syndrome and heat-damp syndrome.Conclusion The syndromes of influenza patients in South of Five Ridges are usually complicated by damp syndrome or damp-heat syndrome,and the predominant syndrome type is wind-heat interweaved with damp syndrome,which is correlated with the climate being damp and hot in South of Five Ridges.

Objective To explore the feasibility of team-based learning (TBL) for practice teaching of the aerospace nutrition and food hygiene.Methods A total of 90 students were investigated,and were divided into the TBL group (n=46) and the TL group (n=44) by simple random sampling.After the experiment teaching,a test and questionnaire were used to compare the teaching effect of TBL group and TL group.SPSS 18.0 was used for date and the data was analyzed by Independent-Samples t test and Chi-square test.Results Students in TBL group achieved higher mean test scores (85.70 ± 3.47) compared with students (74.10±2.41) in TL group and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.703,P=0.000).The results of the questionnaire showed that,compared with the TL group,TBL group students more agreed with the positive impact of the teaching methods on their team work ability,interpersonal skills,communication ability,problem-solving and self-learning and other aspects,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05).In addition,the majority of the respondents in TBL group [93.5％ (43/46)] were satisfied with TBL.Conclusions TBL teaching is better than the TL teaching,and it can significantly improve students' comprehension of knowledge and enhance their learning effect.

Objective:To investigate the differentially expressed genes of gastric mucosa of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) in rats intervented by promoting blood flow therapy of TCM,and to analyze its mechanism at genetic level. Methods:The model of precancerous lesion of CAG rats was induced by spring insertion and intragastric administration of NaCl solution and hot paste. To detect the differentially expressed genes of precancerous lesion of CAG rats by gene chip technology,and the main differentially expressed genes were indentified by real-time PCR. Results:Compared with blank group,HSP70 and ptk2 significantly reduced in natural recovery group,the HSP70 expression increased signifi cantly after being treated with supplementing qi for promoting blood flow,and ptk2 expression increased obviously after being treated with regulating qi and promoting blood flow. The results of real-time PCR in expression level of HSP70mRNA and ptk2mRNA were the same as that of the gene chip technology. Conclusion:Supplementing qi for promoting blood flow can upregulate HSP70,thus inhibit precancerous lesion of CAG in rat gastric mucosal cell apoptosis and promote mucosal repair; Regulating qi and promoting blood flow can up-regulate ptk2,sequentially regular remodeling of actin cytoskeleton and promote repairing and healing of injury gastric mucosal. These may be one of mechanism that supplementing qi for promoting blood flow and regulating qi and promoting blood flow treat precancerous lesion of CAG.

Objective To investigate the radiosensitization effect of antihelminthic niclosamide on human triple-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells and the potential mechanism related to Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.Methods Four methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay was used to measure the effect of niclosamide on cell viability at different concentrations and 50％ inhibitory concentration(IC50)value was calculated.MDA-MB-231 cells were divided into 4 groups:untreated control,niclosamide treatment alone group,radiation alone group and niclosamide plus radiation treatment group.The cells with or without 1.0 and 1.5 μmol/L niclosamide pre-treatment were irradiated with 137Cs γ-rays at doses of 0,2,4 and 6 Gy.Cell survival was assayed with the colony formation method,radiation-induced γH2AX foci was analyzed with immunofluorescence,cell cycle progression was assayed with flow cytometry,and the changes of phospho-and non-phospho-β-catenin and Cyclin D1 protein expressions were measured with Western blot.Results Niclosamde obviously inhibited the viability of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dosedependent manner with a IC50 value of 13.63 μmol/L.Pretreatment of cells with 1.0 and 1.5 μmol/L niclosamide evidently enhanced the radiosensitivity of MDA-MB-231 cells to γ-rays,and the values of SER were 1.37 and 1.62,respectively.Niclosamide pretreatment significantly increased radiation-induced γH2AX foci formation(t =3.91,P ＜0.05),diminished the radiation-induced G2/M arrest(t =8.05,P ＜0.01),and inhibited radiation-induced expressions of phospho-β-catenin (S675),non-phospho-β-catenin and Cyclin D1 proteins in MDA-MB-231 cells.Conclusions Niclosamide significantly can enhance the sensitivity of MDA-MB-231 cells to γ-ray irradiation through inhibiting Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,which results in the inhibition of DNA DSBs repair and the reduction of radiation-induced G2/M arrest.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may serve as an ideal molecular target for radiosensitization of triplenegative breast cancer.

Objective To evaluate the potential feasibility of γ-H2AX foci as a biodosimetry after exposure to ionizing radiation by comparing DNA double-strand break repair kinetics in rat blood lymphocytes with that in human lymphocytes.Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes separated from Sprague-Dawley(SD) male rats and healthy adults were exposed to γ-rays,and some rats were also subjected to total body irradiation.The inductions of DNA repair-related foci of γ-H2AX,pATM (S1981) and pDNA-PKcs (T2609) were detected with immunofluorescence staining technique at different time points post-irradiation,and the status of their co-localization was analyzed.Results The induction kinetics of γ-H2AX foci in rat lymphocytes was similar to that observed in human lymphocytes.The frequencies of γ-H2AX foci peaked at 30 min after γ-ray irradiation (trst =62.64,th =28.52,P ＜ 0.05),then decreased rapidly after 6 h post-irradiation (trat =45.96,th =14.80,P ＜0.05),and the residual foci number remained only about 3％-8％ of its maximal value at 24 h post-irradiation.At 30 min after γ-ray irradiation,the frequencies of pATM (S1981) and pDNA-PKcs (T2609) foci in rat and human lymphocytes significantly higher than those of nonirradiated control (trat =21.05,25.80,th =11.07,29.52,P ＜ 0.05),and the frequencies of co-localization of pATM (S1981) or pDNA-PKcs (T2609) foci with γ-H2AX foci also markedly increased by 26％-32％ in irradiated lymphocytes of rat and human (trat =5.34,9.14,thuman =18.32,51.28,P ＜0.05).Moreover,γ-H2AX foci incidence in rat lymphocytes in vitro was consistent with that induced by total body irradiation of rat.The number of γ-H2AX foci in irradiated rat lymphocytes increased with irradiation dose in a linear dose-dependent manner,its slope was similar to that of irradiated human lymphocytes reported by other laboratory.Conclusions Rat is a useful animal model to evaluate radiation biodosimetry with γ-H2AX foci in lymphocytes.The co-activation of ATM and DNA-PK plays an important role in DSB repair in the irradiated lymphocytes of rat and human.
